If I could not validate this point it would cost me thousands of dollars-that is keeping it simple.A friend who has a friend recommended Francisco at this store. It was no where near my home but what option did I have? It turned out that while the phones were over 4 years old, he could get the parts to fix themNot only did he fix them for a very reasonable price, I got more than I was expecting which in turn made what I need to do so much more easier and less costly.He and his staff kept me informed along the way, as one phones parts were taking longer. Even when people were starting to crowd into the store, it was arranged socially distanced style, and more employees came to assist.If you have something complex, or are just needing service in general I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Great place. Had good prices and a professional staff. The front desk worker gave me a quote site unseen over the phone and they finished the job ahead of schedule within a couple of hours. Most definitely recommend to my friend that have a broken screen.

I took in a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ to get a google account removed and I dropped the phone off in the early afternoon and about three hours later I was picking it up. The service was amazing, fast and affordable. Great experience!

We took a Galaxy S10+ to repair the screen on a Saturday afternoon, they said it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday the latest and that they would call when complete. They asked for a $150 deposit. Tuesday 3 hours before they closed, we called and they said the phone was not ready. I would have expected at least a courtesy call to let me know the phone wouldnt be ready. Unbelievable that after 3 work days they couldnt fix my phone. . Extremely poor customer service.We took it somewhere else and they had it ready in less than 2 hours.

WIRELESS PROS ARE THE BEST! A friend told me about this place and took my iphone in for repair, it was ready in less than 1 hour and never gave a problem. Theyre fast, friendly and professional. Big selection of accessories and phones plus if they dont have it or carry it theyll special order it for you. Its hard to recommend a company or service but these guy never let me down.

Excellent customer service. Every time I come into this particular store, they go out of their way to help me with all my concerns. They are polite and friendly and I get the sense that they take every customer seriously with any concerns. Ive been to numerous Metro Stores in San Diego and Wireless Pros is the best BY FAR. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The guys took 2 days to finish my phone . The first day I went to pick it up 4 hours after dropping it off . I never got a call back so I had to keep calling to see if it was almost done . The girl keep telling me the same thing “he’s almost done “. I took initiative to go after two hours to check it out it still wasn’t done . Hours later I call and he finally finished . I go & I check out my phone . The front camera still wasn’t working correctly . If I hadn’t checked it out he would have let me pay and leave without pointing out it still isn’t fixed ! I had to pay full payment anyways and leave it over night .. the next day when I go to pick it up it STILL wasn’t working correctly . The only thing he fixed was the back camera . So I was confused as why I payed so much when he didn’t even fix the front camera . He did replace the screen but my phone STILL is not working well and it is working WORSE the. It was before he “fixed it “ . Idk what he did but my screen isn’t responsive and my phone crashes all the time . Save you money and time and go else wear for a screen replacement or anything in general . I had to buy a new phone from what should have been an easy fix, when I brought it in my screen was cracked but still responsive a couple days after him replacing it my phone no longer works . Stay away from this place there’s a reason why the prices are low also the guy never even apologized.
