I have been taking our childrens prescription to Visionworks for a few years now. They have the best back to school deal and always take the extra step to make it as affordable as possible for us. The kids love that it has the biggest selection, and they always make my kiddos feel very welcome and comfortable. The manager is awesome, I think shes a big part of the success in making this place so family friendly.

Mary the manager is awesome! Give that lady a raise! She was very patient and willing to stay late after a long day. Even after they closed she was still willing to help customers who were coming up to the door well after closing. She was extremely helpful and great at explaining options. Thank you Mary!

Bad attitude. Very impatient. When they call me to confirm the appointment, they just said “ We are calling to confirm your appointment at blabla” without any introduction so I had no idea of who was calling me and felt very wired. And then when I go to have the eye exam, I found my appointment was earlier than the opening time of the mall, so I could not enter the mall. So I called them and they said ‘oh we have a door left’ but I didn’t know how to find that door. Then they became impatient and said “ you are already late and you need to come at another time.” I believe they don’t want to help you.

I visited Visionworks after receiving an outrageous quote for glasses @ another franchise in the area. Dylan was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. With this being my 1st pair of glasses, I wanted to be sure to find the right frames for my face. General Manager, Patricia, was right there to help me make the perfect choice. They both were very personable and hands on. My glasses were ready when promised and I saved over half of what I was quoted @ the other place. I highly recommend Visionworks.

My new glass from vision works just came in (a week earlier than they said they would) and I absolutely love them! I was really nervous going in there since I had never bought glasses before and had no idea what kind of glasses I even wanted, but Austin (the really tall guy) was extremely patient and helped me pick out the perfect pair to fit my face frame and the look I was going for! I tried on a lot of glasses and he always made sure to check up on me to see if I needed any help! Along with this, he talked me through my insurance and let me know how everything would be calculated. AND HE DID NOT TRY TO CHEAT ME INTO BUYING LENS ADD ONS THAT I DID NOT NEED! If you go to vision works I highly recommend that you go to Austin because he took the stress out of buying glasses, especially for a college student!

When we were evacuating during Hurricane Harvey my husband broke his glasses. We ended up in College Station. Patricia was a huge help to us during our visit to Visionworks. She crafted a pair of glasses with my husbands lens and another frame! It was genius on her part and something we will never forget. Those glasses got us through some intense and trying days. Anna was very helpful this afternoon. We called ahead of time to check if they were open and she invited us to come in. We were in and out in 30 minutes with a new set of glasses and happy with the service she provided ! Great job and thank you Anna !

I have emailed a formal complaint, however I would just advise the behavior that an employee demonstrated today was beyond unprofessional. The prices are extremely high even with insurance. Luckily we checked our receipt as we discovered we had additonal up-sells that we did not request. In addition, the 30$ warranty is something you pay that day. However you have to pay additional money if you ever use the warranty. Every other place in town weve used has cost less and comes with a free 1 year warranty. Do your homework before choosing this location. If you enjoy not being assisted in a timely manner and trashy, unprofessional behavior, then this is your place. Good luck!

As a return customer who was pleased enough with my previous experience to return to this out of town location, my ongoing effort to get new glasses has been horrific. The new sales supervisor has a completely blank and cold attitude that has forced me to work with their lab technician. This experience began on September 26th and they have made three unsuccessful attempts to provide me glasses that I can see through, now working on fourth attempt. $500, six weeks and seven trips later I am still without my glasses. My optometrist has rechecked my eyes and the prescription as accurate so for some reason Visionworks is failing to provide an adequate product. Very, very disappointed.

Stop in to look at possibly getting a new pair of glasses. The store had many styles to choose from and Nicole was great help in finding the pair of glasses that look the best on me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the options to fit my needs. Thank you for making this a positive experience.

Ive always loved Visionworks in my hometown, so I was excited when I needed to find a new pair of glasses and there was one in College Station. Kazmine helped me with my purchase and she was super helpful on choosing a pair or two that would have the best quality without breaking the bank. Im kind of a broke college student so she let me know about the deals they had and what would work best for me. Also on this particular day they were a little understaffed by chance and the workers there still provided good service to everyone that came in despite a lower number of staff there than usual. We had a great experience with Visionworks in College Station. My daughter purchased glasses that did not fit her face. She had problems with the glasses sliding and feeling uncomfortable. The store manager was very kind and helpful. They honored the warranty and fit my daughter with new glasses that are perfect. They never made us feel bad that the glasses had to be replaced. We were not charged any more for the replacement. We will definitely be going back to this store!!

Second time Ive tried to shop for glasses here, and second time Ive had this happen. In there 15 minutes and not a single well be with your soon or even a wave. In fact, associates treated me and husband like pariahs, purposefully trying not to look at us (based on head movements). I havent had this happen anywhere else. Either way, we went somewhere else for glasses after it happened last time and most likely will be going somewhere else this time as well. This kind of thing is just baffling.
