After waiting 5 years to do our kitchen we finally pulled the trigger. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We should have done it sooner. They exceeded my expectation for quality of work and professionalism. A tremendous value add to our home. I highly recommend these guys.

I scheduled an estimate for our kitchen work and have never been so disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Chad came to my house for the estimate, but didnt take any notes or measurements, didnt leave a business card or contact info, and said hed put together some options with the pricing details and email them to me. He recommended I look at the showroom for samples and to see what I liked, so I did (and had to ask the showroom staff for his email address) and then I emailed Chad with our preferences and a few questions. Its been over a month since my free estimate that I never really got, and I havent even gotten a response to my email - not even a basic, Ill get back to you as soon as I can. As a customer, I would never do business with a company that cant even bother to respond, especially when its such an expensive and long-term home improvement. I would not recommend them to anyone, and Ill be hiring another company for my kitchen work. I suggest you do the same.

This review is long overdue; however, if it can help anyone make the right decision regarding your hard earned dollars on the most important room in your home...here goes. We initially consulted with Bruce regarding refacing our dated cabinets. His initial estimate was very thorough, but found some significant fitment issues with the existing set-up. We also explored other areas of our home (coffee bar, downstairs landing for built-in, and basement bar area) After discussing it, we determined that going with new cabinetry would be the best solution & greatest value.We chose a glazed knotty alder in a unique smoky finish (really matches the stone work in our home) and could not be happier with the ultimate result. We also used Tops In Stone for new granite as Bruce highly recommended them and works well with their shop. Bruce & Lori were very easy to work with... along with a referred handyman, I performed the demolition and prep to save money on the total cost.Bruce and his team were meticulous, professional, and neat as possible while actually installing the cabinetry. Comparing them to other options, we certainly feel we got tremendous value for our money. After living with the new cabinetry for almost a year, we still love it and get many compliments. Highly recommend!

I just called with a question about adding crown molding to my already existing cabinets. They were unable to do this for me but they went above and beyond to help me think of a cost effective solution. I will be coming to them in the future when I am ready to put in a new kitchen.

You asked if we used this business well they didn’t give us a chance. A representative from kitchen tune-up came out to look at our project. Was here about 45 minutes and looked at cabinets and kitchen area. The Only thing he said was the dishwasher might not work with the cabinet door. He said he would talk to supervisor about situation and would get back with us. This was May 20. I called a week a go about not hearing from them. Person on phone said he would pass message on to the representative. Still no reply. A little courtesy would be nice. Just call and say we unable to help.

Couldn’t be happier with this company. They delivered as promised (unfortunately, a rarety with contractors). Very professional, courteous, on time and finished in 5 days as promised. Cabinets look great and it looks like a new kitchen. Highly recommend if you are looking to reface your cabinets.

The job went smoothly. The crew was professional and skilled. Our kitchen cabinets were refaced and resurfaced, doors and hardware replaced, drawers were replaced, deep drawers installed replacing 2-shelf cabinets, handles replaced and 3 new cabinets added. The molding trim at the top of the cabinets is a very nice touch. The cabinets look fantastic and our kitchen looks amazing! This is a quality product. Resurfacing old cabinets is a great alternative to tearing them out and replacing with new. We highly recommend this company.

This review is based on the quick response to inquiry and having someone out in a week for an estimate. Chad was attentive and answered all my questions and provided great suggestions for the remodel.

Bruce provided excellent answers to our questions about refinishing our oak kitchen cabinets. Jake, the Technician, is a master of his craft giving old cabinets a like new look. Both are true gentlemen with patience and attention. I recommend Kitchen Tune-up as the best way to go.

Just wanted to share the amazing experience we had with Kitchen Tune-Up, from the first visit to the home we were wowed at the customer service and when visiting the showroom to see the product I was certain they were new cabinets rather than refaced due to the quality of the product. At that point we decided this was the team we wanted to have perform the makeover of our kitchen cabinets. They kept in communication with us throughout the countdown period for our job to start and explained what to expect once the work started. When the day arrived for the transformation to begin the day was seamless, they have great employees on site that are talented craftsmen, and they were respectful of our home and protected the property to avoid any damages from occurring. To begin with, Bruce and Laurie are very knowledgeable and very friendly about updating kitchens. They helped us in all phases of remodeling our kitchen. Although we had to wait 8-10 weeks to get the work done, it was worth the wait. I cant say enough about the crew that did the installation. Besides being on time every day and very polite, they actually knew what they were doing and were very detailed and professional. That is a rare quality now days. They also covered our newly tiled floor and took extra care not to damage anything. We actually looked forward to seeing them each day. :) If I could I would rate them 6 stars!

We just remodeled our kitchen. What a pleasure the experience has been. Bruce and Lori pay attention to detail, which I really appreciate. If you want suggestions or guidance, they are willing to give it! They suggested we have a combination trash/recycle system in the kitchen. Wow, am i glad they did. We love it! Bruce and Lori helped us know what we needed to do ahead of time to make the cabinet installation/refinishing /redooring as smooth as possible. They and their crew welcomed questions. Each morning Chadwick (the crew chief) would ask if we had any questions or concerns. (You know how you see something after the work crew leaves?) One night I could see that the cabinet doors were not hanging evenly. Next morning, when Chadwick asked if I had any questions, I brought up the doors. He let me know that this is typical and straightening the doors is one of the last steps in hanging new cabinets (And yes, they are beautifully hung, now!). Easy conversation, nothing awkward. Finally, what I found unique, was that Bruce and Lori came to inspect their crews work to be sure it was up to their high standards. They clearly cared about my home as if it were their home. Professional, thorough, on time, neat, and detail-oriented. I highly recommend Kitchen Tune-Up for any kitchen repair/remodel service.

I had my kitchen updated by Kitchen Tune-up. It looks beautiful. I had received other estimates from different companies in the area. Kitchen Tune-Up was able to provide a superior product for less money than the other companies. Bruce and his crew were very professional and always on time. Bruce added detail molding to the cabinets that other companies did not offer. This makes the cabinets look very upscale. I highly recommend Kitchen Tune-Up if you are considering refacing the cabinets in your kitchen.

Second time we have used this company. We had both a kitchen cabinet tune-up (cleaning) and master bath refacing completed. All work was thoroughly explained to us during the estimate process. A wide variety of cabinet refacing options were available to choose from. The attention to detail during the refacing gave us brand new cabinets at a fraction of the cost of a total replacement. The kitchen cabinets also look terrific! All doors were cleaned, scratches fixed and even checked for proper adjustment and closure. Extremely satisfied with all service performed and they followed up to ensure we were satisfied with work completed.

Kitchen Tune-Up Colorado Springs was a great option for us. We saved thousands of dollars by not having to replace our kitchen cabinets (which were good quality, just dirty). Bruce was very thorough in looking through the entire kitchen and making suggestions as to what needed to be done to add value to our kitchen without breaking the bank. Not only did he complete the Tune-Up, but they added pulls and handles to the cupboards and drawers and also added crown molding to the cabinets to add an update look. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen update on a budget!

Bruce and his team arrived on time, completed the job in the time anticipated, and made our tired 1987 contractor grade cabinets look like brand new, saving us thousands against other alternatives. Wed been quoted nothing less than $12 grand to update the cabinets and put new doors on them. That, to me, is highway robbery. Replacing all the kitchen cabinets would have been twice that! Kitchen Tune Up was a very small percentage of that price, the cabinets look awesome, and they will now have many more years of life. We contacted Bruce, the owner of Kitchen Tune-Up, five years ago (2012) when we wanted to remodel our kitchen. We had Oak Cabinets and Bruce suggest we simple reservice our cabinets. I am glad we took his advice, The cabinets looked like new and we saved lots of money. This year (2017) we had Kitchen Tune-Up come back and tune-up the cabinets and they restored them to their original quality. I would recommend Kitchen Tune-Up to anyone who is looking for an honest merchant, and excellent quality of work.

Extremely happy with our kitchen remodel! Bruce and Lori were wonderful to work with. They made lots of great suggestions to help us maximize our work and storage space in our small kitchen. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. We refaced our cabinets with RTF in two tone colors, replaced two cabinets to make them larger, did a pantry conversion to allow for much more usable storage, and new hardware throughout. We had new quartz countertops installed by Tops in Stone, but coordinated by Bruce and Lori. I would highly recommend Bruce and Lori and Kitchen Tune Up!

All household cabinets were tuned up. I have lived in my townhome for 30 years and didnt realize what a dramatic difference aesthetically this tune up made. Kevin and his crew were meticulous in their workmanship. They did a kitchen makeover--- cabinet reface, new quartz countertops, tile blacksplash, and hardwood floor reface. They left the site clean each night. The crew was punctual, efficient, professional, and detail oriented. Kevin also had great suggestions on how i could update the functionality of my kitchen.
