Buying a used car from Bouffard’s Auto was a breath of fresh air! The owners and staff alike are all so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They really want to help you find the perfect car and give you the quality time and attention that every buyer desires. The salesman didn’t hover but was always close by when I had questions. The technician took me into the shop to show me underneath the car and treated me with respect and equality, which isn’t always the case when buying a car as a woman. While I was there, a longtime client brought homemade treats into the office for everyone to enjoy to show their appreciation for Bouffard Auto’s hard work over the years. I really can’t say enough good things about this fantastic shop/car dealership! I felt like family when I was there and I will definitely be returning in the future when I need another vehicle!

What a great place! I wish that I had known of Bouffards sooner. I recently helped my daughter purchase a car there (nice looking VW with low miles and great shape!). She bought the same make model car that I drive at a fraction of what I paid elsewhere. The whole team there is friendly, professional, and better than fair in their pricing. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer when it comes time for my son to get on the road! Also, do yourself a favor and stop paying dealership mark ups when it comes to service and repairs... bring your car here for expert care!

VW gods work there! Got me a nice car with low mileage, a single owner and in very good condition! And all that for a fair price!The interaction was succinct and David was extremely helpful and courteous all the way through.

Failure to communicate with upcoming appointments and potential buyers when vehicles are sold. Even when the buyer goes through trouble of paying fee to receive and cancel a cashiers check .
