I have been in the Interior Design Business for about 20 years and have worked with many of the Granite/Marble fabricators. When it came to my own home, I checked with a company that I have used many times for clients but found their prices getting too high. I used another company that I had used in the past not realizing that they had been bought by another company. I ordered granite and quartz countertops to be installed which ended very bad and the company was forced to come and remove and return my money.In search for new countertops, I came across Cleveland Granite & Marble. When checking into the company I had seen they their ratings were very high, so I decided to try them. The experience was wonderful. Kim was a joy to work with. Kim took the time for her and I together to lay how the granite was to be cut to assure the pattern of the granite was exactly how I wanted it. She said her cutter was very good at looking at details and matching patterns.When the installers came to install, they were courteous, professional and I could hear them talk about getting the details just right to make us happy. Shout out to crew V-3 installed on 7/30/21, you did a fabulous job!!The installers did something I had not experienced with any other company. The brought expansion poles and plastic and sealed of the openings to the kitchen so that dust would stay contained and not go through the rest of the house. Nice touch, very appreciated.The Island granite had a specific pattern with waterfall legs. Kim was right, their cutter knew exactly how to cut this so that the pattern looked seamless even though there is a seam and then waterfalls on both ends.Thank you, Cleveland Granite & Marble, Kim, and all those that work for the company. It was a delightful experience and you did top notch work.

After searching for hours to find honed carerra marble for our kitchen, we finally ran across Cleveland Granite and Marble. I spoke with Kim initially on the phone, and she was able to direct me to a stone warehouse that had it. Kim was extremely easy to work with, quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and has a true passion for her work. The countertop and backsplashes turned out beautifully- Mike and Carlos were the installers- it was not an easy job but they handled it professionally and made it look easy with their years of experience. We could not be happier with our experience working with Kim and the final product. Highly recommended!

Cleveland and Granite recently installed new Granite counter tops in my kitchen and two bathrooms. I have to say the did an amazing job! The workers were extremely nice and very helpful in providing me information and how to maintain these counter tops long term. You can tell they take great pride in their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for new counter tops.

I worked with Kim to fill a spot where our dog crates used to reside. We have used Cleveland Granite in the past for our kitchen and bathrooms and they also turned out fantastic. Kim was great to work with and kept me up to date on the status of my order. The installers were fantastic this go around and were extremely clean and through with the install. Very happy with this installation!

Kim and her team at Cleveland Granite have now done both my house and my parents. Im very happy with the end results and how it came out. This job consisted of 52 Sq. Ft. of Silver Cloud 3 CM granite w/backsplash. The kitchen and first floor bathroom now match. This kitchen and bath work was completed in March 2018. Just recently 2/4/2019 I went back again to have them fabricate a dog cage top for my new counter space. This cage project was self installed but perfectly fabricated! I walked in on Monday with a drawing and walked out Thursday by Noon with my newly cut pieces! Thanks again!

Cleveland Granite & Marble recently installed Blue Petals countertops in our basement kitchen and movie room. Unfortunately the granite that was installed had a large number of chips along the bottom edge of the countertops as well as many blemishes along the top of the granite. Cleveland Granite came out and repaired some of the larger chips but Kim at Cleveland Granite claimed that Blue Petals naturally has areas that are susceptible to chipping and that the chips were part of the beauty of the natural stone. We have seen many beautiful granite kitchens with NO chips and blemishes. Prior to purchasing, Cleveland Granite and one of their sales people never advised us that Blue Petals would chip. Kims response was that she is working 11 hours per day as well as Saturdays and does not have time to come out to our house to look at the problem. We paid them a lot of money for this project but we are extremely unsatisfied with the end result and service. The only reason we give them 2 stars is that their installers were very professional and nice.

My experience with Cleveland Granite and Marble was great from start to finish. The front desk was very friendly (in-person and over the phone), Kim not only helped me find the piece of granite I wanted but also had my template and install appointments scheduled within a week of each other, and Mike and Carlos were very professional and efficient with the installation (they had to carried the countertop up a flight of stairs and through a tricky doorway). Ive used a few different companies in the past and had estimates from others for this job but Cleveland Granite and Marble had a good selection of stone, very reasonable pricing and by far the best timeline for template and installation.

Kim at Cleveland Granite and her amazing team of fabricators and installers have helped me with several bathrooms, a kitchen and several outdoor areas. Their turnaround time is so impressive and their ability to communicate well and show up when they promise makes me very happy. Kim has great taste and really is helpful in guiding the selection process. Love working with women in the construction business!

I have a rental property that needed a fast kitchen renovation and I stumbled on Cleveland Granite and Marble. I can’t say enough good things about them. I worked with Kim to get my countertop installed and she worked with me on my super tight timeline. When all of the other places were giving me a timeline of 3 weeks, Kim got my countertop installed in a week. My contractor who was on site mentioned that all of their workers were all extremely professional and fast. Thank you so much Kim!! I’ll definitely be back!

Kim and her staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! We are building a new home and she was by far one of my favorite trades to work with! She was timely in callbacks and very helpful with my selection of quartz. Her installers were also so kind and professional! Top notch!

The staff at CG&M is phenomenal! From start to finish they put together an excellent recommendation when choosing material for our countertop. Cuts and seams are perfect, same with install and cleanup. Kim is so nice and really gives you the time you deserve. Ill gladly recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Nothing but the best. Weve recently renovate our master bath and are over the top pleased with our vanity granite top and shower seat. Both fit perfect and look great. The installers were the same that took measurement and these guys know customer respect and courtesy. Im sure theres competition out there but why go looking for trouble when the best is right here. I recently had my kitchen redone by Cleveland Granite. I worked with Kim and the job turned out beautiful. From her helping pick out my granite up until the install everything ran so smooth. I definitely will be going back when the time comes to do my bathrooms!!!

Everything was great until the install. The guys who did the template did it in a way that they would have to cut into a 100 year old buffet. What upsets me was they didnt give me an option. When they installed it they found out they couldnt cut it (after butchering it up for about 2 feet).I asked the guy who did the template why not just mirror the counter that was there instead of measuring so we had to cut into the furniture...his response was priceless..... I dont know.Now I have to put up back splash to cover their mistakes.What bothers me the most is I sent an email expressing my disappointment in the work, etc.....and I didnt hear one word back. That speaks volumes to me. Get the money and dump the customer.Run dont walk away from this business. You can tell all you need to know about a business not by if a customer complains, but how they handle the complaint...and they chose to ignore.

Carl was worthless. He could never seem to get someone to look at the project. They used a caulk which immediately pulled out. I was accused of not paying my final payment even though I paid it within a day of completion. I was threatened. I showed a returned check and it was cleared up. No apologies whatsoever. I could never get them back to look at my concerns. Bad attitude, BAD SERVICE, and a soso installation. Do not recommend!
