I will preface by saying that we do not have our bed yet because we just bought it two days ago. That said, the professionalism of both the online (Susan) person and the in-store (Franko) person was a solid 10! Many other companies should visit these people so they can understand what great customer service really is. I am 76. That should explain a lot. I expect good customer service and I am generally disappointed. Sleep Number was the refreshing exception. Kudos FrankO and Susan.
My sales rep Phitsanu was awesome. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He asked the right questions which helped to find the right bed for me, Thank you Phitsanu!!

Great store, great sales associates, great products, and decided to purchase. Another customer that stopped in the store congratulated us and said he bought his bed 7 years ago and it was the best money he ever spent. With an endorsement like that from a customer (not a sales associate), how could you go wrong!? Go see Franko at Sleep Number in EastLake!
Great experience. Walked out of there after purchasing a new J6 Sleep Number bed. Cant wait for it to be installed. Recommend this particular store to anyone seriously considering a new bed.
My wife and I were super excited to start enjoying our much needed better sleep, but experience with sleep number customer none service and their lack of knowledge with their our financing process put a huge dark cloud over what we thought was going to be a wonderful experience, not to mention the amount of money we decided to spend at that store. Long story short, we ended up with late payment with financing due to sales guiding us through process, and when we reached out to store no call back. Spoke to store manager (Franko) 12-19-20 when they opened 11am and he said he would speak to District Manager and call back later that day. No call was received. Over all very disappointing experience.
Franko was a great salesman, not puahy at all. Was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. I was hesitant to go in at first but Im glad we did.

Glad is Munoz whats my sleep professional and that is not a good enough word to describe her customer service because she spent an entire 3 hours with me (fortunately for me there were no other customers at the time) and she answered every single one of my questions use the monitoring system that shows you where your sleep number should be set at.I tried every single bed in the store out several times we even discussed different types of pillows and bedding.I was referred to the store buy a very happy customer and I am extremely happy with the customer service that was provided and I have already referred several people to that store.Keep up the great work.Dan
We were browsing only, but after trying some mattress we were convinced that this was the one (as we have purchase 4 mattresses in the last 5 yrs), but I need to say, this was possible bacause of the Customer Service, and Frank is the guy to go!!!Hes super friedly, patient, and knows what hes doing, what we like is that he wanst pushing for us to buy and gave my wife and I space to talk and think about the purchase. So, if you go to Sleep Number in C.V. ask for him, you wont regret it.
Alex was wonderful to me. He told me things in detail and in a way I would understand. Not that I am moron but it was very understandable and relatable the way he explained things to me. First time in a Sleep Number store and I could have stayed all morning. The store was clean, orderly, and relaxing. The sales manager was welcoming, informative, and allowed us to experience all the store had to offer without any pressure to purchase. I highly recommend the Chula Vista/Eastlake location.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased the 360 bed but havent received it yet.
The best mattresses Ive ever had a chance to also on, most restful sleep. The guys in the shop are also most nice and helpful.
