Been shipping large signs for 3 years and just recently started using fedex to try them, I have only shipped a total of 3 signs with them and as of today because of this location i will never again use them. 6 labels were printed in the same batch yes one was faded, toner was changed and the lady working said she couldn’t accept it because it wouldn’t scan without even trying when the same batch of more faded labels scanned the previous 2 days before toner was changed, no attempt was made just a no I can’t take it so I had to drive to another location for no reason because it scanned perfectly fine so a big complete waste of time.

Frustrating to get the packaging situated in order to ship, but the staff was friendly. Please let customers know ajead of time requirments for certain shipments so mutiple trips have to be taken.

They charged me $18 and change to ship a package to Washington State. It was 4 days late, the box was crushed and several of the perishable items in the box were spoiled. I filed a complaint but no one at FedEx got back to me. Ill use UPS next time.

I received text that my package was delivered to my front porch. I was sitting on my front porch so I know this to not be true. The customer service line is a joke and only open select hours, just a maze of press numbers to tell you what you already know. Who knows where my box is now, since it for sure wasnt delivered to my front porch.

This location is convenient and the staff is fantastic. Very professional and always helpful. We have a small candle business and use FedEx as often as we can and their rates are always cheaper than UPS and on larger packages are cheaper than the Post Office. Majority of the packages we ship are FedEx ground and they are delivered next day. Cant beat the service and their prices! Would highly recommend to anyone

They did not deliver my packages .i lost three packages from them in two days.they did not put the package at front door or anywhere.I called them and asked them to check for me.the man on the line was very nice.checked all the packages for me and finally found two of these but still one lost.they should better not to update their wrong information if they did not deliver,if they still hold the packages,theyd better show the true tracking information for customers.thanks for the gentlemans help from their service line.I want to give him five stars.

Nice place out of the way fast an easy

Im extremely surprised and disappointed with this company. We have been trying to get reimbursed for property damage caused back on December 7th of 2019. You promise call backs, and to fix but yet you dont return calls or even try to make it right. The damage is just under $700 and wasnt even delivery a package to our address

I had a big TV delivered today, it was just left on the front stoop! Didnt even have the decency to knock or ring the doorbell to let me know it was there! There are package thieves reported every day! Take 2 extra seconds and let me know when you leave a huge box labeled TV on my front porch!

Overnight express shipping on Friday. Though the package is in the town where it is to be delivered arrived on Saturday at 7:55am. It did not get delivered until Monday. 1 day ship, plus 2 and a half days wait time. That is as fast as using USPS, without the high cost of Overnight Express.Turns out overnight express is Mon-Fri only. Saturday is an addition fee for delivery, which was not told, or that would have been taken care of.Another case of a company that asks premium price, but hires incompetent people, and gives minimum service.

This location and its employees are AMAZING!! VERY helpful and you can tell they LOVE their jobs!!

Package was sent overnight shipping on Thursday at 3:30 pm Pacific time. Arrived in Indianapolis on Friday at 2:05 am eastern time. Today is Saturday and still no package. They are telling me that I will not receive my package until Monday at the earliest. I feel robbed by them right now.

I chose overnight shipping for Friday for Monday delivery. They did not deliver to a very important client until Tuesday.The tracking said not delivered due to business being closed, however they were not closed.When our client asked their afternoon delivery guy what the deal was he replied The morning guy was new and he assumed you were not open due to MLK day....Ummmmmm... Refund!

Awful, i had to reschedule my business opening that day so i could be home to sign for package. I was standing in my doorway, watched the driver pull in to my driveway and then leave. Never even got out of the car and then on the shipment status he said no one was home. Less than useless.
