Rep here is so helpful. This is retail store which has best service than corporate store on Grand Ave. Rep Jordanne is the best here. She provide excellent service. Thank you. Please dont go to corporate store @ Grand Ave, Chino Hills, CA. Please visit this store instead.

I was promised phones being delivered at a certain date they drop the ball, and passed it off on someone else like it wasn’t there problem to close a sale. I was charged for a phone I never got on the date I was “promised” it would be there. And when I went in was told if I could wait a few more days. That’s bs. Horrible customer service. This branch should be closed because no there knows what there doing. I canceled. Because I didn’t get what I was already charged for. Don’t not go here. The whole store needs to be retrained

The costumer service here is great and they are always honest and helpful! Cameron has helped me twice now with purchasing a phone and paying my remaining balance for the phone and is super patient and great to talk to. I will only go to this location!

Every time I come to the Chino Hills location the service is excellent! Today, Nick helped me setup email and a few other options on my iPhone and he was patient, clear, and concise. He was knowledgeable in every aspect of the phone that I was having a problem with. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for excellent service. Thanks again, Nick!!

The hours of services said that this store must be open until 8pm today, I’m here at 5 pm and is closed! There is not sign or advice that this store will be closed any where.It’s unfortunate.

This store is awesome! Every time I visit there is no wait time and they always provide excellent customer service. Jeff, the store manager, was really helpful. He had all the answers to my questions. I was very surprised on how young he was, but I could tell that he earned his position from the way he presented himself as well as how he interacts with customers. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this store.

Went to the store with my family to upgrade 3 phones, was helped by Cameron, he was very unprofessional and told me straight that I didn’t qualify for anything that I had to pay full price when in my ATT account said the opposite and I had an offer for the 3 phones. Went to diferente location and they were able to do it andfor me. Don’t recommend you this location neither the Sales person Cameron, he doesn’t have passion for what he does, he needs more training and customer service skills.

Camren was just who we were looking for on a Sunday with no managers available. I greatly appreciated his honesty and customer service. If we decide to go back to at&t we will definitely return to this location.

I had the worst experience here. First of all, I have trade in a phone, the sales person told me that I have to apply for another new phone number and I can get a new phone---He emphazied that this is becuase of the promotion policy, I have to change a new cell number. Once the new phone number is active, the old one will be cancelled. But I was still charged the old number for over 2 months! What he told me is totally not true. Be careful when you go there! The sales was cheating us.......

Went to this location because it was on my way to work. I had lost my phone and I needed to buy a replacement. Although online it says their business opens at 10 am after arriving (and waiting until 10:20) the employee refused to let me and other customers in. He claimed the system was down. He seemed very bothered that we were there knocking on the door. He said that if we didn’t stop knocking on the door he would call the police. Employee was very rude to myself and other customers waiting. Ended up at a different location the following day purchasing my mobile device. Would not recommend this location because of my recent experience.

I was here several weeks ago because my email accounts weren’t working. Hassan researched the issue and knew exactly how to fix the problems on my phone. He was also helping another customer but was able to accommodate us both in a fair manner. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. Excellent customer service Hassan!

This location never wants to take my payments.. they always sending me to another location to pay which is very disappointing... never heard of an at&t refused to take my payment and send their customers somewhere farther..

Love this location! I popped in here on my way from the Chase to look for a new tablet and possibly update my hubby’s iPhone. Hassan, the employee who worked with us, was so helpful and friendly! I need a lot of explanation for my gadgets, and he was very clear and patient. He showed me exactly what would work with my plan and I was pleasantly surprised to see I had more options than I had imagined! Make sure to ask for Hassan if you come in, he was the reason I will definitely be returning to this branch.

The staff- Hassan, he’s the bravest staff I ever seen. We were having some phone issues and he was helping us. In the meantime there was a woman came into the store pretended as a costumer, stole the tab and ran out. Hassan reacted very fast and chased that woman out, although she ran away and get into a sliver Honda car but he tried his best. I feel he’s very brave, reaction very fast. After he came back he adjusted his emotions in a short time and updated all the things to the company and came back to service us and another costumer professionally. So I have to give him 5 stars review and recommend his service to everyone!!

Marilyn did a Fantastic job helping us move from Verizon. Her manager Hassan helped her and both were very friendly and good.

I just heard a co-worker of mine complain to another co-worker about Sprint customer service. I had to brag about my experience with AT&T at this store. I was able to get my daughter and me new IPhones, lower my monthly service fees w/unlimited usage. Thank you to the sales rep, Adrian.

04/17/2019 ..10:05am i was there a few minutes ago, bad service i asked for some information about my account, the guy in the front desk refused to give me any information about my account if i dont make any purchases at the store...... bad bad service and attitude . i hope the manager of the store takes care about the personal on the store

The online customer rep mess up my new line. Therefore, I came to the store ask for assist. Adrian is really helpful, he helped me solve all issue.

Watched this store setting up getting ready to open went in within days and found the most helpful people liked them even better then the spectrum store been in twice now and got the same great service both times

Came in today at 10am wasnt opened waited half hour for some one to show up just to be told i cant pay here go else where.

Waste of time, they don’t accept cash, only credit. Would not recommend, workers were too busy talking to each other to notice me walk in.
