We were impressed with our salesperson George, he clearly knows his product and was informative and thorough in explaining the various mattresses, delivery and setup process. My husband and I walked into this Mattress Firm on a whim, mainly just to try out a Purple mattress. We were greeted by Dacia who made us feel welcome and comfortable! They have this great Mattress Matching questionnaire process that helped us narrow down our choice by taking our sleeping habits and concerns into consideration. We tested out a few different brands and types of mattresses based on our sleeping profiles and ended up confirming our original choice of a Purple hybrid mattress. The whole process was fun! I appreciate that Dacia was really patient and never made us feel obligated to buy a mattress. Nonetheless, we are really happy that we did!

Excellent service Mario was very knowledgeable on the different mattresses and pillows I went in the store just to try out the mattresses and walked out purchasing the split California King Tempur-Probreeze Hybrid he was able to bend on the price a little bit to my liking so a deal was made which made me one satisfied customer. I almost never leave reviews for purchases but when a store employee goes out of their way to meet a customer request I’ll leave a review. I was greeted by Maria upon entering the store. She introduced herself and told me she was going to ask me questions about how I sleep and what I knew about foam mattresses and hybrid mattresses. She explained that to me and then took me on a tour: THEMPURPEDIC, Sealy Hybrid, etc. She did not waste my time showing me soft or purple mattresses! Maria is very knowledgeable about mattresses and a great salesperson! I was happy to purchase my new mattress and adjustable base!

I was moving to Texas from San Diego. I had just bought a house in Texas and I needed two mattress for myself and my parents when they visit. I askEd for something around the $500 because I don’t want to pay too much. They gave me two mattresses for $800, one was a king and the other was a queen. I only payed $399 for the king and $299 for the queen. They gave us two mattress covers for $100. Plus the shipping was great! I don’t need my mattress in San Diego but in Texas on a later day. They said they could ship it to my new house in any day I wanted. The employees are super nice and gave us a great deal!

He offered us a great deal on the power base and discounts on accessories such as the black ice pillows and protective cover. I ordered the Beauty Rest Pressure Smart Medium/Plush paired with the Mattress Firm 900 Adjustable Base. Note that the mattress is more on the firm side (will have to update this review once I’ve had the bed for a couple months to comment further); the lumbar customization on the base was also a huge plus over the tier below it. We scheduled the delivery to arrive just two days later and I left the store feeling very excited for my new bed!I had follow up questions after my visit and Jorge picked up the phone and answered them immediately. The delivery time frame was between 10:15-12:15 and the movers arrived before 11am. The set-up was quick and I had no issues with operating the power base. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. My mom loves my new bed and now wants to purchase the same set-up, so we’ll be seeing Jorge again very soon. The only negative I would say is the hold time for the credit check. He literally was on hold for over 30 min and we had to sit and wait. That could honestly cost him a sale. Luckily we had nothing better to do but I was becoming impatient. Other than that the guy was great and even tried to sell us a cheaper mattress but we ended up getting a more expensive mattress.

Jorge worked with me this weekend to find the perfect mattress. I shopped around at a few other furniture/mattress stores and found their sales staff to be on the same level as car salesperson. Jorge and his coworkers were beyond helpful without being pushy. No pressure what so ever was applied to make the sale, which is what I appreciated the most. The amazing quality and fantastic pricing over the Labor Day weekend sale was enough.

Overall experience was great. Keenen was helpful and very patient with us. He was very knowledgeable of ALL the brands they had to offer and swapped several mattresses for us to try out. If youre going to go anywhere, go to this location. They are the absolute BEST in inventory and customer service. I had to switch out my mattress due to it not breaking in the way we expected (no fault of the original amazing associate Joey), and was very nervous about the 120-Night return process (as they are usually difficult and tedious). Michelle made the proper readjustments for my preference and had everything squared away within 10 mins. It was truly a breath of fresh air. I appreciate you so much Michelle, tell the people you need a raise. You deserve it. TEN STARS.

We have bought two Mattresses, and one of them got bumpy under warranty, they exchanged it immediately (after doing the online assessment), Miguel at the Otay Ranch store helped us out, and we left knowing out new Mattress is on it’s way.
