The times listed for your vision center say 9am. This is a lie and needs immediate attention! Eye doctors come in at 10am? Really? This is shameful to mislead people. I am thankful for your stupidity it lets me know to go elsewhere to shop. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!

Really friendly and knowledgeable employees! Lisa fixed a small problem with my glasses, ones I hadnt even bought from them, super quickly and was very informative. If I have any more problems with my glasses or need a new pair I will definitely be going back!

The receptionist was the rudest person Ive ever dealt with after the office rescheduled my sons appointments more than once they refused to see us because of their covid policy stating I couldnt enter their premises due to I myself having more than one kid per adult! I wont be going back

Please change the website to reflect when you will be open. Website says 10am-10pm today (Sunday) yet I call and call and no answer. I call the Customer Service at the main phone number and they tell me no one is scheduled until noon when they open. Guess we need to shop elsewhere.

I am constantly coming in to have my daughters glasses fixed or replaced (new puppy!!) They will either fix or look up warranty and replace with no big to-do! My orders almost ALWAYS come in before the date they give me to arrive!!!!!
