AWFUL Place. Would not take a car for FREE!I flew in from St Louis MO to buy a $119,000 Dodge Viper with CASH. I am a dialysis patient and have to do dialysis every day for 9 hours while I sleep They new that I had health issues and I made it very clear that I was picking up the car and was going to drive it to my new house on Marco Island, where my dialysis supplies waited for me. The cashiers check that I got from my bank said European Exotic Cars, not Center. They did not even call their bank to see if it would work. They treated me like my money was no good there. So now im in Tampa, without my Dialysis machine and no way to get to Marco Island. I ended up on the phone with my bank for 2 hours while they increased two of my debit cards to the maximum so that these guys could run 2 maximum debits through my bank account. If I had not been stuck in Tampa at 2:00 on a Friday without my dialysis machine or supplies, I would have torn up my cashiers check and walked out of there. Terrible Experience. This is the first bad review that I have ever given in my LIFE. I never complain, but these people need to treat people, especially HANDICAPPED PEOPLE better!!Rick Haberstroh

I had no idea that buying a used Ferrari could be so complicated. There was so much to learn, ask, and investigate. My car buying experience was not the most pleasant as I encountered snobby salesman, lied too about service history, and was told my 2014 Corvette trade was an inferior product and would not get me a decent trade value. Needless to say, I was ready to give up on buying my dream car.I had a popup add come up on my computer for European Exotic Center. I clicked on it and found a very well priced Ferrari. I placed a phone call and spoke to salesman/owner Joshua Zenor. Joshua was extremely polite and professional. After a few short minutes, I felt very comfortable dealing with Joshua. My vehicle was no longer available. Joshua apologized and asked me exactly what I was looking for. He was not a pushy salesman. He was actually the opposite, very at tentative to my car desires and told me “at this level you should not settle and get exactly what you want. Give me an opportunity and I will do my best to find it in your budget.”A few weeks later, I located a vehicle at this dealership that was a little outside my budget. I called Joshua and we discussed a possible deal. Joshua worked very hard to get me the right value for my trade and to get his vehicle to where the numbers matched with my budget. Everything that was promised by Joshua was delivered. Taking delivery of my 2006 Ferrari F430 was outstanding!A few hours after delivery Joshua called to make sure my drive home was smooth. I pointed out two items that became an issue on my 4 hour drive home. Joshua immediately took care of the issues with one of my local Ferrari experienced autoshops. I had shopped for an F430 for over two years flip flopping back and forth. Well one day I decided that today is the day. I had researched every avenue imaginable in making my purchase decision. From Ferrari chat, for sale by owner, Ferrari dealers and on and on. Then I came across European Exotic Center website. They had a car that checked most of my boxes. I bought an 07 but really thought I wanted something newer. It had almost 17,000 mi and thought I wanted something less than 10k. So as I am reading about the car I went and read the reviews. I must admit, for being in the car business these guys are hitting home runs everyday. The reviews were the hook for me. Knowing you are dealing with folks that stand behind what they say and even go way beyond is unreal. There was a question about the quoted tread on the tires and so Josh just said well we can take care of that with a new set of Michelins. I mean who in the heck does that. Folks this is after they have my money and I am back home in Texas. How do you ever find folks like that. Well I did and you should too. I was able to speak with their master mechanic Gabe and he gave me some great advice on driving with an F1 transmission. I have had the car for about a month and no issues at all. I live in the Austin, TX, area where there is COTA, Circuit of The Americas, F1 track and took it out there one day for a Ferrari Club event. What a retirement present to myself. Get one and get it at European Exotic Center.

After a long nationwide search for a preowned 911 Turbo S I was very excited when I found the perfect low mileage example one an hour away at European Exotic Center. The European Exotic Center in St.Petersburg/Clearwater, is in a league of its own. Buying exotics can be a stressful venture and there are plenty of dealers eager to take large sums of money for rare automobiles that can turn out to be unwanted costly money pits and headaches. It is not easy to come by an open and honest car dealer of any sort, and even harder when making the leap into the exotic market. This is where these guys stand above what is becoming a crowded space. Josh, one of the owners and dealer on floor, met me (by appointment) in what I can only describe as a grown-up’s dream chest of toys. I can honestly say that my expectations were far surpassed and purchasing my first Ferrari could not have been a better experience. The selection of meticulously selected cars in the showroom spans entire generations of different posters on the wall, that we (car lovers), drooled over as kids. From; a one owner classic 80’s (Miami vice) Ferrari Testarossa, to the cleanest, most factory original Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 that I have ever laid eyes on. Others; like, classic Astons that we grew up watching as James Bond saved the world and an array of air cooled 993’s along with newer driver focused german track weapons line the floor. I can say that their specialty, from my perspective is Ferrari, and it shows (599’s, FF’s, 575’s, 360’s etc). Gabe, the master mechanic, who goes over every car in the shop is one of very few certified Koenigsegg certified technicians in the country. Chatting with him, I learned he’d been a Ferrari Mechanic since 1989, when the Testarossa was rolling out new.WOW!!I purchased my Ferrari with peace of mind, knowing it was one of the cleanest examples I had seen and in full trust that the belt service that had just been completed, was in fact done by one of the best in the business. Very different to other dealerships, Josh told me, that he owns every car he sells, with very few exceptions, and for me; that means the car I bought was one he had the peace of mind to buy himself. That alone, in this type of business is HUGE!, and very rarely seen.Going back to the whole experience, I am a car guy, a car nerd, that is very grateful and lucky to be able to own and enjoy what I dreamed of as a child. This Ferrari was not my first exotic, but this purchase was, by far, the most meaningful of any before, and one that I will always remember fondly. These guys are all true car guys, so knowledgable and such a pleasure to converse with. When I say, everyone in the shop is a true car person, I mean it. Tyler, the detailer, does an incredible job with every car, because he is passionate about them, as is everyone involved in the purchase process. Josh, even waited on my wife to arrive with my baby son, as I told him it was important for me that they be part of this purchase. I was so pleasantly surprised to see that he took a genuine interest in my family and not some empty attention given to them just to close a deal. Furthermore, we negotiated the price of the car and the trade-in I was making, over a friendly conversation sitting in the “living room” area of the showroom, set amidst a beautiful view of amazing cars. We did not shake on it, as the current state of the pandemic does not allow for such indulgences, but we agreed on the deal over a friendly chat, and I can say we both walked away happy. Josh kept his word to a “T”, and I not only purchased a dream car, but met a new set of friends whom I will surely visit in the future, both to purchase any and all future additions to my collection, and to service every one of those cars in their exemplary shop, that I also had the pleasure of visiting.I highly recommend The European Exotic Center, if you are a serious car enthusiast looking for something in this market. I found a Porsche at this dealer and when I called, I talked to Josh who was a really nice and professional salesman/owner. After going to several “prestigious” dealers and dealing with dishonest and pushy salesmen, I can assure that my experience at European Exotic Center was the best. Being in my mid 20´s and looking for a car of this level, it is very difficult to find salesmen that take you seriously and respect you, Josh did that. He answered all my questions and when I went to see the car, he put the car on a lift (I requested this) so that I could make a visual inspection of the undercarriage, the car was great. After a PPI and a very pleasant negotiation I decided to buy the car. Now I´m seeking advice from them to buy a second car.I had a really good experience at this dealer, they are really serious and I recommend them 100%.

Let me first start out by saying that when you are in the market for an exotic vehicle, you are likely someone that has high expectations in terms of quality, responsiveness, customer service and experience. Couple that expectation with purchasing a high value/priced vehicle without being able to test drive it or see it in person. Honesty/trust becomes a critical factor when making any purchase, but especially when its virtual. I had contacted countless dealerships including certified resellers, only to be sadly disappointed by their responses, and transparency around the condition of the vehicles.Josh and the European Exotic Center team were extremely responsive to my emails, phone calls, and requests, tracked down all the answers to my questions if they didnt have them readily available, provided additional photos, and delivered on their promises even after I took delivery of the vehicle when I noticed some things that seemed to be off from what was published/described. The purchase process was highly efficient as well as the post sales customer experience. Worked with Josh and Chas to find a low mileage exotic recently. I was referred over to EEC by a trusted friend who also had a very positive experience with Josh prior.Buying an exotic, specially out of state without actually driving or seeing the car was something I was hesitant but after working with the guys over several months it was clear they werent trying to just get me into any car. They were very patient and I was provided several cars as well as some other alternatives. With each proposed car they provided significant amount of pictures and history of the car via email and text.One thing I noticed was that EEC seemed to have early access to cars that were not yet available or already posted on public sites such as Dupont registry, Auto trader, eBay etc.. they also gave me some pointers on the general things to look out for with each car or must have options.Once I decided on the car the price was very fair compared to the market and even referred me to a trusted leasing company and insurance guy.The car was also delivered in a enclosed semi and took about a week to get delivered. Once delivered the car was exactly how it was described .The entire sales process was low stress, highly recommend.
