This is my first time for this store, clean and nice place. the people is so kind for help me solve all question about the phone

Just trying to browse and see if I wanted to upgrade my phone and the dude there would not leave me alone to simply feel out the phones i was interested in. So i just left.

Rep was able to fix my phone. Will go back tomorrow and purchase a new phone for my daughter.

Due to Calif laws they can only allow 10 people in the store at any one time including employees. Depending who helps you, the person will be awesome or just ok. Today our experience was just ok. The person kept telling me to get the phone through him not tmobile Corp. I know why but I dont have to be reminded multiple times especially when we wont be getting a new phone for at least 3 years.

I came to this store first time and I felt very being helped with the whole team. Especially Nancy and her manager explained the deal to me very patiently. Recommend if you are deciding to go Sprint. This store is very good.

We come to open our new plan and get some new phones with a very good price. The store is clean and all the staffs are pretty nice. Highly recommend to stop by here and take a look!

Referred by a friend, and made a visit to this store and switched my family plan to Sprint today. Coco is great introducing all about Sprints plan and great promotions. She is great sales and manager. Victor is really helping out with the switching process, really really nice guys. It took a longer time to go through the process, but Coco and Victor are very kind and helped me out eventually! Perfect experience! Would like to recommend this store to my friends.

*NOW A T-MOBILE STORE: and it would be no stars. Walked in ready to upgrade to an S20 15 min before closing and apparently me asking questions regarding T-Mobile Vs sprint was triggering for Nancy. She basicallly admitted it was late and refused to help me, claiming I somehow disrespected her asking questions about her product. Mmmmmk. Thank Nancy! Wesley pls take note this employee lost you $1k+ in sales tonight.

Just came and asking for new device, so surprise this store not only english speaking. Jean had introduced Samsung offer for me that is amazing,$0 per month for S10, and also she is very nice to help me for transfer data. so wonderful for S10, I will go to this store for my next shopping and refer all my friend to Jean,she is really nice and patient.

I had been to the store a few times to ask about adding more new phones to existing cell phone lines, and the employees have been very nice and helpful. today, Molly especially, gave me excellent customer service with the bill payment for this month. we love coming to this store, with it in an area very convenient and near.

They have no clue what they are doing. And every item I picked, the associate said “oh, this one over here is cheaper “ to which I replied “cost is not an issue” she continued to sell me on cheaper or clearanced items. ??? And don’t get me started on the checkout process. I ended up leaving empty handed.

I came in spontaneously, wanting to get a a new iPhone. They were very helpful, kind, patient and sweet. If you’re looking to get a new phone I recommend this location because everyone is so sweet. You can tell they listen to what you’re looking for and help you get what you want.

This is the best sprint store in chino hills area I have been, they can speak English and Chinese, if you speak Chinese you should go to this store, they are very nice and professional. BTW,right now they have good promotion for Iphone and Samsung device, thats so great to get a new phone
