When I first dropped this off to mail, someone was just watching the shop and charged me $4 to mail this. When the owner (?) got back in, he called and I had to pay a little more with a credit card over the phone. Well, my envelope just got returned to me for insufficient postage. I will just go to the post office and have it done right.

Easiest place in Cleveland to drop off any UPS, FedEx, or Postal packages. They also ship packages using those shipping services and compare the costs and speeds of each delivery service. The location is VERY convenient. Pack N Ship is also the Greyhound Bus Station for Cleveland, TN as well as a U-Haul rental equipment dealer (they sell U-Haul boxes, mattress bags, tape, etc. too). If you need to send yourself, your stuff, or somebody out of Cleveland, then this place will solve your problems!

Such a convenient place and location! All your needs in one place! Uhaul rentals and everything to pack your possessions in properly for the move or storage, you can even get bus tickets here! My primary use is for FedEx, UPS mailing or drop off services. Fast and convenient!!!

I only gave a star because Im unable to give any less. Our experience with this business was horrible. We shipped a handmade item from TN to FL for a silent auction to benefit the Shriners burn unit. It got to its destination broken with several pieces busted. When I called & spoke with the owner, he was not only unapologetic but tried to blame me for it getting there broken. He had an oh well you get what you paid for attitude.We spent over $100 shipping our items with this company, who has one sole job of packing & shipping items, & they were unable to get that right.The owner tried to say I didnt pay for cushion in the box, when I told him I have cushion foam as a line item on my receipt he once again became annoyed & said the only way its guaranteed to get there without damage is if the foam is surrounded the item with so many inches of the cushion.I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you dont care if your items are not properly packaged & dont mind them broken.
