Nice to show at this store. I think it would be a lot better if there is competition to these big box stores. Like, store with equally better pricing singles, not bulked items.

One of the best Costco stores that I have been so far. They have ample parking space and the mall next-door is almost vacant which adds to additional parking just in case needed. The staff at this store is very friendly and always willing to help.

Costco is the best store you can go to. I love coming here to stock up on essentials like water, eggs, chicken and toilet paper. They also have other great finds that you wont get anywhere else.

If she is not happy can you have her stay her instead of not happy answer and not willing to serve the customerI have been so many locations of Costco .This location I feel very very discrimination. From the entrance of membership service . If you don’t speak their language you have to wait with very rude tone .I don’t what is happening of this locationMaybe they don’t need Chinese’s Bussiness here .So weirdI hope upper management will notice this situationIs this Mexico here ?They are chatting with Spanish while they are working very happy .But when I need help, they are so rude to meDon’t understandWill never come back this locationAnd I will tell all the people I know about today’s experience

I really don’t like the lines at Costco. I also think they should get an app like Sams Club so you can scan items as you go and self check out to avoid the long lines. Meat is way more expensive at Costco than yourLocal grocery or Sams and the quality isn’t better.

I have been here many times over the years and its always busy but theyve always got exactly what we need and then some. some of the prices and deals just cant be beat. i have visited the customer service desk for a temp pass when i forget my card and always receive quick and nice assistance from those behind the counter. im glad to continue to come back and shop here.

The parking is very busy all of the time except during the opening hours and closing hours. The best times to go are during opening and closing hours. The lines are very long in the middle of the day. The gas station is extremely long. They have to continue to change the traffic pattern due to traffic. The best parking spots are on the side of the Costco. I would advise going in with a list because you will end up buying all the snacks in the store.

Love this Costco. Line never takes long and now they have self checkout. Optical department here is great as well. I visit Costco every 2 weeks and it’s never a disappointment.

It has a complete range of categories, moderate prices, and cheap and good-quality goods. It is a good shopping mall for home food ingredients, semi-finished and finished products, and other daily necessities.

Really crowded, even the gas station very long lines. And employees you ask for something and no clue, immediately they send you away, instead of saying I will find out for you if we still have the items you are looking for.

Shopping at Costco has and is a pleasure. Today I picked up some essential groceries for the week ahead. It was nice to see that there are samples being offered once again, and self checkout makes it faster to shop and go.

Short lines and chicken bake was delicious.

Prices are good, but waiting for check out, its crazy. I wish they had 10 items or less checkouts. If I have to buy couple of items, I dont even go there.Also the gas lines... I rather pay couple of pennies more than wait 1/2 hour for my turn. Something must be done about this

I live between the Chino Hills and San Dimas Costcos. For years we went to the Chino Hills one, but since they installed the self checkouts I rarely go there any more. I am not a fan of self checkouts and I didnt like being pressured to use them. I like being greeted by a person and thanked for visiting. I switched to the San Dimas store, which we like, and they didnt have self checkouts. I notice that they recently installed them, which is fine for people that want to use them. I just hope they do not start pressuring the rest of them to use them.

Awful service . After standing on a long line for food, I was turned away because I didnt have my Costco card with me. I was exhausted after a 12 hour shift at the hospital and I didnt want to go eat elsewhere with my dirty scrubs. I felt humiliated but thats their policy. Turning healthcare workers away from your food court is sure a good look for costco.

When I bought a complete pizza, I didnt need to wait for a second. I got a pizza that had been prepared for a long time, and its oil had soaked the bottom of the box. This is not a qualified product that can be handed over to customers.

THE 1ST option i would buy tvs, laptops, or any electronics if i could help it. specifically because of their extended warranty coverages and overall customer satisfaction guarantees on anything and everything they sell. customer service has always been top notch if i had to return anything. their roasted chicken aint too bad either.

Really disturbed. I asked what I think was a manager (red vest) for assistance. I found all other items I needed except one. I had walked through almost all of the isles of the food section trying find it. After no success I thought I would ask. He just looked and said we had xxx amount of units without any direction except it is in the pantry isles. Thanks but that is not helpful at all!!!!! I proceeded to walk again through all the pantry isles and once again to no avail. Why the salsa wasnt with the other salsas God only knows. I feel this individual could have been a bit more helpful. Idk why you are here if you cant help find one item. I am obviously really upset with this situation. Especially after truly walking all over trying to find it and then finally giving in and asking. Awful customer service!!!!

Difficult to navigate to product. No aisle signs. Effectively need to walk up and down EVERY aisle. Great product and prices if you can find what youre looking for. Greatly improved checkout times.

Like all Costcos parking is crazy, but once inside the workers are great and helpful. The meat department was the best.

Costco is a great place to shop, but the fueling area needs an update. That Temecula location has it right, but the Lowes next-door prevented the Costco Chino Hills location from building a modern facility for gasoline. Bummer.

Found not one, but TWO pieces of PLASTIC in my food. Just a quick stop at the food court for a pepperoni pizza and a mocha freeze drink. The lid from the mocha freeze has a tab that comes off, and I guess they forgot to check if those can fall into their cups? So when I got home, I found one tab broken into two pieces in my drink. Had to throw the whole thing away... :(

Cosco has done it again!!

My experience at this particular location today was not very pleasant, in fact I felt like I was being rushed out of the door, like as if I were taking everything we bought for free. The customer service team was a bit rude and dismissive towards us. I will be reconsidering on whether or not to come here again, most likely not!

Costco is my go to place for when I just want to walk around and see what’s available. Sometimes I even come across things I didn’t even know I needed. I get my daughters formula here for a fraction of what I would pay at a regular retail store. I’ve always had good interactions with the staff. The only time I avoid coming is during the holidays when maneuvering inside can be difficult and finding parking is near impossible

I went to get the card, however, bridgett at the customer service at the beginning she was nice just after I did not want to get the $120 var and apply to the visa card, then she become rude I was with my brother talking in spanish she had the audacity to call someone that speaks Spanish so she could get us to apply to what she want it. I ended up getting what I want it however she did not give my brother his membership because he forgot the ID. Costo need to train better their staff .

Just came here for gas. So Im only rating the gas pump area. The price of the gas is getting higher which is unfortunate. But I also think that the location of the gas pumps is not great. It causes quite a bit of traffic at a traffic light. I wish they had more pumps as well to deal with the volume of members who come to this location. Im from the Bay Area and the South San Francisco Costco did a great job with choosing a new location and adding way more gas pumps to handle the large volume of members. Im hoping this location will do the same thing.

Prices are always good. You must buy quantity. They do have self check out IF you do not have any alcohol. Checking out is a pain. Today there were about 4 open registers but each line had at least 4 customers.

It is a great store like all other Costco stores. New products are displayed weekly which makes the visit more interesting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whats not to love at Costco? You can buy anything there with the confidence that the product meets certain level of quality control and almost certain at the lowest price with free extended warranty on electronics.

Inexpensive gas worth the wait in California

Beware: regarding refunds. Purchases made through COSTCO. com and at the warehouse are handled differently if you need to make a return. I returned a Samsung Smart watch purchased through the website. I used my debit card. Could not get REFUND back to same card at warehouse when I walked the product in. Only options were: 1) credit to a VISA card, which I didnt have 2) cash back or 3) credit to a COSTCO card, like a gift card

Costco has always been a great place to eat, the food court is fantastic. The price cannot be beat for the amount of food you get. The hot dog combo is the best ever. Always come for the pepperoni pizza and hot dog combo. Fills you up for 4 bucks. Not sure what its like compared to Sams club.

Every time I looked a little lost, there seemed to be a very friendly employee there to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Excellent customer service.

Costco was overcrowded like there are people wearing masks but theyre so much people inside of a Costco that its not even funny its like you cant even walk like people bumping into each other and like the lines are super immense big like wow

The Chino Hills Costco is a decent, newer location. Parking here is good, store is big, service is OK, and of course theres a nice food court up front to serve you cheap hot dogs, pizzas, and ice cream.Only complaint is the Costco gas station here. Its definitely way too small for the amount of customers who come here. Expect a long wait unless you come at very, very odd hours.

Awsome place to shop at, the staff is really helpful and caring for whatever questions you may have.

Spoke on the phone today with Sam and membership and she was amazing she answered my question and made me feel so much better about the return I had because I wasnt sure if its an item I can returnand then when I had another question she was patient with me and took the time to answer that. But then I realized I had a third question and she was totally awesome about that too and as much as I wish I could go right now for Sam to do my return, I am fortunately cant make it down there but I would go just to get Sams assistance because their customer service is top-notch and everyone should follow how Sam handled customers, this is actually an update from a really bad experience I had at this store when an administrative staff member was really rude to me when I was pregnant and I literally only called to ask about the return policy and I planned to go to another store but honestly Sam I think you brought me back to this location thank you so much you are amazing, this is for Sam in Membership.

Even though there is only 2 days before Christmas, the store was well stocked and the shoppers were acting in a civilized manner. We usually dread having to go to any store during this time of the year, but we were quite surprised today. Could this be a new trend?

It was perfectly good. Bought shampoo, conditioner, head and shoulders 2 in 1 dandruff shampoo. Tried to buy diapers for my son Aaron but they didnt have the size I needed on their floor at time I was shopping their. Not upset about it, it happens.

This is a nice Costco, once in awhile its crazy crowded, but most of the time its not bad. The cashiers are courteous and efficient.

Costco staff sanitizes all the shopping carts before handing to the customers. Good social distance keeping in line, even on the weekends. Pretty good stocks for popular items.Love the self checkout. Helpful staff. I feel safe to shop in this location during the pandemic.

As always a busy Saturday.Costco needs to put posts in the store that anyone using there phone operating a cart will be held liable for any injuries to any of the employees or patrons.Because people are paying more attention to their phones and not their surroundings.

She went above and beyond to help me with my new purchase. The prices are unbelieveable and they take VSP insurance. Amazing service and quality glasses and lens.

I was having difficulty with the self-checkout system in processing my payment and the employee (older Caucasian gentlemen, 65+) was very rude to me with a condescending tone. Won’t be returning to this location. It’s just unfortunate. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

I was able to get amazing help from a lady whose name I dont remember. I was also able to find the item I wanted easily. Sorry if the picture is blurry I was in the car, but this was the item I found easily.
