Very helpful and effective. Exam was done thoroughly and quickly. Our salesperson Ms. Halee was very polite and helpful. We had a great experience.

Every step of the way I was greeted with a smile and a helping hand! My exam was to the minute on time, quick, and informative! With my prescription in hand I walk about a yard and I’m greeted with more helping hands ready to show me a variety of exquisite, but inexpensive frames. I mean…. It was fun! I’ve never had so much fun going to a doctors appointment.

Julie provided great customer service and went beyond in helping us find exactly what we needed. Service was quick, and texted when ready to pick up later, same day. Was so satisfied with the service and support we decided to purchase another pair when we picked up the first set.

Santana was great. Even though, they were busy, she took the time and explain all my options to me. I been going to Lenscrafter for years and dont recall anyone explaining options or doing price comparison for me. I appreciate her kindness and patience. I left feeling like I made a good purchase based on the knowledge I had.

Santana is my girl! I have been working with her for for four years, she has always done me right! Every time I’ve ever had an issue or a problem she has always jumped to help and fix it. She has always done such a good job on my glasses and I refuse to go through anyone else. She is an extremely hard worker and will make sure the job gets done! I love her so much and am so blessed she is apart of the LensCrafters company. I’m not going to lie, if she wasn’t I probably wouldn’t go there. My Glasses have always been expensive with you guys but I choose to go through y’all due to my girl Santana always making sure I am taken care of. 7/11/21 The 3 ladies here where awesome came to get my prescription lenses swapped out of my broken frame into my replacement frame. they took care of me no questions asked and had great attitudes and customer service. Definitely recommend this lens crafters.

GREAT experience! I took my 91 year old mother for an eye exam, and I needed my annual exam in order to get my contacts refilled. Dr. Patel and her staff were very kind, patient, and helpful.Santana, our vision/glasses technician was so friendly and helpful. We had our appointment early in the morning, the store wasnt busy and we had a very minimal wait with Dr, and no wait at all when my mother was picking out frames. So glad that I found this location. I came to this location after having 4 appointments canceled at a competitors vision store in Hopkinsville, so I was already, shall we say.....a bit skeptical of the anticipated service. LensCrafters and the Dr. dispelled ALL of my anxiety; we were both ABOVE pleased with the kind, courteous, and patient service we received. The staff was friendly and my wait was minimal. The staff member who helped me pick out my glasses was welcoming and professional (I can’t remember her name but I do remember that she had on beautiful Tiffany & Co. glasses). They have a large selection of nice frames, it took me forever to narrow down my selection because I wanted them all. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for optical services.

Saw a doctor there not sure of her name but it starts with a P. DR P told me I had wrinkles on both my eyes & could go blind & needed to see her specialist in Nashville for surgery. Decided to see a specialist here in Clarksville instead. Come to find out she was WRONG! I do NOT have what she said I had that what I have is a birth defect & not going blind & do not need surgery like she said I do. She was very rude, talked way to fast as if trying to get me & probably others out the door as fast as she can. Will NOT be back ever again! Shes lucky I didnt demand my money back when I picked up my glasses subscription!

Unorganized. Staff is always rude or pushy. Wait times are long even if you have a scheduled appointment.

NOT HAPPY, WE ARE A RETURNING CUSTOMER, ARRIVED TO A NO ENTRY TAPE, PEOPLE WANDERING AROUND NO ONE WOULD WAIT ON US OR LET US IN! I AM 76 AND MY WIFE IS 80 NOT MUCH FUN WAITING IN MALL. WHEN A PERSON FINALLY CAME OVER SHE WAS A TEEN WITH A MASK ON AN WOULD NOT SPEAK UP LOUD ENOUGH TO HEAR ALL HER QUESTIONS. THEN WANTED OUR MED CARDS ETC. SHE WAS TOLD THAT THE INS. WAS ON FILE, NOT GOOD ENOUGH... THEN SOME OTHER PERSON CAME OVER AND INFORMED US WE COULD CANCEL AND LEAVE!! WE DID! THE VIRUS IS NO REASON TO BE RUDE AND I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE TREATED IN SUCH A MANNER!

Overall not to bad of a place. The staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Have taken the wife and daughter for their first glasses. Selection is ok, but seems to be more in line with designer and named brand than just ensuring I have frames. Plan on spending some time whether you have an appointment or not and if you have to wait for your glasses to come in dont hold your breath. Itll be quite some time. Overall not too bad of an experience, would not say I am disappointed.

Halee was super. Took care to ensure that this trip was better than last. She understood I was not happy with having to wait as long as I did after a mistake getting the correct lenses. She was awesome. Kudos to her.

The staff is overall wonderful. From me calling setting up the appointment to my daughter and I getting there. I swear The appointments were 2hrs apart but we was able to be seen right away. My daughter is a 1st time contact wearer and they made sure that she was able to do very thing she needed to. Santana helped me pick out some wonderful glasses that I myself never would have chosen. But I must add I did say I needed to step all the way out the box and she was able to get me out. Thank you all. I love you guys.

I have been going to LensCrafters for more than 5 years for my vision exam and glasses. The place is clean and all the staff are friendly and kind.

When I called in regards to Flexon titanium glasses, the girl advised they only had a few and basically told me “you don’t want them”I advised I would look elsewhere. Kinda threw away my sale, because Flexon is what I want.

We arrived early, were seen promptly. The new state of the art equipment at the Doctors office was wonderful. No dilation necessary, the equipment shows the doctor exactly what is going on in the eye, and the prescription process was very easy.My insurance coverage was explained as we signed in to see what lenses and options we could get with the glasses, and the glasses I received were done in an hour, they fit, and I see much better now.There was some waiting time getting the glasses, but the store was very busy.

Halee was the Optician who waited on me. She was extremely knowledgeable. Lenscrafters is lucky to have an employee like her. I hope she is being paid well, as it would be detrimental to the company if they lose her!

I literally had the entire staff helping me find the best frames and price for what I needed. Today was my first time ever! Wasn’t too bad but I expect a bit more with customer service of the ladies who were the big guns! Older white lady, short neck witch voice, was rude. There was a young girl calling to confirm that the customers glasses had arrived and she was rude. Kept looking as if I was stealing TESTERS! DIdnt greet me or anything. It got really annoying. There were two people who made my visit perfect!! Stacey and the only black lady there! Super sweet, patient, very informative!!! LensCrafters need more workers like those two!!! I spent so much money just because of them!!! Super excited for my glasses to arrive!!

Purchased a pair of glasses from here and it took over 3 weeks. Would have probably taken longer but I cancelled my order. Every time I would call, they would give me a new pick up date-a week later- and said they had no more information to give me other than that they were in finishing. No glasses take that long to make.

I returned to Clarksville TN, a few times a year while filling my position as an Inspector of all Aircraft types. This return visit my eye glasses were damaged. Knowing Lenscrafters is possibly the only establishment that preforms eye exams same day I called to set up and appointment. Although there were no appointments available that day I scheduled one for the next day. Was referred to schedule an appointment for 420 although that being a little to late in the evening I though why not 120. So I asked the price of the exam for contacts and was quoted at 99. Usd. After arriving to the appointment I was told while pproqxhing this triangle of women that the actual price is 140. - 150. That is over 50% more than quoted. Now I’m hoping they do not create issues with my eye exam and contact lenses. Cont..09/18/2019The eye exam was performed as usual, the Dr. and the technician were professional.

This was my first time using lens crafters. I came in as a walk in, and was seen very quickly. Everyone in the office were very friendly and helpful. They have the State of the art equipment and within an hour I had my new Glasses. I will most definitely be back and will send all my friends and family too.

Everytime I ve been to this location they never know whats going on. Late to get me in my schedule time, telling me I owe more on my deductible because its been over 30 days when they were the one who scheduled my follow up. Left without beening seen. Waste of time !

Waiting extremely too long just to speak to someone. One lady was super slow and I could tell the girl that was working hard was new. I waited an hour just to get a price quote. Everytime I have came in here they are very slow. The optomistrist office was great on the other hand.

I am shocked by the aweful customer service at this location!!!!! I do not live close by and I drove out 3 times to order my glasses! The lady did not seem to know how to appply my insurance. And then blamed the computer every time. Today when I came in they were busy so I waited a long time- then the lady asked me what I needed (while still helping another customer) I reminded her I was the same girl who had to come in three times - I asked if I could just order them online and she very rudley said I dont know if u can order online I said really? You work here and dont know? Could I just get my info so I can try? She said I dont know because I dont know if u can even order online! I walked out! Do not ho here! If Im dropping $400 for glasses I expect at least decent customer service!

It took more than 3 months for my sons contacts to come in. I spent 3 hours of my life that I will never get back at this location. I spent $1300 on 2 pair of glasses. I received a text a week later telling me a pair was ready. I went in to pick them up, but they had made an error and had to send them back. I never received a 2nd text regarding the 2nd pair. I waited a couple of weeks and just stopped by. The girls at the counter werent apologetic at all and had a too bad, so sad attitude. Its funny because when they knew that I was about to spend $1300 in their store, they were falling all over themselves to be helpful, but since they already have my money, they couldnt care less. Lenscrafters needs to learn a lesson about customer service and that lesson is that consumers have a choice. This consumer will make a better choice next time. P.S.....I still do not have my 2nd pair.

Lenses are not propey placed in glasses.The Dr.s where great but the glasses lenses where poorly put in and made me sick, they told me its normal and its not so I took them back went up north to a different lenses crafters purchased the exact same glasses with the same prescription and the glasses are awesome I can see clearly and have no sickness from them. The lenses have to be placed properly exspesualy when the prescription has astigmatism.

I hate it here there was a lady who was being very rude to me she didnt even say her name or ask how can I help you she just said hello and when i tried to schedule an appointment she cut me off and said we dont open until 12:00 and I said ok and she didnt even say bye have a nice day.....that lady must be on her period or something because she dont have to take it out on other people....guys Im telling you if you hear an old lady with a witch voice just hang up because you are gonna waist your time talking to her ps. This lenscrafter is horrible. I have a one year warranty for any damage. Well I scratched my lenses so I went to have them fixed. They were super busy but I was polite and waited my turn and in return I figured they would have treated me right. I was wrong. They took my glasses and said give them an hour to have them ready. I gave them over an hour and when I got back my glasses were ready but the next few days have been aggravating. The dude didnt even put my lenses in correct so half the lenses are poking out and they fall off my face and are a huge mess. Dont go here!

Horrible customer service, you get an attitude about questioning anything to include price or when your glasses are suppose to be delivered. An estimated time is printed on the receipt but when they arnt there, you call, and question when you will get them and the person just says not here today and hangs up on you. Multiple calls same result.

Absolute best experience, and Ive been wearing glasses for almost 30 years. Everyone was professional and friendly, and quick. Before I booked an appointment I read the reviews and noticed so many positive mentions of Santana in particular. The reviews dont even do her justice. She helped me pick the best eyeglass and sunglass frames and I love them, and, she was so much fun to deal with! David handled my pickup of my glasses and was also very friendly and professional. The eye Dr was fast but very thorough, as were all of the other employees.
