I forgot the Techs name who came out and did my airbags for me. He was VERY professional and courteous. Called ahead of time and explained everything in detail of what he would be doing.
I stopped by at the Sams Club Gas station and turn off the engine. When Ive finished, I tried to turn on, but the engine doesnt work. I called the Ford assistance and they sent a tow. The guy gave a jump start and the engine worked. Immediately I brought the car to Walker Ford, explain the issue to Mr. Brian and the Walker Ford changed the battery without cost because the car is under warranty. All the job was finished less than 30 minutes, awesome. Now, Im waiting for the papers for my files.
We made an appointment for 10:30 a.m.. They immediately took the vehicle back, but I didnt get any status until 2:00 p.m.. That was a bit long to me. We were treated very courteously and the waiting area was quite comfortable. Once we received an update from our advisor, things progressed quickly. I think that others, who arrived without appointments, were put ahead of us. That would be my only complaint. I distinctly overheard at least 2 customers thanking them for squeezing them in, as they checked out.
We are a new customer to walker ford, Don Mast in the service department was an enormous help and was very diligent about keeping us informed with the progress of our van, we look forward to a long relationship with Walker Ford.

I purchased a dealer demo with 1,900 miles so it was sold as new. I paid $30k cash for 2021 Ford Ecosport. It’s been in service for a week out of the first month we’ve had it. Probably for the best because the 30 day tag is expired and we’ve been told four different stories on where the tag was mailed.Salesman was good, knowledgeable and professional. Everything after has been awful!

Don Mast, my service technician was excellent! As soon as I pulled my Explorer up, he greeted us promptly and with a smile. He took notes on what my service needs were and followed up the same day with an estimated time of completion. There was a minor piece of trim that needed adjusting/replacement that was not in stock. But because my Explorer was still under the factory warranty, Don said I could bring my Explorer back and it would be fixed at no charge. Don already called me to let me know this part is now in and ready whenever I am. Great communication! I also ordered some window shields from Denise in the customer service/parts department which were installed at the same time as my service, and at no charge because I used my FordPass Rewards! It doesnt get any better! Thank you Don, Denise and all at Walker Ford!

Pleased with my service advisor, Mike Murray, my F-150 XLT has 45, 000 miles on it and out of warranty, he did every thing he could do for me under Ford guide line and I received a bill for over $600.00. this has been a problem for a few years, The truck was flawless up till 29, 000 and under warranty at that time, computer and electrical. I will list just a few things, no windshield wipers, no turn signals, I will be contacting Ford motor co. next week to get some financial help. so far great lip service from Ford. My wife and I bought this truck after we retired for recreation use, It has been well taken care of.
I would have to say that Don in the Service Department was absolutely great to work with. Very Professional. He kept me informed on what is going on with my truck and was straight shooter. That goes a long way in my book!

First time having truck serviced. Morning drop off was a bit chaotic. When I went for pick up, my paperwork wasnt there and then they forgot to use the Ford pass points so there was a wait. Then I had to ask where my car was located. Pouring rain and I was pointed out to the lot. Last 2 dealerships I have used drove the car to you. It would not have mattered except it was pouring.
Went in for tire repair.. Changed right rear tire.. Very long wait.. When I pulled away had a tire alert on the dashboard.. Looked and saw where I had one full right rear tire, and low pressure (better than five psi) in the other three tires.. I just assumed the standard is to check the other tires, I always check all when putting air in the tires..
I needed to get an oil change and messed up getting into their schedule! Dan did a great job squeezing me in. I really appreciated such effort! Thank you Walker Ford and Dan!
My Service advisor, I believe his name was Micheal Hubbard treated me like we had known each other for years yet this was the first time we had met. I always had in my head that dealer service departments were all bad but I now I stand corrected. Will def be returning here for any issues I might have. Also went out of my way to right a review for once since I was that impressed.

Outstanding experience! Having just moved to the area, I took my Lincoln MKC to the Lincoln service dept when I started getting many error messages - so many that I thought it could be a computer issue and not individual problems. I was told it could be up to 3 weeks to fix each problem. I asked around and Walker Ford was highly recommended. Now I know why. I called on Friday, took the car in on Tuesday and they fixed the sensor that day and for a very, very reasonable cost. Its been a few weeks now and Ive not had any problems at all. Amy was so great to work with, as were all the others I encountered there, including the shuttle driver. What a great bunch of service professionals. I will always take my Lincoln to Walker Ford and when its time for a new car that will be my first stop. I can highly recommend this business based on my personal experiences.
Not happy. I had flat tire. Found out the lug wrench provided by Ford. Did not fit my lug nuts or Jack. Bit surprised I wasI called Walker Ford. Talked with Vince the service manager. He was just as confusedVince request I bring the lug wrench to the shopService tech found a replacement wrench that fitThat was great. But if Ford had provided the correct wrench. I would not have had to pay $75 for road service. Which I had hoped Walker Ford would have reimburse me. Walker Ford was to busy to fix the flat. Indicated be 4 hour waitWhich indicates to me go awayAlso upset that the spare tire was flatI have my car oil change an tire rotation completed at Walker an request to have spare check for air. So now I went to some other car service.

Beware if you need you service and cant wait over 2 weeks. Called today... I have a 2020Explorer ST with less than 6,000 miles. Computer is having issues car goes into deep sleep wont start and they cant fit me in. Such poor quality and poor value. Guess you dont buy a Ford from them as your primary vehicle.
I will never take my car any place other than Walker. Service rep Amy was truly helpful in guiding me to have the appropriate work done. Car was done on time and the work cost less than I was expected it would.
Took car in for a replacement key fob and service. A recall had been issued for a part involving the breaks well. When I got the car back the breaks had a loud squeal where they did not before. When I called to ask about it whoever I spoke with basically said maybe the tech forgot to bleed them. And said I would have to just bring it back. Also, not sure about anyone else, but usually when I have my car serviced they check and fill the fluids. That was not the case. I got the car back with no fluids being filled. I would expect more from a Ford dealership then I get from a Jiffy Lube. Final bill was a little over $500 for a replacement key fob and an oil change I would think that the customer service would have been better.
Everyone I had contact with was exceptionally friendly. I was acknowledged by everyone that passed by me.In particular Id like to acknowledge Denise and Steve.Also the quality of the window tinting and installation was excellent. I am so pleased with the tinting.
Don is a tremendous help at getting the work done on our car. He makes sure we are treated right and kept in the loop about any repairs we need. One of the main reasons we will continue to have Walker Ford service our car.
I had called inquiring about a recall that my vehicle possible had open, and Dan was friendly and told me that while they were fully scheduled for the next several days, if I could leave my vehicle for a day or two theyd be able to get to it. When arriving to drop my car off, I was greeted by Don Mast and he filled out the paperwork for me and off I went. the following afternoon I got a call that my car was completed. When picking my car up, I was greeted again by Don, who while preparing to leave, still made sure to take me where I needed to go as well as stay to make conversation while they pulled my car around. Walker truly IS Ford.
Safety recall.. As always Amy was super proffesional and did well to keep me posted. She was able to get me in right away for this safety recall.. She is one of the reasons I continue to service my trucks at Walker. She has been my service advisor for many years.

I had a wonderful experience at Walker Ford. They have a wonderful service dept. who goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable while waiting for your car. They also have a shuttle service that will take you wherever you want to go while they work on your car. Great service. My service advisor Steve is an awesome point of contact. Very straightforward in his advice and recommendations. In general, the Walker Ford Service Department is best I have dealt with in 40 plus years of Ford Ownership. That is the reason I am buying my 2022 Super Duty at Walker Ford.
I have nothing but good things to say about Walker Ford and especially about my service advisor, Michael Murray. Ive been taking my car here for about 3 years now. Recently my engine light turned on, I was very worried and right away booked an appointment for services, I had the car scanned and it turned to be a small leak in the evaporator system, Michael confirmed that was the problem, and after checking the vehicle found out that it was a valve that got stuck, he got it replaced, tested the system and confirmed the issue was resolved . Thank you Michael for your prompt and honest service and thank you Walker Ford.
I must commend the actions of Steve McHenry for his professionalism and concern. I recently had my car serviced at Walker Ford when I left I noticed a minor detail that the technicians overlooked I immediately called steve and in a brief synopsis I explain to him what was overlooked he immediately informed me to bring the vehicle back . Don was very polite and professional! I realize that I didnt have an appointment- so I needed to wait a bit longer than normal.All-in-all, they got me in and out as quickly as they could and courtesy was at top-of-mind.
Had an appointment for an oil change and three warranty items. After 3 hours the only thing that was accomplished was the oil change.. Parts needed to be ordered one item and the other two items no issue could be found by the shop techs.Purchased the F150 truck from Walker Ford so i felt an obligation to use their services. Based on the recent experience, that ship has sailed.

Its nice to deal with happy, professional people. I switched to another Ford service location due to it being closer to my office, but after being disappointed on more than one occasion, its nice to be back at Walker and its worth any extra drive time. Steve, was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it came to my 6.7 diesel. They even got me in quick without an appointment. I will only take my truck here from now on for its regular maintenance.
Donald Mast helped me fix a huge ongoing issue with my Ford taurus. Its frustrating because my car would start for everyone but me, he tried everyday for a week straight to troubleshoot the issue and was finally able to find and fix the issue. He communicated everyday with me letting me know the status of the issue in the end he was able to resolve the issue and the cars running great! Thank you Donald for taking the time out to help me fix this major issue.

Brought my 2018 Ford Explorer in for a check engine /service Advance Trac issue at 32,200 miles. Service advisor Amy wrote my service order and after noting the indications I listed she checked also and immediately requested the shop foreman Justin to review the symptoms noted. Seemed the vehicle might have to undergo serious transmission repair but in doing a preliminary scan for fault codes Justin found that a sensor failure could be the problem component. Because Ford had a service bulletin in place for that sensor& default symptoms they were quickly able to replace the failed part, road test and reset the engine management computer . Problem solved ! Thank you for providing that Ford dealer service support that I or anyone would expect . Professional and friendly.

I just had the worst service experience at Walker Ford. My first time there for an oil change. I had an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, checked in and proceeded to the waiting/lounge room until they were finished with my vehicle. While waiting I head one of the advisers instructing all of customers to mark his service a good, which he should not be doing, he only deserves those good scores if he was good. I was waiting I was chatting with others whom were waiting on their vehicles as well, I informed they had been waiting for up to 3 hours for simple services such a oil change and low tire. To me this is unacceptable. So after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes I checked on the status of my oil change, I was told by the advisor that it hadnt even been pulled in yet and it would take a minimum of an additional 45 minutes. To which I replied please bring me my vehicle as I have other appointments to get to and I could not wait that long since I had already bee there for over 1 hour. Fifteen minutes later my car was pulled around for me. Walker does a great job at selling vehicles, I wish they had that same customer service attitude with in their service department.
My F150 was over heating. I called Mike Murray and he got us in right away. I needed a new water pump and some other things. Mike is great. He works on all our vehicles. We keep coming back to Walker Ford because of Mike. He takes great care of us and we know hell always take great care of us, my wife and I.

Replaced the motor and latch in the tailgate of my 2018 f150. My experience didnt start very well but Ryan in the service department was extremely helpful . The gentleman that was originally assisting me (not ryan) told me he had ordered the part and it would be here in a week and he would call me when it arrived to schedule a appointment for service. After 2 weeks i called back and spoke to Ryan and discovered there was no order in their system for me. He was extremely apologetic about the mishap and immediately ordered the part. When it arrived he fit me into their schedule the next morning and had me out in a timely manner. Thank you again Ryan!

The service department at Walker Ford is the best. I live over an hour away but when either of my Ford vehicles need anything, I bring it Walker. Steve McHenry is very knowledgeable and prompt with his communication. He always takes the time to figure out what all the sounds that I am trying to replicate with my mouth and hand gestures might be. I know all of my concerns will be addressed. Steve is also very budget conscientious, and tries to save people money where he can. Thanks Steve!! Ryan Holcomb, the service department manager, is also very involved and always seems aware of whats going on with all the repairs. He often gets in the car himself to listen and feel what the complaint is. I have never gotten this type of attention from any repair shop, much less a dealership. He also seems to know the name of most customers and even what kind of Ford they drive. Janelle McCabe, the transportation director, also takes excellent care of people, actually putting them in loaner vehicles, usually the same model as you are getting fixed. Most other dealerships call Enterprise and have you wait from someone to eventually pick you up and then drive you to some remote location to get whatever smelly compact rental they have. You just dont find good, caring, family feeling, customer service these days. Thank you Walker Ford Service department!!

Mike in service department and his technicians were able to get my vehicle transmission tested for clutch issue and troubleshoot / replace my wheel hub speed sensor on short notice. They were able to finish my car within same day even though the service schedule was full that day. I was able to get my car in time for my daily commute to work.

They had my car for a week to replace a water pump and told me they wouldnt do it without replacing all the hoses and radiator cause I had used stopleak in it. waisted a week of my time. pep boys did it no problem and it runs great

When a piece of metal punctured my tire I didnt hesitate to take it to Walker Ford to get it serviced because I was able to drop my car off for the day and pick it up before closing...Daniel, Steve and the women in the cashier go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need! Thats why Walker Ford is my first choice for buying, leasing and servicing my cars-I highly recommend them!
Issues with brakes making noise. Took 10 days to get the appointment. Colin could not find a problem with them and went for a test drive with me..he took a lot of time with me to explain brakes and the rotors looked fine. Will monitor for further sounds. No charge for this appointment...

They are amazingly professional and courteous! I barely got to the dealer due to damage done to engine wiring by squirrels. I was unaware the squirrels were the cause of the damage until they showed me where they had chewed and begun to nest. After repairing the damage and getting my car running smoothly again, they walked me through everything and told me ways that might help prevent it from reoccuring. I am so grateful to Mike and Ryan and everyone at Walker Ford. They make it happen!
