He always have the truck that I need the time that I need it and its always convenient for me to drop it off at his location they have a good system for when you need to drop the vehicle off and they are always quick and courteous to your needs

I rented a faulty truck, customer service called hours later. I was stranded. Never using this company again.

I didn’t even wanna give it one star whoever the lady is in there today right now is rude and super unprofessional. I had a horrible experience and didn’t even get the uhaul. Would never recommend this place.

Very nice ladies there who are helpful and knowledgeable in their products/services. I was locked out and one woman helped me inside then helped me start my truck properly and another woman offered my son some of her lunch.

The staff were professional and their work area clean, organized, and well lighted. My storage was in doors and heated; compared to my prior outdoor storage. Hey, the winter is coming; snow and ice. I love this facility.

These guys were a lot of fun...I almost forgot why I was there.

The young lady Sharon, I dont know how to spell her name WAS VERY HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, AND DOWN TO EARTH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ayanna H and her team were extremely patient with me during a rather difficult move.I rented 2 trucks from them, bought/rented the moving bins, and bought some moving supplies also. Everything worked as it was supposed to.I chose to do business with them bcuz they are located in my new neighborhood and they did not disappoint - I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend that everyone do the same.

To pricey .Will never go again must find a less expensive place. Customer service was great .

Never will I ever use this company again. Today I went to this location to rent a van for a few hours. This was my first time using U-Haul so I don’t know what to do. When I arrived the young man and his friends was busy talking about hours and not really assisting me. So when it was time to pick up the van which was around the block not on the property I was told to look for damages to the van which I’m confused so I ask the worker to assist me which he told me that was my job not his. So honestly I don’t know what I was looking for so I walked around looking for dents and noticeable things. So I left and returned the van in two hours after picking up my father stuff from hospital. I returned and a nasty attitude woman worker foul check the car and said I damaged the car. Like wth now y’all trying to con me. I told the lady I asked the man who worked there to show me what I supposed to look for before I leave and he didn’t. So No I’m definitely going to fight this.. So they charge me over 200 bucks for something I didn’t do. I’m definitely fighting this. Please do not support this location. I promise if I did it I would admit to it but I’m not giving away free money

Picking up rental no problem, upon returning rental entered facility with my purse, cane and black plastic bag with 2 pkg of cigarettes,Wendys food and other items, accidentally left bag, went back to facility, cigarettes missing and someone ate the food and placed the napkin in food box, young man with short dreads says WE DONT SMOKE AND THERE ARE NO CAMERAS FACING THEIR DESKS...I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

We needed this location for a long time, use to be a moving company, happy that the structure was not demolished creating a eyesore. Remains a compliment to the community

This is one of the most convenient U-Hauls ever. I never even paid attention that this was a U-Haul because it was always a storage facility until I had to rent a U-Haul I was actually able to walk right down the street and reserved a truck. This is a nice new facility and the staff was very helpful Im glad its in my neighborhood.

Appreciate the expanded hours. Even when busy, theres usually one truck available. The storage spaces are clean and dry. Friendly support, but sometimes slow.

Engine light kept coming on... Front left tire sensor on... Clean truck.... Should have given me a discount for inconvenient and a Senior discount.,. other than that, everything was fine... friendly and polite employee... Im a loyal customer always using U-HAUL.. They try to get over on you after knowing what you asked for the people working was cool but the overall experience was not good I will never return nor recommend.

Was not a happy camper wasnt able to pick up van because of out of State licenses. Did not inform when made reservations would not have wasted my time or theirs. Customers service was very pleasant, on that note I will come again.

Usually this is my go to place when i need to pickup some material, so like my normal i made reservations online, i get there the app isnt working so i go inside. The lady says you have to use the app, i show her what it says an she says oh use a DIFFERENT number, wait what? i use an my home number it tells me to come inside again! No im getting upset we get all that together finally an she says oh you have an out of state ID(indiana). You need one of the following... Even though i have rented from them before same drivers licenseWork ID (but i need to be able to contact your job) Im self employed you can google search my company if you like, she says she cant do that. Then says car registration, again not on me an its in my company name, she then says what about a passport, the whole time she is searching for something, finally she shows me a list of items i could have used. Lady why isnt this posted when i set the reservation? Who walks around with they passport of a daily basis. This entire time she is acting like im bothering her. So i went to another location, NO RESERVATION, NO PASSPORT, JUST ID CAN CREDIT CARD OUT IN 8 MINSI know things have changed but if you are telling me to use the app but the app doesnt tell your store policy its kinda pointless, after years of going there not only WILL I NOT RETURN, I WILL HAVE EVERYONE I KNOW GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE

Do not put your stuff in storage here. I went to move my items out of storage and had 4 TVs missing. There was a note on my account saying my unit wasn’t locked but I never received a call or email telling me this. When I went to customer service they texted the manager who didn’t have the decency to call me or the store to speak with me. I then spoke with the district manager who told me if I felt like my items was stolen file a report. Everything else in my storage was untouched. This was definitely foul play. Do not put your items in the storage.

Spoke with a Chelle to make reservations, wasnt tld ANYTHING about having to go to a kiosk to pickup keys after I made reservations by phone!!! She only sd I will send you a link with ur access code it NEVER came through after 4 attempts. Wasnt until I tt 3 other people that transfered me to different departments when I finally CANCELLED!!! I will no longer use u-haul theyre not the only storage place!!! (2-Men& a truck) is spreading across the city and suburbs. Getting good reviews from actual people😊

This is a deplorable Uhaul location. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Customer service is disgusting. They have no regard for their job or the service to loyal customers. The staff is untrained and is no surprise because the General Manager has no clue what it means or takes to lead. I will never patronize this establishment ever in life. I was refused service for questioning a staff member, Sean, about the lack of training to be able to utilize my tax free exemption. He told me to take it or leave it. After responding rudely to his rudeness, ne refused me service, told me to get out and called the police all while I was trying to file a formal complaint with the corporate office. The manager, Diana, called not to apologize for the bad experience but to tell me that the young man responded that way because he felt disrespected. This is whats wrong with businesses in our urban community. We get the worst of the worst to serve us.

Poor customer service, ran by a young black staff who all appear to be under 30 (red flag), including its female manager, Ayanna. Everytime I come in there, theyre having a dispute with an unsatisfied customer (2nd red flag). I never did like U-Haul to begin with, and when I put my belongings in storage, it was initially another storage company there called Medleys and I was so upset when U-Haul bought them out. I HATE this company as a whole because of how they treat their customers. All U-Haul cares about is making a buck and living off their name. I will be moving out next week and I will definitely let the regional manager and corporate know how displeased I am with that location as well as their organization as a whole. Oh, and by the way, they have rats there... so renter beware!

Its uhaul

My friend got a truck on Sat & was told to bring it back by 9 am. We were here @ 8:30. Three workers came @ 8:55. My friend is now the 1st one & at 9:07 a worker is walking the around the building. No customers are being taken care of yet, it:s 9:08. Someone jus drove away. I asked what is taking so long? The guy walking around the building said they should be opening soon. I jus noticed at 9:09 the customers all went in. 9:11 a guy is walking to the truck with my friend. I hope the gas hand is in the right place or we will be going for more had or pay about $20 extra. Its great to have a business that people need. I wish it were not hard to start a business, give good customer service, & shut these folks down who dont value their business & forgot what they went into business for in the first place, to make money. As of 9:19, no one has come out renting & my friend is still doing paperwork, I guess. Oops, 9:20 a customer came out with papers & keys, I guess I need patience. My friend jus came out 9:25.

Spoke to a lady on the phone about reserving a truck, she said no need plenty of trucks. When i got there they had no trucks.

I really dont like the new staff for not letting me rent a truck because my guy owes them and since I knew him they wouldnt let me or anyone that associated with him rent from them. Crazy because I had a storage unit with them. So I had to go around searching for a truck.

I hate they raised the prices. I may have to find a cheaper option.

ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not put your items in this storage....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put everything I owned in this storage, went to take items out and discovered RAT 🐀 DROPPINGS AND AN INFESTATION OF ROACHES!!!!!! Not happy at all. Management was nonchalant about it, hopefully you have insurance was the only comfort I received.

Gave my U-Haul away and claimed to have called me, but then said he wasnt able to reach me because it was the wrong number.

Worst experience ever, a lot of lying covering up for each other, receipts issued that says cash issued today. But, i was told five minutes earlier on the phone no receipt or refund unless in the store. Well, it was issued when i wasnt in the store. To who? Rude female, had no communication skills whatsoever. Needed other reps to assist her with her meltdowns. I was asked are you gonna bring out truck back, because i asked why would my 4 hour rental cost the same as my 24 rental. I heard lie, after, lie, after lie. Day two more lies. I was told by a guy his name was Alvin Spvr, then by the end of call Jack the employee. Lie after lie after lie. Hostile, volatile temperamental crew. Unnecessary escalations.
