Wish I could leave a ZERO as well! Our delivery was left by our neighbors fence, which is in the ALLEY and no where near our front door or our mailbox! I am going to make SURE I never have ANYTHING shipped by FedEx again.

Called with questions and got better customer service from an experienced, well trained associate than from calling fedex 1-800 number.

Too bad I couldnt give zero. I had 3 different reasons why they couldnt deliver my package to Paradise. I come to Chico since my package is there and I told the representative that I would come get it. The place is supposed to open at 9, I show up at 9:45 and the doors are still locked. A half hour on the phone speaking to another representative through a barely understandable phone connection and they dont know why they are not open. What a pathetic operation.

I had to go there on a work related mission on my day off Christmas eve because the prior two days I was promised a delivery that never came. On the 24th I came in on my day off because the package was once again promised by 10:30a.m.... I had even called customer service and they assured me the delivery would be by 10:30. Then I got an update around 10:40 that there would not be a delivery. Just then, the FEDEX driver showed up with a package I wasnt expecting. He gave me the secret local phone number to get a live honest person named Doris. She located my package and told the folks at the airport to have it waiting for me to pick up. Drove to the other side of the city and got it. Not much of a day off but I needed that package for an experiment.

Paid extra to have my packaged delivered today, showed this morning it was out for delivery from chico to orland...they never came, & brought the package back to chico to deliver it in 3 days instead! They said by 8pm! By 6 it was already at the chico location! The driver didnt even bother to come! There goes my husbands birthday! Thanks a lot! The least hou could do is come tomorrow...but not until monday? Ridiculous!

Pulled right into the parking lot today at 5:31pm. I was worried that they’d be closed already, but there was someone standing at the door. She said if I’d hurry she would help me. This was awesome because I knew I was already late. She was very nice and respectful. I was able to pick up my package successfully. Her name was Cathy I believe! Awesome service!
