We had a private enhanced carry class of about 10 ladies. Our level of comfort ranged from I have never shot a gun to I am very comfortable with a gun and just need this class to get my license. Tu-ha, Travis and Warren made us feel comfortable and walked us through all of the class content in such a way that we all confidently passed the test. We received excellent instruction and helpful encouragement when it was time to shoot. We all came out of there having learned a lot and having had a great time together. Thank you guys for an excellent day!

A buddy of mine recommended CSS and advised that they had a really good indoor range. I took him up on it and went this morning right when they opened.I was greeted with a friendly smile by Brett, and was immediately asked what they could do for me. I mentioned that Id like to use the range and was told to go on down. Upon checking in at the range, the range master was very friendly and courteous and got me setup with some extra ammo and silhouettes upon request. (Neither were unreasonable on the price considering I was getting it all there on the spot). He walked me into the range to show me the ins and outs. I mentioned that I am taking a carry class soon and also have been working on my grip technique and he asked me to grip and target to see my technique, and gave me some advice on how to improve my grip with the particular gun I was using, which I noticed while practicing made a big difference. All in all, I was very impressed with the professionalism and warm atmosphere while I was there and am looking forward to my next visit. I didnt check out the store itself because I had to leave in a hurry but fully intend to do so next time. If anyone in the Cleveland area is looking for an indoor range to go to, this IS the place to go!

Being a customer at Cleveland Shooting Sports simply couldn’t be easier. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help and they’re not pushy. No ‘gun nuts’ here, this team is simply professional and enthusiastic about their business and the industry.They also have very competitive pricing and they stand behind everything they Sell and do. They recently installed a set of sights on a rifle for me. Not only was their price for the sights the same as Amazon, they included installation at that price! Travis even made an adjustment on them for me when I was using their indoor range. Yea, try getting that kind of service online.Their indoor range is also very professionally run. The lightning is great as is the air circulation.Cleveland Shooting Sports gets a most enthusiastic endorsement. If I could rate them 10 stars I would gladly do so.

The staff here are very warm and friendly. They are professional and safe without being stiff and cold like a lot of gun people.They have a lot of different guns for sale but their selection of guns to rent is kind of small. They dont carry the gun I am looking for but they probably still have a good selection.I definitely recommend stopping here. I think you will be treated well.

What a terrific shop and range! Warren has been great to work with, and I have enjoyed supporting another local business as it relates to my shooting sport. They have a tremendous selection of all types of guns, and so much more.Take a short run to Cleveland and stop in - you will not be disappointed. Love the range. Very reasonably priced. I have taken friends and the were impressed also. Great local business we all need to support. I have also bought several guns from them and they have exceptional service.

Worst customer service was about to buy a handgun and when I asked how to take apart the handgun I was about to buy he told me no and to watch a YouTube video. I do not recommend going here to purchase a firearm.

This place has horrible service. I contacted them about shipping on a listing they had on Gunbroker. Instead of just answering the question they said..Shipping cost is in the listing. When I replied to them to let them know that it wasnt in the listing, all I got back was To. Dont wast your time with these people, at least not online or with Gunbroker.
