From choosing the frames to making the process smooth and easy for me, I was able to receive my glasses in 2 days. He also made sure I knew about the different benefits for the different kinds of lenses. I am so happy with my decision and he helped me every step of the way! I will 100% go back!

She offered honest input about the glasses I was trying on, and gave great recommendations about adding certain features I could add to my lenses. Very professional, and yet still personal. Not rushing on selection and never pushes towards higher cost options unless she has been asked for. Every year we make sure that she is available before we headed towards the show room. Extremely slow customer service. Came in for a quick pickup, ended up sitting for 20 minutes before being helped. There were two customers in the entire store, I was the third. Two workers, both taking over 45 minutes to check people out. This is not the first time this has happened.

Deceiving sign implies that discounts can be used along with benefits. The very small print says discount cannot be used with vision benefits, but thats not the message they intended to lure customers in with large USE YOUR BENEFITS above the 40% Off sign. (First of all, that is downright stupid since I already pay premiums for my benefits, and out-of-pocket expenses are still less money for me. They could at least offer an alternate amount off, 20% perhaps?) It isnt until the last step after finding frames, choosing lenses, entering insurance info, waiting for assistance and computer delays, that the details finally are revealed that the discount doesnt apply. What a waste of time and then I leave with a bad taste in my mouth... the last feeling before exiting the store is that they were trying to play me. They apparently dont understand critical business practices that ensure return customers.Beyond that, the associate kept his face buried in the tablet most of the time, hardly looking at the customer and gave absolutely no feedback or suggestions, nothing. The tablet apparently had many delays and he was struggling with that.The entire store is all about eye glasses, but each of the approx. 6 stations did not even have their own mirror. The few desktop mirrors (maybe 3 or 4) had to be moved and shared between tables and we didnt have one to start with.Overall, it felt more like a car dealership than an eyeglass store. I get the impression that each associate was doing their own thing, worried only about their own position rather than working together to create a simple, nice, honest experience. More worried about technicalities than pleasing the customer. We will not be returning to Lenscrafters.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to LensCrafters of College Station for its handling of my recent eyeglasses order. I went to LensCrafters after my effort to get my eyeglasses prescription filled and to find frames to my liking had been plagued with problems when trying to use two other well-known suppliers of eye wear. The employees at LensCrafters helped me find frames to my liking and placed my order correctly. My order arrived ahead of the expect date. The prescription lenses seem to be spot-on. The two employees involved in helping me were Joyce and Scotty, both of whom were not only prompt in greeting and helping me, but also very professional, pleasant and personable. Joyce helped me find frames to my liking and budget, did the facial measurements for the bifocals and placed the order. When my order arrived Scotty promptly fitted both pairs of new glasses for best sight and comfort. She also answered all my questions concerning any adjustments or correction should any problem arise. I dont frequently write reviews, but this kind of service is not easy to find anymore, and in this stressful year for all of us its a real treat when people like Scotty and Joyce, and LensCrafters, comes through with results exceeding expectations. I will certainly recommend LensCrafters College Station to my friends and associates.

This is the 2 second time I’ve had to send my glasses back because there are not right. If I have to send them back again it will be the last time. Use to be when you was ordering new glasses the employee would have sure the legs were long enough and everything was a perfect fit before they ordered them and when you got them back they made sure they wasn’t to tight and fit just right. Now they don’t care they tell you put them on and can you read this then goodbye. What happened to customer service?

I show up after I received the text message that my glasses have arrived. Guy opens the box to give them to me and they are just showcase frames. He had no clue why those were in my box and figured out they messed up my order. I understand mistakes. I don’t understand how a simple process of checking what has been received in order to ensure quality and or errors can’t be handled.

A few months ago, I decided to try this Lenscrafters. The staff was great, helpful, and Im thrilled to give them a great review. I didnt like the first pair prescription frame & lens on me, and they graciously replaced them with an upgrade to High Def, to make the lens look thinner. They continue to be helpful every time I go in.

I bought some glasses online that didnt fit well. A friend recommended that I take them to LensCrafters to get them adjusted. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can actually wear my glasses now!

My son broke his Ray Bans & couldnt see. We had visited every eye center & all were closed with it being a Saturday. I told my son that wed have to try again on Monday...while driving he pulled up to Lenscrafters in the mall. We walked in, explained the problem...showed the young man where Id tried to superglue them back. He asked my son to pick out some new Ray Ban frames & in about 5 minutes...were paid up & happy customers. We couldnt have been happier, the entire staff was so energetic & good-hearted. Absolutely will be returning for my glasses very soon!!!

Since moving to college station I’ve always gone to this location for glasses. This past time i will say I will definitely NOT be returning to lens crafters! I went in and was absolutely disgusted at the lack of professionalism and customer service. I spoke with HANNAH about getting a pair of glasses. First she didn’t offer me any options she simply just assumed I would have wanted cheep lens and no add ons, second her attitude was horrible, she was constantly rolling her eyes and had no interest in any questions that I had to ask after finally getting her to add what i wanted on my glasses she then proceeded to run through the sale and give me a price “quote” and take my glasses and return them to the shelf?? I was honestly shocked she seemed more interested in what they guy was doing next to her than taking care of the customer right in front of her. LensCrafters has officially lost my business.

Very good costumer service. I went in to get a quick glasses fix, and the gentlemen fixed it in under a minute with no charge. Would recommend.

Great customer service but they take forever to get your glasses back to you. They said 7 days and it has taken 3 whole weeks! Disappointing.
