My husband and I received IPhones for Christmas and weren’t familiar with them we always had android phones came into the store and met Cesar he transferred all our information and educated us on our new phones. HE IS THE BEST. Thank you. Will always go back to this Cricket store

Went in to add a 4th line to my 3 line plan and by the time I was done the clueless staff had canceled by grandfathered phone plan and doubled my cell phone bill. Cricket customer service couldnt do anything and the store manager just wanted to keep upselling in order to fix the problem they caused. Avoid this location at all costs. You have been warned. Buyer beware!

Great honest and respectful service. Travis understands their products, is very willing to take the time to explain and compare phones. As Manager he has obviously trained others well. When Travis is not there the staff give me the same high level of service. I have been a happy Cricket customer for 3 years. So glad I made the switch.

I went into store not knowing what to do. I had a lost phone, as well as a broken one. Alex( manager) was so helpful. He told me my options and actually saved me money. After getting phones in mail, Alex told me to come back in and he would help me transfer over everything to my new devices. He was awesome! I highly recommend you go see him for help.

Went and got information and bought my granddaughter a case for her phone and the assistant store manager Ashley Franco was amazing and most polite person i met very knowledgeable on the information i was asking and helping me pick outt the right case love the store and her will be going back !!

I cant even use the freaking mic! Only one star for the girl who sold the phone. Ive had the phone 2 weeks it burns my head they wont let me trade, but yet they want my money!!!!! Not right at all!!! If you can take my money you can exchange my broken phone!!! But not, Ill go back to metro at least they have the year warranty!!! Im done!!!

The guy over there was focused on his commission not on customer service nor satisfaction. He lied about the promotions and wanted us to purchase expensive phones. We walked out of there and he lost 4 customers in one shot.

Great selection of phones and great family plan. We have 5 phone lines with unlimited talk and text, and if you use wi-fi the data isnt an issue

My mother and I went to this Cricket store and got FANTASTIC professional service, I dont remember their names but they were GREAT!

We were happy with the service we received and workers couldnt have been anymore friendlier or helpful.

I didnt have a problem with the service, but I walked in to get a new phone, and I was hit by such a powerful cleaner stench that I couldnt stand it and had to leave. Stop using cleaners with odor, it is brutal.
