Called and asked if they could get a tire repaired for my wifes car and that I would take the tire off and bring it in. Person on the phone was super friendly made sure that someone would have some time and said sure bring it in. Any other place I have ever gone to, I drop off the tire and maybe get it back in an hour or so if their good. Not here I was there less then 15 minutes out the door with my tire repaired. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost of the repair was more than reasonable. They will sure get all of my business.

Since changing hands the quality of service has declined dramatically. My latest experience is after completing the work I went in for they misdiagnosed the security lock out as needing a new fuel pump. When presented with the actual problem they refused to refund me the cost of the fuel pump that did not need to be replaced. Prior to this I brought my vehicle in because of a vibration that I assume to me a bad tire they told me while I did need a tire I needed tie rods they quoted me $350 which I did not have I said should I just go ahead and replace the tire now and they said no after the issue with my fuel pump I took it to another individual he replaced one of my tires and magically the vibration disappeared Im not calling them crooks Im just saying this is what happened you decide if theyre crooks I would never take them my vehicle again and I was a loyal customer to that place for years they changed hands and the changed faces.

Used to be a good place before the new ownership. No diagnostic here. Their way of fixing cars is to charge you for parts and labor till your car finally works. Total rip off.spent 5 hrs and $200 for plugs labor and I guess their time. Left with my car still sputtering and the mechanic suggesting new ignition coils. The problem was a wet connector. My friends father diagnosed and fixed it in 10 mins with an electrical spray cleaner. Any mechanic is better than this one.

The place I always go for quality used tires. Today they really proved themselves. A while back when I was having mechanical work done on my car, at another shop. They told me my front brake pads would need replacing soon. So today at A Plus Tire I asked about having them done. I was told they were still good and did not need replacing. I really respect the honesty over profits.

I love this place! The girl at the front desk is very professional and helpful. The mechanics are wonderful and quick. I got new tires, an alignment, breaks, and they replaced my alternater all at the same time and without an appointment. I brought my benz to a repair shop i needed rear brakes the shop said i needed brakes rotors and a sensor it would be 707 dollars i said no thanks i went to a plus it was 70 dollars for the brakes didnt need rotors or a sensor wount go anywhere now in and out in 45 min

A few years back my wife was treated poorly when she went to a big tire store chain over in Clearwater for my car while I was at work. Arguing over tire size, they would have no problem selling us the tires but refused to install the 175/65R14 OE spec tire on my car and refused to answer why. After having my wife argue with them and me calling them on the phone - which did nothing - I finally told my wife to just leave. A 30 second Google search would have saved quite a lot of frustration...I decided to vote with my wallet and started looking for small, local shops in the area. That was when I found A Plus Tire And Auto, which has been my local go to tire shop ever since based on my overall customer experience.My last visit was for a few plugs and two used tires. They had the size tires I needed and both had a very good amount of tread - between 75% and 85% depth - and the plugs were installed in my other two tires at about the same time. A Plus Tire And Auto had the cheapest price for what I needed and the service was fast. Ive never had any issues with the price or the staff at A Plus - its always been the best because they know the value of a customer.Quality service and tires, friendly staff, very competitive pricing, and everything is done 100% fast / accurate / safe - could not ask for anything better :)

These guys are inexpensive, and get the job done as far as tires are concerned. I have not had any other repairs or services performed here other than tires, but Ive been happy with the results. Ive had a couple of tires repaired here. Purchased several used tires here over the years with no complaints. Ill continue to go here.

Id give zero stars if that were possible. They didnt tighten the tires and one came off. Fortnunately I was going home down the side street, so not too much damage. Could have been a disaster. They fixed it and gave a discount but later, I found out that they stripped the lug nut. Then ordered the wrong size replacement and cut the tip of the stud to make it fit. Awful awful awful. Another customer, after hearing of my experience, told me their tire fell off, too.

Good, fast service, decent prices, good to drop in for a set of used tires and be in your way. It definitely needs a facelift, but if thats not important youre good!

Every time I have a tire go flat, I go here. They are honest and never did anything shady. They get it done quickly and if they can repair it they will, if they cant they will get you a new or used tire. They arent run by some huge corporation. I refer people to here whenever I can, it really is a good spot for tires. I do most of my own repairs, so I cannot speak on anything besides tires, just based on not getting car work done here.

Had a little piece of nail in my tire thankfully A+ tire was open at 5:45 when driving by they are open till 6 p.m. very nice man Victor I think his name was was very polite and kind I will definitely go back there if I have another nail in my tire. My black Jeep does not like nails in tires!!! And it was only $10 to plug...

Just got a used tire from this place around a week ago. Tire went flat. Brought it back and they checked it and said there was a leak near the rim on the used tire we bought here a week ago and charged us 15$ to fix the leak on there bad tire... Used tires are unpredictable however when there is a clear case of a bad tire *which fault is on there behalf* should be rectified free of charge. I didnt have time to go back and forth with them and agreed to the 15$ fee of only adding an apparent fix a flat.

I called ahead and was told I could come right in that they werent busy. 15 minutes later when I arrived she said it would be an hour. I made a call to Just Tires and was all set in less than 15 minutes.

The have me waiting 3hours for an alignment and still not started when i make an appointment the day before

I had been a customer there for several years until recently. The mechanic Ham is extremely unprofessional, sarcastic, and disrespectful, and had a lot of nerve with some of the things he said to me. The owner very reluctantly agreed to give me my money back but was not very nice about it! I was very offended & will NEVER go back there again! There are plenty of tire shops around, so choose another one unless you enjoy being treated poorly!

Ive been there on 3 separate occasions and they have always been helpful, friendly, courteous and polite.I will continue to do business with them as my wife and I need their products and services.They are, by the way, NOT Chinese, but Cambodian and the young lady at the counter is somewhat shy and language challenged. The place is big and they have all equipment to change tires. However, their customer service is not good. The workers there are not polite at all. It is run by Chinese people, who have no training in handling customers.

I would give it no stars if I could. I called the previous night and told them what tire I needed, they said they had the tire in stock. I get there about 9:30am and was told they did not have the tire in stock and I would wait 40 mins for them to go get it. She gets back an hour and 10 mins later she does not apologize for taking longer than she said. So in total I was there for about an hour and a half, I have a service dog he missed his vet appt, and not to mention I was starting to get alittle pissed. I ask if I could get a discount for all the inconvenience she said no I cant do that. Real nasty attitude. These people are nasty. They tell lies to get you there, then tell you that you have to wait an hour and a half to get your tire. So after she refused to give me a discount I told them to put my tire back on and I left. Dont go there. These people are liars they could careless about customer service. DO NOT GO THERE.
