So friendly and helpful, and when we inadvertantly overpaid, Scott immediately caught it and made it right...I dont find many people that honest anymore...he will have my business forever, and I will send everyone I can his way!

Owner of the company had a conversation with myself, the owner of GRS Restoration about cutting some countertops for us. The situation that occurred is as follows: we purchased a countertop and had them cut per our measurements. They did not cut the countertop based on measurements given. They have made us purchase a new countertop and will not cut the piece. They not only made us pay for the new countertop, pay them to cut the old one, but will not reimburse us for the new countertop or cut the new one. In addition while we were there the previous week, two clients that were there received the wrong countertops for their project and still had to pay for their mistake as well. This place is very unprofessional and do not need to be in business treating clients this way. How can you as a business treat people this way. You should not be in business over a $100 countertop, and cannot fix the issue they created!! This also being reported to the BBB. I will also be having additional people talk about this in the review column along my client that is the one suffering.

I would recommend this company for all your counter top needs. We ordered and received our counter top in less than two weeks. The counter top was exactly what we ordered and fit our cabinet they way we wanted. We originally ordered from Lowes in Cleveland and our order was wrong and Lowes would not correct on their end. I would bypass all the big chain stores and use this company!!!

BLUF: I do not recommend working with this installer if scheduling and communication are important to you. Customer service is non-existent beyond the storefront.Ordered granite countertops for two bathrooms. The staff at their storefront was friendly and helpful but was unable to provide specifics on installation and measuring times. We were told wed get a call letting us know when measuring would be done.A week later I had to call in to find out when our measuring would take place. The install guy came out and measured a couple days later. Once measured an accurate quote was given and we were told about two weeks for install. My wife said anytime the first week of May and he said about about May 1st. It was again said anytime the 1st week of May was fine just let us know the exact date and time when you have it. Follow up for faucet type and placement was to occur when date and time was established.On April 30th we had to call in, left a voicemail because we never received a follow call for details. Asked if we were on schedule for the 1st of May. Received a return phone call letting us know they had scheduled us for the 2nd between 1pm and 3pm and then faucet configuration was confirmed.On May 2nd I had the bathrooms prepped with old counters removed. Unfortunately I had to shut off water to the house because of a broken sink valve. All was ready by 1200 for the installers set the new countertops. By 1:58pm we had not heard anything so we called the store. They didnt know what the install crews timeline was and said they would call back. At 2:30pm the installer called and saying they had just finished their first job of the day. He told us we were 3rd in line today and he would call when on his way from the 2nd job. By this point we had been away from our work since 11am to be ready for the install between 1 and 3. It was asked of the installer to give us a call when a better timeline was known. At 4:25pm I again had to call to get information on timeline. Still have the water shut-off waiting on the crew. I was told they may be able to get to the house by 6:30pm. At this point I was livid that our day had been completely wasted waiting on a company that was being Inconsiderate and disrespectful of its customers time. At no point up to now did they call us to let us know scheduled times or changes to timeline. I informed them that 6:30pm was absolutely to late because we had previously planned arrangements to see my daughters band performance. When I asked them to figure out a solution. I was offered to just leave the house unlocked for them to enter while we were gone. Huge security risk for a military family, so absolutely not an option. I was told that if they rescheduled it would be another week from now. I was not ok with being put out another week because the installer couldnt show up on time or make a phone call to coordinate alternate arrangements when timelines shifted. Install next day was not possible either due to my schedule with the military. Because of the lack of communication early in the process a solution was not able to be reached and the countertops have not been installed by Cleveland Countertops. I do not recommend working with this installer if schedules and communicate are important to you. I can not speak on qaulity of work because we never made it past the poor customer service to get a final product.
