I had to leave a 5 Star review for Pearle Vision! Ive not been an actual customer, but had an eye emergency just this morning and walked in looking for help. Since they werent able to provide the help I needed, they went out of their way to call around and find someone that could help me. I appreciated that so much, the lady and gentlemen working were so polite and friendly. I wish I would have gotten their names to shout them out! Amazing customer service, even though I wasnt a customer.

Just left Pearle Vision and had a WONDERFUL visit for both my daughter and I! Dr. Perry was extremely thorough, professional and efficient! 100% recommend! Additionally, the receptionists were courteous and knowledgeable and the waiting area was inviting and comfortable. Loved it!

Everyone here is very friendly and professional. The whole office is extremely clean and well organized. Courtney the receptionist is so sweet and helpful. She is great with communication (even when the phones go down, lol)! I highly recommend Pearl Vision!

This office is by far the most professional eye office I’ve ever been to. They pulled up my insurance information before I walked through the door, and were very accommodating with finding the best deal that worked with my two separate insurance policies. The Dr had not seen me in almost 3 years but talked to me like we were old friends and he acted as if he had studied my case for weeks to prepare for the office visit. My glasses came in less than 4 days later and my contacts came the day after!

I waiting until I visited pearle Vision a few times before I did a review. My 2 kiddos and I have now done business with them on three occasions in 2 years.. Twice for family eye exams and once as an emergency visit because I injured my left eye pretty good. So first, the female receptionist I have to say is amazing. The reason I say this is because almost 2 years ago one of my children developed severe abdominal migraines. On the day of the appointment for my child, while waiting, developed a migraine and became very nauseated. She was very kind to my child and told me to not worry about the apt, she will reschedule it for another day and then asked me if I needed anything. You can tell she was very concerned. Im not sure if she has children, but just how she reacted when my child became sick, was one of the reason I returned. She is very helpful and patient as well. So she definitely gets 5 stars from me. The optometrist. He is very knowledgeable, has no problems answering all of your questions, has respect for his patients, very professional, and has been Very good at explaining things to my kiddos. There is a new young man with red hair there that was not there the last time we visited. He was very nice and perfessional as well. The business is very clean, well organized, and employees are dressed nicely. I definitely recommend this Pearle Vision if your looking for a new optometrist. As far as glasses or frames, they have quite a selection.

The whole staff was helpful and friendly.I got my glasses even sooner than they said and everything fit well.

Customer service was good. I brought in my own frames and they were given back without any damage. Unfortunately the product was bad, I paid about 300-400$ for the “higher quality lenses” and they are completely scratched up after a few months.

Dr. Anthony Perry is outstanding! Not only does he have flexible weekend availability but he really was the best optometrist I have ever seen. He took time to make sure I got the exact prescription I needed. We tried FOUR contacts for my left eye. Back and forth from the exam room until we got it right. I really appreciated that. I am someone that easily caves under pressure and I would have gone home with the wrong prescription had I felt like he was in a hurry. Not once did he show any frustration. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that he got it right. I really cannot express how much I appreciated his time.

So my appt. Was for 10 but had to get my kid from daycare and showed up at 9:10 and they were more than happy to help. Dr Jackson was awesome. She was very kind and there staff was awesome to my 18 month old daughter. Would suggest this place to anyone. Its nice to have a business that is kind and caring. Thank you for your help and me and Nora had a good time.

I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts since I was seven. I have been to many optometrists and I feel like this is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. The doctor took the time to make sure everything was perfect with my prescription and the staff was especially friendly and helpful. I will for sure be using them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

This office is a mess. The main doctor does not care about his patients or how to help them. Instead he instructs his front office staff to be rude to his patients who are calling in desperate for help with very limited insurance. All he cares about is his money and “ liability”. I will say whoever the office manager was that I spoke too, she was very understanding of my situation and approved my switch with no problem, attitude, or basically threatening to “never ever do it again” unlike the doctor.I will not be back after this experience and will take my business elsewhere to a more compassionate office who actually wants to help their patients.

I was very impressed with this place! I HIGHLY recommend them! The office staff was great, kind, and wonderful with my kids, that I had to drag along. The Doctor was very kind and patient, willing to answer all my questions, and never made me feel like he was in a hurry. These days I run into far too many health care professionals that are dishonest, or looking out for their own wallets above the needs of the patient, or demeaning to the patient. This was the opposite experience. I felt like he was very honest, cared about me as a patient, and was not at all demeaning. I will definitely come here from now on!!!

Best eye doctor visit I have ever had! First off, they took my insurance (I had been turned down other places in Clarksville) they saw me within a few days and have very convenient hours. The eye doctor was very thorough and explained everything very well. He fit me in contacts that really work for me. I also bought glasses. I am horrible at picking out frames, the associate who helped me was quickly able to pick a pair that would look good with my very ++ lens Rx and helped me pick the lens I really needed. They did NOT try to upcharge me and get me to buy anything I didnt need. They were very transparent with pricing. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Today 1/14/19 My husband and i went to see if i could get glasses from there and we where racially profiled.he looked at my husband and said are those your glasses you put in your pocket yours? My husband and i where so shocked because all he had was his car keys he showed him what he had in his pocket and there where no glasses .. Iam never stepping foot in that store again.there was a white woman with her kids and he did not bother them at all..not all black people are theives.

I had an amazing experience with Pearle Vision!!! The entire experience from scheduling to contact ordering was great The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure they had a satisfied customer, and created a Pearle Vision customer for life!!!!

Wonderful staff and customer service. fit me in as soon as they could and worked with my troubled eyes for 2 hours and i left as a happy customer!

I bought some Burberry glasses from there about a month ago. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The glasses I chose didnt fit me how I like and I didnt realize for a few weeks until my ears starting hurting. Ive been back 3 times to get them resized. They have been nothing but kind and patient with me and so helpful. I finally got them fitting how I like and never had to pay for it. I really really strongly suggest you go see them for glasses or contacts or any eye needs!

HORRIBLE customer service from the receptionist, it was so bad I actually walked out and don’t plan on ever returning. I went there to get help with my eyes not to have someone make me feel stupid for being there and talking down on me in front of everyone.
