Wow . What a great place to visit here in Chicago especially since i had a sweet tooth. My sister introduce me to this business. The line was not long at all. Everyone had face mask on. The options are plenty, the young lady at the window gave great advice and was it big help. I recommend this to any age.

Took a 25 min drive here today with my 2 kids. I checked Google and it said they were open...They were not open 😤😩....My review is based on my experience ONLY since I wasnt able to try any items.

Stopped by here got the caramel sundae and funnel cake. So good together.

Amazing, I love this place and look forward to bringing a date here. So the story goes they messed up on my order and gave me the small funnel cake and made me a brand new one with all the fixings. Ill definitely be back!

The ice cream was very soft. The ice cream was very runny. We had Butter Pecan with a waffle cone single scoop roll and a double scoop of Butter Pecan with a waffle cone for myself.I did not the ability to rest between licking.The single scoop person would not return for ice cream.Shalom

Everything my family has had here is absolutely delicious!!! Every year we patiently wait for the store to open in May (its seasonal). The wait is always well worth it.

Yes I still come here !Took 4 pints to go . My fav vegan coconut ice cream thats more coconut than a fresh coconut, morello cherry, banana pudding(if you like crumbles, youll like this one), and blueberry corn which I assume is the special That changes seasonal or something.I took 2 waffle cones to go and why didnt I try this years ago ! I guess cause I always get the sundae or their special ice cream cakes or just a pint to go. But anyways . This cone is damn delicious. Crunchy and crumbles in your mouth . Good butteriness that you can smell and taste. This whole update review is mainly for the cone~Service is great as usual! Try the cone or just smell it !

The treats here are always good a bit expensive but good. I normally get a mini funnel sundae with caramel. The regular size was is huge but great for sharing. The cheese for the nachos is pretty good as well.

I guess this is supposed to be a spin off of HOME OF THE HOAGY on 111th?....Sorry,but the service with ATTITUDE from the youthful lady was overwhelming to say the least.The steak sandwich in itself wasnt bad,altgough its smaller in comparison to HOME OF THE HOAGY(whom have cut back on its generous portions as well).Customer friendly service would do them well.Going forward,maybe put the cashier on fries & let someone more pleasant take orders....I had to pray over my food... literally

I usually really love sugar shack - its my go to. This time around my funnelcake was over cooked, not enough ice cream and it had been sitting on the counter and the ice cream was basically melted before I even started eating it. Disappointed unfortunately!

Orange creamsicle was amazing. Would 100% recommend ! Oh and the deep fried Oreo cookies were bomb! Powder sugar was messy in the car but not their fault haha.

My one reason of going to Six Flags has finally been fulfilled by Sugar Shack. My treat at six flag has always been getting a funnel cake sundae, and Sugar Shack has some of the best funnel cake sundaes! They have mini and full sized funnel cake sundaes, I personally love the mini ones. You can get one wet and one dry topping, it is totally reasonably priced, it is cash only, and for the most part their is usually a line, but it goes quick. You wont regret getting the funnel cake sundae and their ice cream if you want just a simple cone is pretty great. I did not love the ice cream sandwich with the cookie. I love my cookies soft and the cookie for the sandwich was harder than I like, but if you dont mind hard cookies, it was tasty.
