Terrible! Would love to give no stars if possible. Sending something in their own packaging and when I asked for a receipt she told me that she cannot give it to me. I asked how do I have assurance that the package was picked up she simply shrugged and said don’t know and that it should be picked up Monday. When I asked why I cannot get something saying they are now in position of my package she said nothing we can give you, just putting it in the box is my guarantee. Dumbest system ever and customer service is something that is left to be desired. Will certainly never mail at this location again nor use FedEx. Take your business to UPS or at least avoid this location at all costs.

Sign on the window states they open up @10 am Saturdays : waited till 10:20 no one showed up. The last time I was here they were doing everything they could not to make eye contact or speak to you. Poor management and even worse employees. Do yourself a favor go to UPS.

I have been doing business with FedEx for over 5 years. This specific location is my favorite. The staff is amazing and always having a good day. I never have to wait long to receive help. Christian & Jessie always remember my orders and I appreciate them for that! THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!!!!

Absolutely useless. You pay a fortune for a service then they are cheap and do not include the fedex box that should be included in the shipping cost.

The ladies at Fedex were super helpful and friendly to me as I was just wanting a small menu planner spiral bound. I had just had a ver unpleasant experience at Office Depot where the young lady refused to spiral bind it. I really think she just didnt want to do it.Fedex came to the rescue was very fast and efficient! From now on I am going to Fedex.

Called and asked how long it would be for 20 business cards and was told an hourI emailed my final order at 1:41pm got here at 2:45pm and it wasnt even printed yet. Took another near 20 minutes to have them printed. Made me late to work and had to stand around for the allotted time. Probably should give better estimated times so I couldve sent a family member instead.Update: 10 minutes after theyre just looking at meNot even trying to give me an update at the very least.At least tell me the progress or time it will take to do it now.UPDATE 2: 30+ minutes waiting here. Unreal.

After previously having very poor experiences at Fed ex, Melveon helped me with printing and laminating and was outstanding. He turned a typically 1 hour job into 20 minutes and moved swiftly. It was very refreshing. I hope Melveon works every Saturday.

Few staff members, if no other customers are here you can get in and out quickly but if there is a line you will be waiting a while. Staff is helpful and prices arent bad but its hard to find pricing and options unless you are ready to spend some time and pay right away. Online doesnt help figure things out.

I’ve visited this location 4 times and every time it’s a disaster. You wait forever for simple requests, the staff isn’t timely and seemingly doesn’t care about the quality of their service (they still get paid right!), and several times their machines haven’t worked properly. Recommend going elsewhere cause you’ll spend 30 minutes here for sure.

Tueaday 10 March approx 9 am such a rude person behind the counter. Wow! Asked her a question about my drop off package and she shrugged her shoulders and turned away. Wth fedex?!

Always so wonderful and nice. Not mean to uneducated millennials like the post office is! Went in right before they closed and Miss April was still so nice helpful and patient. Ive never has a bad experience here :-)

Decent staff. But color copies are way overpriced. 125 for $89.00! Copies in a Flash ... 50 full color copies $15 and change ($45 ish for 200) ... I quit FedEx Office for Copies in a Flash. Also 8X11 lamination is $4 a sheet at FedEx Office ... Copies in a Flash- .89 cents.

FedEx is convenient but the employee I met today, I don’t remember his name. 5’8 chubby guy was extremely rude and looked like he hated his life.

Both employees were polite, helpful, hardworking, and considerate... despite the fact that Donte was obviously sick, with a cold. Thank you for making a dreaded errand go smoothly and quickly! I will shop here again.

I come here to print my documents. There is always a computer ready when we come in. Its less expensive than UPS. When it comes to customer service, thats were the three stars appear. There were two employees, one on the register and the other one did not know what he was doing. Pacing back and forth, looking at boxes and looking at customers. There were six people in line, including myself, but it was only one person at the register. Something that will only take a few minutes ended up to take half an hour.

I came on saturday 7-14-18 at 7:30am because i am used to them opening at that time. They actually open at 8:00am on saturday. But its 8:45 am right now and they are still closed. I have seen at least 10 cars pull in and try the door then leave. Ill just go to office depot. They open at nine and they really are there. This is a very poorly run store anyway. Unfriendly and not happy to be at work.

One of the most horrible customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The lady( looks half Hispanic half white) on a Saturday (03/17). Was busy talking while I was there standing and waiting for her to say something. She wouldn’t attend to me and eventually worked out after wasting up to 7 mins waiting and the most annoying is the fact that I had to beat the traffic to get here. You suck!

Says my package was delivered at 305 but been here all day never seen a fedex truck

Worst customer service ever. I spend 45 minutes trying to print off a simple double sided document and was not able to even do that. Their self serve computers would not print double sided, I even asked for help from someone working there. They told me to email it to them and they would print it off. It took two tries and 30 minutes worth of waiting for them to open the email. The first time they gave me the wrong email and the second time I had to wait for a computer to open up,but by the time Id emailed it again they had moved on to other customers. Then when they finally started to help me again they took one look at my email and said they would not print it, claiming they couldnt print a seminar handbook even tho the people running the seminar sent it to out specifically to print out and bring to the seminar.

I had to print an email. Self service computers are available. Friendly clerk. I use it whenever I have printing needs. Reasonably priced.

Very rude, wouldnt help us sent us to do it ourselves in the corner station, didnt explain how anything worked! Spent 15.00 for two 8x10 copies of a document from this place..... will never come back

Each time I go, whether it is to copy, print, or ship something, I have had outstanding service provided. My only slight concern is not enough staff on Saturday mornings when Ive gone in at that time.

Nice large facility. Customer service ok. Not really attentive or friendly. They werent rude either. Just not very helpful. My stuff was packed, stuffed and sealed before they asked where it was going, to then tell me that they dont ship to apo addresses. Rather than having them remove all contents from the sealed package, I just paid for the box.

A great place to get things printed or design come out with an excellent staff that goes the extra mile. I used to get things printed at Office Depot but from now on I will using FedEx for all my printing jobs because of the support and effort of the staff here.

They have always been friendly to me whilst offering fast and professional service.

Worst customer service I ever seen at a FedEx. Rude employees who want to re-package everything and charge you three times what it costs online. Dont waste your time, just go to the REAL FedEx down the street on Jardco Dr.

Been using FedEx for years - the customer service is great and sometime shipping is cheaper than UPS

For printing this is your spot, no one else in Clarksville can get it as fast and profiecient, however If your, shipping, UPS is on point, I shipped a Semi Truck door through the one on Wilma Roudolph

Charged me $15.00 on my account for one black and white piece of paper that was only supposed to cost me 0.47 cents. Not happy!
