Perkits is great! Not tonight. We come Wednesdays after church. Different people and not smiling and not friendly like the usuals we see. Also they put all the topping away early. Just rushing to get out Im sure. If this was a regular thing, we wouldnt come here. 5 stars all other times.

Perkits is really simple. It looks nice, feels nice, and the yogurt tastes nice. It has the benefit of being cheap without tasting cheap and with it being right off the Greenway I drop by when Im riding my bike to cool off. Its a really great place that shouldnt be passed up if you want something to munch on when youre hot.

Went to Perkits on 6/10/2020 at 5:16pm to order 4 tropicals. Love going there because of their delicious ice cream, however, the hospitality or costumer service whatever you want to call it - was absolutely terrible. Both of the employees there (mainly the one with blonde curly hair and blue eyes) was very rude and had an attitude and this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this with this same employee. Before, I didn’t write anything because I thought maybe she was having a bad day but today honestly drew the line. If you can’t work somewhere and give good customer service, then quit your job, or maybe you should teach your employees -especially her better manners and hospitality to use in the future. Thank you for the waste of time and money. I will most definitely not be recommending this place to anyone.

Great Yogurt | Rewards Program | Yum!This trip took a bit longer than I would have liked. It was a 70 degree day in February so it really wasnt a surprise. Everyone who could been out was. The Yogurt is delicious and some of the best in Cleveland. I know Ill be back for more. They also have an easy reward program that translates into free desert. Nice!

Great in house made frozen yogurt! I love that you pay by the size and not the oz. Frozen yogurt places can cost more than a meal and this place does it right. Awesome shop, nice selection of frozen yogurt treats and you can buy it in containers to go. I highly recommend this place!!

You will not be disappointed...its the best frozen yogurt here in town. The prices arent to bad and the staff is always friendly. Everything was also very clean. I dont see any flaws to rate below 5 stars!!

I really enjoy the banana split that they serve. Clean, friendly, and sell yogurt by the amount instead by the ounce. Better flavor and at least 20% less cost than the competition.

Yogurt is good. Friendly staff. Limited selection and flavors that change daily. Vanilla and chocolate are always available.
