I have been working with Kaiser for over a year now and always look forward to my next visit as he always makes me laugh and solves my phone problems. There are Metro Stores closer to my home but Kaiser is world-class and I highly recommend him!

One guy is great, but bought two phones and refused refund on first after testing it, while the first, just sat getting charged by Metro and other apps, when I just tested other apps...

Just went here after I was hung up on twice simply for asking for help with a phone I purchased thru metro pcs the owner was extremely direspectful and arrogant after only refreshing the networks my phone shut off and he said it had a virus....the problem was call quality . No biggie but he talked as if he spoke to a dog and then preceded to kick me out of his store I will never step foot into a store like that very racist individual and honestly after just moving here its sad to think these are the type of people running a business here !

Terrible service, doors where locked while people where trying to get in Guy finally comes out and asked how can I help you through the still locked door, finally in the guy was very unprofessional and couldnt break a hundred dollar bill so I could pay the phone bill.....wow 5pm
