My friend, Sharon recommend this store the day my phone died. Luckily we were hanging out that day. These people were very accommodating and I received the best customer service ever! Very honest people! My phone couldnt be saved but I got a new one for a great price!

We have come here with our phones broken, and to buy a new phone. Anu and his team are helpful and very wonderful to work with.

There is nothing about this place that is good. Buyer Beware these guys are a bunch of scam artist from the low-level salespeople to management. They mislead the customer in order to sign a contract agreement or upgrade a phone. Once you realize what youre actually paying for, its too late. They are very unethical. They tricked me and my disabled family member into getting my account password. Then they changed my account and upgraded my account without my authorization. After speaking to a manager at the location to solve this problem, I was told that the individual salesman who did this was Justin, but then later his name changed to Victor. The manager was trying to cover for the guy. My disabled family member needed to replace a phone because it broke. The salesman called me up stating he needed my account password to replace the phone. I did and he said it did not work. My password never gave me a problem before and never gave me a problem after. So he ended up adding my family member to the account without permission. Then he made changes onto the account and upgraded my plan which in turn raised my monthly payments. While I was at the store complaining, there were two other people complaining about false promises and being misled. Dont waste your time talking to management because they are the ones who trained the low-level people to be crooks and make a sale no matter what and will cover for them. Then they try act like its the customers fault. I dont think so, this whole place needs to be shut down and verizon needs to higher people with strong ethics and integrity.

Anhu is amazing!! His brother as well! They have helped me every time something was broken. Whether it was a camera or LCD & Glass screen. I highly recommend them to everyone!!! I will always be going back if I ever have an issue with my phone.

Last year they replaced the broken glass on my IPad. Great job but months later my home button was sticking. Took it in for repair and they put on a new glass and home button today at NO CHARGE Couldnt believe it. So thankful.

The people here are very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. There is usually little or no wait at this location. They were able to lower our bill and even came to our car to set up the Bluetooth for us. I highly recommend them!

Great place to get your iphone fixed. My iphone needed a battery and other places said they needed 2 hours. This place fixed it in 15 mins with the lowest price. I recommend you go here for all your iphone repair needs. They also have good deals on new phones and plans. I might upgrade later on here.

If I could give less than a star or a negative star review, I would!!! This place is horrible, they are a bunch of scam artists that take advantage of people. We have had this ipad for 6+ years and never had any issues... my kids using it primarily and have dropped it many of times on various surfaces, with no issues, until recently when my husband dropped it and the screen cracked. We recently took our ipad to have the glass replaced, and paid $85. Upon bringing it home, it was not operating right... the screen would stay on all the time and drain the battery and not enter sleep mode unless we manually turned the ipad off. It was never a issue prior to the screen being replaced. 2 days later, my daughter went to play on her ipad and noticed the screen was cracked. And this time, the ipad would not even work with the screen being cracked; whereas, prior to the replacement, the ipad worked fine, we only fixed it for cosmetic reasons. We took it back because we were told it had a 30-day warranty; however, they said that the warranty would not be honored because they insisted we did something to crack the screen. The only thing they would offer is a 30% discount on another screen replacement...again with no guarantee!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! They are a horrible excuse for a business and are not honorable in any way! I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone, EVER!!!!!

I called in and wanted to buy Note II and they claimed it was in stock. I drove to the store they wanted to charge $75 more than all the other Verizon stores... complete waste of my time.

EXCELLENT customer service! My wife and I have been to many Verizon stores and none can compare. Anu, the store manager, provided us with service like pre-ordering the G-4, not over-charging or adding extra services that other stores said we had to take. The place is small but provides a high-level of custormer service.
