Ive had my Subaru serviced by dealers since I bought it in 2018 because it is covered by a service package. Fitzgerald Subaru does an adequate job of caring for its customers and will make you confident in their capabilities. The service staff with whom you interact are very competent and give you the best service possible.
We bought two cars from fitzs over the last 8 years. One was great, lasted a long time with minimal problems. One we got an extended warranty on, which eased some of our stress knowing we were protected.Nope.Threw a rod (or similar) and was a total loss in their opinion.No problem, we got the extended warranty...except fitz told us, because we couldnt find proof of a few oil changes...from four years ago...we just lost a car. They blamed us for causing the issue to happen, even though our other car, the older one, was running fine still. And told us we no longer had a car that would run, it would 13k to fix it out of pocket, and they would only give us 500 as a trade in for it.Period.No payout of the warranty, even though we never used it, no anything...see you later have a nice day but maybe one of our sales people can get you in a newer car.. .for more money.Disappointed doesnt cover it. It was dirty and disrespectful.Thankfully toyota gave us almost 7k as a trade in for the same car two days later.Horrible underhanded customer service and I never expected Fitz to do this. We lost a car, and a lot of money, and walked away with nothing. All because we couldnt find some receipts.

I would give them no stars, if I could. I have never been treated so rudely by a company whose product I purchased, no less a car. The Subaru service department said their techs didn’t have time to show me how to set some of the digital safety features on my car and sent me to the sales department. The sales manager told me to check with the sales people to see what they’d charge me for a lesson. When I asked why they would charge me, his response was “Their job is to sell cars, not to help customers.” They won’t see me again.
The best and only way to describe this place is, they are money collectors and without honesty. As recently as in March I bought them a vw Tiguan that the seller told me that the Navigation system just needed an update ..... LIE! He had an SD Card that was not the vehicle and he wanted me to buy a new one to keep getting money. Forget about this place of dishonest people.
Deserve to be sued.

I tried purchasing a vehicle from this business, a 2015 Nissan Altima sl. From the pics on the website the car look very good inside and out. When I saw the car in person I could tell the car was in some type of accident cause the front bumper was a whole different shade from the body of the car. I asked the salesman (think his name is Waltz or something like that) if the car got hit or anything and he told me no accident what so ever. But I can clearly see the front bumper was sprayed over cause the spray job look poorly anyway. When I started pointing more obvious faults of the car he started switch his words up and began even walking away from due to frustrations that he couldn’t keep upwith his lies. So I’m just writing this to alert others of this con artist business. Maybe it was just the car I was looking at idk. This is my experience with these ppl. And on top of it he was very rude and unprofessional. Prolly trying to sell me a salvage or rebuilt car for top dollar. Con artist at its best is what I got from this business

One thing I hate doing is looking for a new car. We drove an hour to look at a car we had found online and Ken Logan was our sales consultant. He was very patient, kind and made us comfortable with our purchase. We were given a very fair price on our trade in as well as the new purchase. I can not recommend Fitzway and Ken enough.

Great service, good value, but the staff seems overwhelmed. My service consultant Anthony called me once and just left a short message. Anthony gave me the impression that he drinks himself to sleep a lot. Thank God for the other younger service people. The place is nice and the amenities are good. Free coffee, water, and sometimes popcorn. Clean bathrooms, free video games, and vending machines. Overall, I recommend this place, just avoid Anthony.

Trunk would not close. They were very busy,had to leave the car. They still worked it in and was ready for pickup the next morning at no cost due to the fact the 5 year warranty was in effect.

This is a long established business treating customers fairly, courteously and priced to buy with confidence. I am semi retired adjuster/appraiser working 15 Fl counties since 1992. This is still a stand-out auto group.
I am 75 years old, and have purchased over 25 cars in my lifetime. Fitzgerald Auto Mall ranks as the worst dealership I have ever encountered.I would strongly suggest that you avoid the dealership.

I dealt with Bass and he was fantastic! He was very patient while trying to help me find the car that I wanted and he was not pushy. Bass was very nice and upfront about everything. I didnt end up buying a car from here since I found something else but I would recommend this dealership and more importantly I would recommend Bass.

Had a dead battery and called service. They told me to bring it in as an emergency walk- in ( still under warranty). Said it might take a few hours. They had it done in less than an hour and did an oil change that was needed. Always happy with the people and service at Fitz.

I would not get a car from here if they gave it to me. I found one of there cars with low miles on Autotrader. I got a call from a salesman. I asked if it had one owner. He said yes. When i saw the Carfax report said it had 3 owners. i went in for a test drive. The car was in such horrible shape i was afraid to drive it off the lot.

Been having a strange electrical situation with my turn signals. Its a problem that they really are intent on repairing. Service departments cordial and very helpful. When purchasing a new car if service is important then you cant go wrong with Fitzgerald.

I recently purchased a used vehicle with low miles that was well taken care of. I liked the salesman Andrew - No high pressure tactics and no haggling. Had all paperwork completed and out the door under an hour. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle at a pretty fair price.

This review is long overdue. My wife and I went to this location the purchase of vehicle for her birthday, to start it was a good experience. We chose a vehicle and the finance company did not approve that vehicle however they did approve another vehicle that they did have on the lot of the same model. My wife was super happy we purchased the vehicle, shortly after the vehicle was purchased we started experiencing issues. We were given a 45-day warranty so there was no problem we took it to the service department and they inspected the vehicle they started to do repairs. In the first 6 months of owning the vehicle the service department had to address the same issue seven different occasions. On my final visit to the service Department we left the vehicle with them and their lead mechanic drove our vehicle to his house to duplicate the issue. We gave permission for this however, we had a dashboard camera on the vehicle for safety reasons. The mechanic remove the dashboard camera from the windshield but he did not turn it off. This is where it gets interesting! Before I go into details I do need to let you know to to whoever reads this please beware. Their general manager was notified that we had some information that needed to be discussed with them. They never took us serious! Their lead mechanic on an audio recording that I still possess to this day with date and time stamp had picked up his girlfriend, and decided to take our vehicle on a little Joyride to make illegal purchases. On the audio recording you can hear his girlfriend say that it is not fair that he can buy pills but she cannot. It has the lead mechanic on recording stating that he works all day and deserves. He then starts to get mad at her as he cannot find his pills that he just purchased while using our car in Bradenton. She then responds to him telling him that she has them on her for him and he demands that she crushes it up so he can take the pill in our car. If the dealership does not deem this as something thats urgent to speak about then it shows the lack of respect they have for clients vehicles! Like I said this review is long overdue and I find it very disturbing that nobody in their Department or facility thought it was of a serious nature even being told that I have a recording of it.

When I originally purchased my car I gave them a very high rating I still give a high rating to Andrew my salesperson however the sales manager at this location is not too bright. In addition to this once you drive the car off the lot you have a limited warranty and the service is horrible I actually had a service advisor call me and request that I changed my review because he was afraid he was going to lose his job and said he would get less money if I gave you a bad review. I would not have given a bad review if they had checked everything at the service department that they supposedly fixed. I was supposed to bring my car back in to get the rest of the items that they didnt do and they were supposed to do however they have not returned my phone call to set up an appointment and Ive called 3 times so I guess Im just stuck
