Tom is the best! He helped me with a plumbing problem with very little time and money spent and he could not have been nicer! Will go there for any home improvement needs.

True Hardware was the best!! I went to almost every hardware store, specialty plumbing stores, and major big box stores, and either I was sold the wrong part or they didnt carry it, I came into Chicago True Value Hardware and the gentleman at desk, knew exactly what I needed he ordered the part, and it works! My bathroom faucet no longer leaks thank you again for being so knowledgeable in solving my leaky faucet!!! Will definitely return!

Had old style windows that required repair...they had the parts and repaired the clips and broken lane... more reasonable than Ace..and done when promised..half the time of Ace as well

Stopped in for a couple items that would have taken me an hour or more to locate. I was in and out though because an employee named Allison greeted me and offered me help right away. She found the first item right away and then went above and beyond to find me a match for a random bolt I brought in. Shes awesome! I genuinely appreciate her time and effort. Everyone else I came across was very friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back.
