I’ve owned one in the past. 15 yrs ago.I’m sure quality is even more better and I’m looking forward to getting sleep should this mattress deliver what it has promised :). My wife & I went into the Millenia Mattress Firm based off the 5 star reviews. We were instantly greeted and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dacia. It is remarkable what a great sales rep can do for the shopping experience overall. Dacia was fantastic from the beginning to the end of the selection and buying process. We were curious about the Tempurpedic beds and she answered all of our question and gave us additional information that we may not have thought to ask about. She listened to our needs and steered us into a couple of choices based off what we told her and encouraged us to really try the beds out and lay on them as we would at home. I had a bit of sticker shock at the Tempurpedic prices, but Dacia made us so comfortable and was very patient with us so we ended up splurging!! She applied all available discounts and then offered 0% financing on everything. It was a win-win! Outstanding customer service with a genuine concern for customers needs. We highly recommend this location and especially Dacia. She was awesome.

We went into Mattrese Firm Millenia in mind that we wanted to purchase a new mattress. We were debating on splurging on a Tempur-pedic mattress or not. We were greated by staff right away. Shortly after Dacia came and introduced herself. We are glad she did. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress and answered all our questions and concerns that we had. What i loved about her was that she was so down to earth and not once was she pushy on making a sale. I ordered a mattress here 2 weeks ago to be delivered to my new house and they just called me today, THE DAY BEFORE my scheduled delivery date to tell me the mattress I bought and paid for 2 weeks ago is “out of stock”. And of course now I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone to get a refund. Very bad service. There’s hundreds of mattress stores, so I just want my money back to I can go with a more professional one.

They guy that helped us was great! We had just come from looking a mattresses at jeromes where we find the guy a bit pushy and rude. But here we didn’t feel that at all he was honest and should us a bunch of options and let us roam and came a checked in with us every so often and let us decide when we were ready.

Sean provided great insight on the available adjustable frames and payment options. Service was outstanding. What I had a problem with was with the payment options by Mattress Firm Inc., if you buy in-store, you can only finance for 24 months but if you order online, financing is available for 60 months. I think that is unfair to the consumer and to the in-store sales people.

When I purchased my new bed, I forgot about how I was going to attach my headboard to my new adjustable base. I called Mattress Firm and it was super easy! They have a kit to do just that!! I will be putting it together soon enough!

This place is fantastic. The other week we went to Board N Brew ( my favorite place to eat ) then after grabbing some food we stoped in the store to waste a bit of time. I was created by Miguel and told him I was not enjoying my current mattress as it had a big sag. He mentioned to me a few mattresses and we laid on a few of them, he sure knew about those beds ( said he did months of training ) and it showed. A few weeks had past and we went back into try the beds again. This time we found the perfect mattress. Just this past weekend it was deluged and wow !! We got a firm luxury firm and we live it so far. It still needs to break in. The crazy thing is I usually run hot at night and I didn’t get hot, no back issues. My husband has been searching for Labor Day sales online. We need 2 mattress toppers, one for us and one for the kids room. The best deal he could find was on the Wayfair website. We were planning on placing an order this weekend. We took our kids to the new Otay Ranch McDonalds and figured we could just walk in and see if Mattress Firm had any deals. We were happy to find that they offer price match plus a discount! We eneded up ordering the exact same toppers we wanted and at a lower price. Originally we were only going to buy 1, however Chris, the salesman who assisted us, was able to drop the price on the 2nd one as well. We appreciate the kind, thorough service offered to us the minute we stepped in the store.
