Terrible service! RUDE AND NASTY! Tall black guy that works there needs to sharpen his Customer Service skills! Dread every time I have to go to this location!
I sent my wife there with two Amazon returns.. two free returns.. just show the QR code... The items were in the same undamaged boxes they came in. Kellie, however, sold my wife 2 new boxes for $38, $20 worth of packing material & charged over $10 for packing service.. totalling, after tax $76!!!Im so furious, I dont know what else to say
We started a project in 2020, then Covid hit. The manager, Kellie Brooks, hung with us for an entire YEAR while we rebuilt our business & brought our project to fruition. She never tired of our questions, and always responded promptly. We couldnt be more thrilled with her work ethic & dedication!

This place advertises passport services. DO NOT go to this store for this service. The two individuals behind the desk act like they dont even know what a passport is. Wasted a lot of time with them.

I received a receipt showing the weight of the item I mailed. When it arrived at the destination they claim it was empty. I contacted the store and they blamed me! Without knowing anything about what the item was or how it was packaged she said it was because I packaged it wrong. Interesting customer service techniques.
You pay more for going to UPS (well since the USPS keeps raising rates, the difference isnt so bad anymore), but you get what you pay for.The staff were always helpful and the place is clean. Service is normally fast and actually pretty efficient for the most part. Only were they slow during really busy times.This is our go to location for the most part when we need to send off important documents.
Dropped off a return weeks ago and they still havent shipped it off. I dont get my money back for the return till it has been recieved where it came from so the UPS store is keeping me from getting my money. Ive called repeatedly and they said they get millions of returns per day and it takes time and that they wont do anything about it . I call BS.
I have been to this store twice this week (for the first time ever) for various things. Both empolyees that I interacted with were most helpful and kind. They were very patient in answering all of my questions and making sure that everything I needed to get done got done with the highest quality. I will definitely be back for the superior service I received!

Needed to ship a drone for repair to Texas with return labels in the box. This store refused to print the return labels, so I took my shipment to the UPS store on Wilma Rudolph who had no problem providing this basic service. Ill be taking my business to the more customer service oriented store on Wilma from now on.
If I could give a Negative star I would. First off I check the UPS website to get a quote for shipping. I over estimated the weight to make sure that I wouldnt have any issues and got a quote for $10 and change for my shipping cost. So I arrive on location and not only did that charge me 50.00 to package my item (complete robbery) they told me that my shipping was $78 and change. Having no choice at the time I paid it all for a total of 142.38 for packaging and shipping. I will never use UPS again. Especially at this location. To charge so much for so little effort and return is not only unethical but down right criminal. They truly no how to take advantage of people trying to send gifts for Christmas. Never use UPS they are heartless and the definition of corporate greed.

The Staff here are always super helpful and friendly Ive come in many times and both Xavier and Tiarra have been very helpful. They have always made sure my needs were met and even exceeded them on many occasions.

Extremely dissapointed with the store policies at this location. I had a prepaid label to ship with UPS and went in to print it and ship it .I was told it was $3.99 to print a single page. I walked next door to a friends office and when I came back I was told there was a charge if I used more than one single piece of tape to seal my package.Employees were friendly and nice. Policies need some attention. They dont have a monopoly on shipping.
Went in to the store because I missed a delivered package requiring a signature. The UPS store was listed to go pick up. When I arrived, there was no packages. I asked the attendant if there was anyway to look to track where the package is and she simply says no. When I replied with why not? this is the UPS store? she rudely says that this is just the retail store. Even if this true - there needs to be 2 things that happen - either the policy changes or have a way for the customer to look it up while in store. This girl could have created a better atmosphere by changing the conversation around - by either directing me on the steps to track the package or by simply being nicer. I was already frustrated that the few minutes I stepped out, I had missed the package (literally they came a few minutes after I had waited ALL DAY for this package the day before) and her attitude could have helped my day instead of being rude and creating the reason why I wrote this negative review.
