I worked with Amy at Blue Crates and she was amazing! All of my daughter’s belongings were picked up in a timely fashion and I received a notification that all of the boxes and bags were received and safely stored for the summer. Then, all items were efficiently delivered to a new address in perfect condition. I give Blue Crates my highest recommendation - it was a seamless process and Amy really made sure that everyone happy!

We used Blue Crates for our recent move from Chicago to the burbs and it was perfection! I was able to store some items for the kiddos while we were having our house staged, move our valuables in bins and keep my close organized by using the wardrobe boxes all from one company! I would have spent A TON if I had to buy all of these containers. Had a great experience with their employees also and the drop off/pickup was perfect as well. Great concept for a company and I will definitely use again. Highly recommend .

Blue Crates came through in a pinch. As a valued partner, they are always willing to go the extra mile and at Schlep, we experienced this first hand last month when we were in need of a large number of Blue Crates to complete a project. The entire operations team had the crates to us that same day and allowed us to push forward on our project with no delay. Blue Crates service is included in our rent. While it would be more convenient to have on site storage, Blue Crates has been nice to have. Good service and easy to maneuver swaps. There has always been convenient and quick delivery/swap appointments available. I love this service as it is part of my rent package and it is very convenient for switching out clothes for the season. The delivery drivers are always very nice and willing to take the boxes up to my apartment. I like that this service calls you when the drivers are about 45 minutes away and again when they are coming up to your door. It helps me be prepared.

I have been using Blue Crates for a couple years now and I have not been disappointed. This is a great alternative from traditional storage options, especially if you live in the city, as you can simply request which crates instead of having to head a storage facility to figure out what you need to bring home. The customer service is phenomenal and have been accommodating to my needs.

The website was slightly confusing to navigate but the customer service team was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. All drop off and pick up people were friendly and made the process feel seamless. You can also track exactly where they are so you have a more accurate timing of when youll get to your place. Overall, I think this is a great service and would recommend it!

I used Blue Crates and was happy with their service. Was easier than buying boxes at the store and a whole lot sturdier. Additionally the boxes were easy to stack when putting on the rolling dollies so the move went much more smoothly than it would have gone otherwise. A+

Great Idea and Solution for a lifer Urban Dweller...highly recommend. The delivery and pickup was awesome. I also encouraged my buildings manager to add Blue Crates as an amenity for the entire building.

Blue Crates was the biggest lifesaver of our last two moves. It took no time to pack, because we barely had to wrap anything. They even provided large wardrobe containers for all our clothes. It was ideal to be able to store boxes stacked high and off to the side. Our life didn’t feel like complete clutter during the packing/move. Nothing broke. The service was professional and pickup/drop-off was a breeze.

Given the uncertain circumstances, I was not only surprised Blue Crates was still picking up my crates from my recent move. Alex & Mike we’re not only on time, they called to see if I wanted them to come earlier. Blue Crates is an absolute breeze - you select what you need, and they arrive for you to pack. When you’re done - they come & take them away. No hassle with tearing down cardboard - couldn’t love this company more. Thanks for making a stressful situation much less stressful!

Outstanding Service! Im impressed with this company. The delivery men dropped off and picked up my crates on time. They were professionally dressed, courteous, and waited outside while I packed my crates. Shortly after they left I received notification that my crates had been delivered to storage. Now I have more closet space to fill up before calling Blue Crates again.
