This was our first time to visit Eyemart Express. My husband and I went to Eyemart Express because of their reviews and we were very happy. Bayli and Patrick were on duty. All of our concerns and questions were answered. My husband purchased 2 pairs glasses. We were able to pick up one pair within 23 minutes. Wewere very happy with the glasses, but customer service is so important to us. It is just good to be trained and just to know how to treat people. The quality of the product the business is selling is very important, but the attitude of the employers are just as important. So thanks!!!

Knowledge about eye ware and the process from beginning to end. Sylvia was great, if she didn’t know the answer she would go find it. I did not have my sisters with me for their opinion on frames but 3 different employees gave honest opinions and helped me to pick out frames. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses at Eyemart Express and had a wonderful experience. However, when I returned to pick up my glasses, there was only one worker. Her name is Sylvia, and she is an awesome multitasker. I got my glasses in a short period of time but when I returned about a week later to get them repaired, she was the only worker again. I got there when they opened, but there was a gentlemen ahead of me. I watched Sylvia repair his glasses, greet everyone who entered the building, and stay calm and professional the entire time. This young lady knows her job well. Shes a keeper Eyemart Express.

The people at the College Station were nothing less than surperb! I took my 100 yr old mother to their store yesterday, and she was treated with nothing but respect. Mom is an exceptional woman, but progress is something she has no understanding of! Even the simplest questions to us and understandable to me, she has no concept of what they mean. Everyone was so patient with her; polite, and thoughtful! Thank you for making a difficult outing for me so enjoyable! And the glasses were ready so quickly!

After a terrible experience with Stanton Optical, I chose to come to Eyemart to purchase a couple pairs of glasses, due to the good reviews.I am very glad I did. The young man, Patrick helped me and he was so patient, kind, and personable. What a wonderful employee y’all have! The prices were very reasonable and they were made in less than 30 minutes! I have a pretty simple prescription, however that is still very quick. Extremely recommend this establishment.

I got an eye exam at Visionworks inside the Post Oak mall. She recommended Eyemart so I headed over there as soon as my appointment was over. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I cant remember who I dealt with but she was a short women. She answered all of my questions, went over my insurance with me and showed me where I could pick out glasses. I got a pair of glasses as well as a pair of sunglasses. My sunglasses were done within 30 minutes but my glasses had to be ordered. It only took about 3 days to get my glasses in. I was so happy with the customer service here that I had my husband come in to get his glasses as well. He also got a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. While there I asked if I could exchange my sun glasses as they really were not my style and she allowed me to exchange them with ZERO hassle!!! The customer service and prices here are 5 stars!!!! I also love that they have an amazing one year warranty!!!!

I went to get an eye exam and buy new glasses with my sisters and the service was phenomenal. Patrick helped us pick out 6 pairs of glasses total and get the best deal possible. I bought 1 pair of regular and 1 pair of sunglasses, both with progressive prescriptions. The sunglasses were done in 80 minutes; lenses in stock. The regular pair took 2 weeks; had to order lenses. All around good experience.

I went in yesterday 03-30-2021 at about 6:45 PM, only 15 minutes before they closed, to try and get eyeglasses for my two girls, one of which was in desperate need. Jennifer, the person helping us was very thorough and helped the girls pick their frames out, talk about needs and comfort and everything else. I asked if there was any way to get at least one pair for my Daughter as she was needing to use them to take her vision test for her Driving permit. To my pleasant surprise the lab said they could do all 4 pairs we were getting in about an hour. We walked away with 4 pair of glasses for a very good price and my girls were happy. I cannot tell you how much this helped us out and how much we appreciated their service, especially since they were getting ready to close. I will only use Eye Mart Express from now on. This is what excellent customer service is all about, Jennifer went above and beyond, as well as the lab technician, and they deserve credit for outstanding service.

Love this place and Jessica was amazing we showed up at 6:30 because our girls needed glasses and I was thinking we would get the glasses the next day because they were close to closing and Jessica said nope we’ll get them to you today and it literally only took 30 minutes for them to get 4 pair of glasses done I was amazed at their quickness and that they were willing to stay late to get the glasses done and Jessica was so nice even when my girls took a long time picking out frames she always had a smile for us and the girls and she was very helpful in helping my girls pick out frames that suited them so 10/10 I would go there again and get glasses

I wish I could give this business and it’s wonderful employees more than 5 stars. I read all the amazing reviews about this place and decided I would give them a shot as I needed to get some polarized sunglasses. The staff was incredibly helpful and I was able to find exactly what I needed. They have a special system in place (amid covid) where you can still try on any frames in store and they sanitize them afterward. It felt very clean and well run. I was also able to get a second pair of RX glasses for only $10! Wow!! Sadly, when I left, my car battery was dead. I went back in the store so I could wait in the AC while my husband came to rescue me. I explained my return and without question, 3 of the Eye Mart Express employees immediately came to my rescue as well. Top notch service in both optometry and jump starting. These are good people. Please give them a visit, they will not let you down!!

I have never had an eyeglass purchasing experience as great as this one. I found a pair that I liked at a different store, and was told that I would need to pay $270 after insurance and that they would take 1-2 weeks to be ready for pickup. So I took my prescription over to Eyemart Express, and purchased TWO pairs WITH a warranty for a total of $107. I am shocked! Jennifer was so helpful and both of my frames were ready to come home with me in less than 15 minutes.

I desperately needed new glasses. I saw this place had great reviews. I went in with a recent prescription, found 2 pair within 5 minutes. Patrick helped me and was super friendly. I got 2 pair of glasses with insurance on the frames and lenses for dirt cheap but my glasses don’t look cheap. I got a text the first pair was ready within 20 minutes and a second text 6 minutes later. Both pair ready in 26 minutes. This place is a hidden gem, I’ll be a repeat customer and I highly recommend. Happy customer!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been here before with no issues. Was told about an hour. 6 hours later, I go and try them on. One pair was visibly not right the other made it feel like I was crossing my eyes. Patrick argued thru every bit of it, told me they wouldnt be ready today and offered no apology at all. They got the last of my families business and Ill tell everyone I know about it.

She was very helpful plus was very knowledgeable with her product! My glasses were done in record time and are just fabulous! I went out on a limb and got a red pair that have turned out to be my favorite! They get the highest rate ing I can give!!!!

I had used Eyemart Express in Albuquerque and was pleased with the glasses and service. The people at the College Station location were much better. Thank you all!

I was skeptical about coming here because I didn’t believe they did glasses so fast but I was very wrong I got two pairs of glasses and they were both done in 20 minutes! I went in with my husband to get myself new glasses. I wasnt sure what to expect. They advertised 2 pair of progressive lense glasses for $76. I figured they would limit the frame selection to just a few. Of course, all the frames I liked were a lot more expensive. But after getting help from a clerk I was able to get two pair that I actually liked in the advertised section. After adding non scratch coating and a slight tint the total ended up being about $120. I have to admit I am happy with the final result. They look great! They told me if I decided the tint was not dark enough I could bring them back and they would darken them for free. I was really happy to hear that because you dont always know til you have worn them a while whether you are comfortable. Thank you for standing behind your ad. So many places try the bait and switch or some other tactic to try to take advantage of you. It was refreshing to do business with a company that really puts customer satisfaction ahead of everything else. Thanks again!

Fast and reliable service, but very expensive. That was what I write last year when I got a transition pair of glasses, plastic lenses and plastic frame with anti-fog film and scratch free type. It was light super nice, but one of the handle of the frame broke and I took it back to the store. They got it fixed in like 12 minutes for free. They were so nice in handling customers and the location is convenient with spacious parking area.
