This place is awesome the the technician called me before he came to my house.He was there at the time he said he was gonna be there.He did not try to upsell me on things that I did not need.My furnace has never worked better I highly recommend Absolute comfort.

Springs Granite is an awesome company that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for stone installation. I will admit that I am a very picky person and Tim, Juan and Adrian worked with my husband and I to make sure we got the results we were looking for, for our new countertop. When we ran into a snag on the product we needed, Tim took the time to work with the supplier and get us the beat deal possible. Tim and his team are cordial, patient and were so great to work with. We are so pleased with the result and are so glad we went with Springs Granite!

Great experience! Tim was very helpful. I just needed a small piece of granite, and he helped me select a piece that would work, did the template and installation very quickly. I have tried other companies in the area, but Tim with Springs granite gives the best value for the price. When I need more granite for another project, I will use these guys again!9 months later, remodeling kitchen and called Tim. I wanted an Island in a house we are renting. I found Springs Granite and sent them a text. Tim was very helpful and pleasant. I spent most of a Saturday texting him on the different granite they had. He came back with answers and pictures with in an hour or less. My husband and I had errands to run and we were close to the shop so we stopped in to take a look and were helped immediately. They had our granite ready the next day! I would recommend Springs granite for any granite job you need done.

I needed a piece of stone for a fireplace remodel. We spoke with Tim over the phone and quickly made an appointment the next day. We were able to find a quartz remnant that we liked and placed an order to have it cut to our dimensions. The piece was done and ready for pick up a week ahead of our agreed timeline! This was also by far the most affordable option compared with many other quote we received. Many of the other companies wanted to charge double the price for their remnants. I could not be happier. Thanks to Tim and Juan and everyone else there who helped us out on this!

From selecting stone (actually coming in at a much better price from other local places), templating, fabrication, and finally installation. Springs Granite worked with us on our schedule, no delays. Needed a very small piece of granite, all the other suppliers I spoke with wouldnt talk to me because the order was too small. I worked with Tim over messenger provided dimensions, and the piece was cut perfectly to my specifications and days ahead of the agreed upon pick up date. Thank you!

RUN!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING SPRINGS GRANITE!They did a terrible job installing our new quartz countertops. Tim sent someone out to see what they could do to fix a 8x8 area on our stone that had no finish on it. Tims specialist looked it over and told us it could not be fixed. Tim then said, Sorry, but its the best it can get. We finally took them to court and won. He still hasnt paid the judgement. We are now filing with the courts to have the companys earnings garnished so that we can get paid. Its been over a year, and we are still trying to complete our kitchen remodel. Save yourself major frustration and time spent filing motion after motion with the courts, just trying to get your money back.

It took 2 extra weeks but the owner communicated the entire time. Mostly through text and email.End product is BEAUTIFUL! Installers rushed a bit, but the edge work is very very good. Feels good and looks very polished.The price was very good as well. These guys are trustworthy.

I am not sure why these nice folks have so many of the same negative reviews on here.My experience. I found them on facebook. I messaged the owner Tim and we talked for a couple weeks back and forth discussing project details before setting up a time to meet in person.We decided to go ahead with Tims company and we gave him a 75% deposit the day of that meeting. He went ahead and scheduled a template for us 10 days out from when we signed, and he scheduled a install for the end of the next week after the template.Anytime I needed to get ahold of him, which was only twice, he would always get back to me the same day if not immediately.The edge work is good. The install team is probably the best part besides Tims kind and patient service.Jose and his helper KICKED BUTT. They had to work late, but they got my job done the way I envisioned it. The seam looks better then any seam Ive seen now that I pay attention to them. He used a seam machine he told me, and the results speak for themselves.4 out of 5 because it was not a perfect process. Jose arrived 10 minutes past the 10-11am window. And Tim the second time I called him took 4 hours to call my phone back (he said he was busy working).

Springs Granite created and installed our kitchen countertops for our kitchen remodel. We received a clear and concise estimate from Tim. There were no hidden or unexpected charges. Tim was good at explaining how the installation would work, and he came to our home on a Sunday evening and created a template that would be used to cut the granite for our countertops. He recommended the appropriate models of sinks that would work with the type of countertops we selected so we wouldn’t run into any problems with installation. The gentlemen that came to our home to install the countertops were courteous and professional. There were no problems with the installation, and they were finished installing in a couple hours. We are extremely happy with our countertops, and the services we received from Springs Granite. We recommend that you consider Springs Granite for your countertop needs.

Really fast turn around for my small project. I was able to get a good price because Tim had some remnants for the color of quartz I wanted. We had some measurement issues that were corrected overnight and I got my project completed the next day. Super happy with the quality and communication. Thanks so much Tim, Juan and Jesus.

I am expressing the same frustration that many have shared. Communication was terrible. Tim and the workers are not on the same page. I had a missed appointment, workers showed up on wrong day, invoicing issues and installation work was terrible. Granite was not polished on all the surfaces, not level, crooked seams, gaps and marks from previous measurements. They still have not returned to correct and I have been without use of bathroom sinks for 3 weeks. There was never any ownership by Springs of the poor quality of work. I was told that they do beautiful work even after I submitted pictures of all the errors. There does not appear to be a true owner of this company and customer is made to suffer.

I bought a remnant from them a couple years ago. Great experience nice little shop and group of guys.Not sure why they get picked on. Ive used most the granite shops in Colorado Springs, and also in Southern CA and everything people have posted is in line with what is normal in the granite industry widespread.These guys are good guys, and are not trying to rip anyone off.I decided to use them for my mid size kitchen and I could not be more pleased. I will keep recommending them.

Drove all the way down from monument. No one there with sign that says “by appointment only.” Would suggest you put that on your business info as other places to do.

Met with I believe it was the owner. He told me that group 1 granite would be the most affordable option, after me telling him I was looking for what was mot cost effective.Very friendly and concise. He answer every question I have, and then some I didnt even think of. Very thorough.He told me from when I do my deposit it would take two to three weeks. I said that was OK, and that it would work for me. The actual turn around was about 22 days, so fairly spot on to what he told me.The stone he showed me that was in budget that I liked was one called Gold Brazil. It is a very nice. Colorful. Matching stone hard to scratch an mark as said.Happy with work. Detracted star due to exterior shop appearance and because they arrive during a given time window and not an exact time (the window was 10am to 1pm; as opposed to being exactly at, say, 10:45am).Overall I will be recommending to friends and family.

Awesome job, great crew, and quick turn around. It was honestly just great. Don’t understand the negative reviews. We met with co-owner on a Thursday, template was done on a Monday. Install was the following Wednesday.

Springs granite has the best workers

My experience with Springs Granite was a pleasant one. I was taken care of by Tim, who was knowledgeable and guided me through the decision making process. After choosing the type of granite I wanted the measure and fitting was done quickly and my product was delivered in a timely manner. I recommend Springs Granite.

Horrendous customer service by owner. Put 1/2 deposit on piece of grey granite January 12. Measurement for template, etc. was 3 weeks later, rescheduled twice; owner Tim said visit would take about 45 minutes. Eventually, Tim spent less than 10 minutes measuring and produced no template, never asked about edge. As I was concerned about measurements, I made repeated calls, left messages over another 2 weeks to confirm. No return phone calls. Stopped by three different times, finally spoke with mother of owner, asked that I please get a return call. She found order, I noted measurements were incorrect. No return call. Finally reached owner through cell phone by text, he said it had been ready but no communication with fabricator. Fourth time we stopped and went to back building and met fabricator, Ryan. Professional, asked for measurements, all detail, we discussed edges; we picked out another piece of granite as my pretty grey one was cut incorrectly. Then Tim charged me another over $50 for edges. Fabricator should be on his own as the Springs Granite owner is unprofessional and unorganized.

First lets start with this.These guys are on a whole different level then other granite shops. The amount of insight, information, stone selection, quality of work, and speed of installation that they provided..and I could go on and on..is just top notch.If you are used to the old formula granite shops then this might be a surprise to you. I know I was surprised in a good way on the first house I did with them.Call them. You wont regret it.

Great working with Tim. Juan did an excellent job on the install of my new quartz countertop and backsplash. They were quick and detailed oriented. Best bang for the buck of anyone in the Springs.

Tim and his team did a great job on our fireplace hearth using a leathered granite remnant. We ended up with exactly what we wanted at a great price! We took in our measurements and installed ourselves, the piece matched our measurements perfectly and was ready for pick up in less than 2 weeks from the purchase date. It was a significantly better price than the 3 other quotes we received. We would definitely use them for future projects!

Run!We chose this company for 2 reasons,1-they had a good rating (4.1 stars)2-they promised a fast turnaround.We needed a bathroom countertop, they had a remnant in the color we wanted. We spoke to them on a Wednesday afternoon and discussed everything, on Thursday morning we dropped off our sinks to the fabricators, on Thursday afternoon we sent them a drawing on how the top needed to be cut. They then said there would be a $60 upcharge - ok no big deal. Since then its been terrible getting a response. Weve been waiting over 2 weeks for a simple countertop.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!Update - Stopped by today to pick up my sinks so that another company could provide my countertop. The fabricator has no clue about my order and was very apologetic. The person I had been working with had no clue who I was and had to go though his phone trying to find our text conversation. He seemed pretty dismissive and irresponsible for the situation. The fabricator said he would make things right and have the counter ready tomorrow...

Ive known Tim for 10 years. He is one of the most honest, hard working men I know. Very consistent in his work and will always put in 100% into the job. Excellence is one of his drives for his work.

I had a good experience here. I can tell this shop is trying to grow, and that they get short handed. Very genuine real sort folk.My kitchen wasnt extravagant by any means but had an undermount sink and backsplash. They told me sometime in April and it got done sometime in April.I felt they were reliable, hard working, of good quality, and trust worthy. I will be recommending.

Had a horrible experience with them. Communication was terrible and the work kept getting pushed back. I had to call the granite supplier myself and order the right slab. When the work finally got done it was done I’m two separate days and the crew was apparently the “2nd Team” and they showed up over an hour late eating pizza and snacks in their car. They also played music from their loud little radio as they worked between 6-9pm... super unprofessional.Lastly, we ended up having to use a remnant from their yard for our bathroom because they mis-measured our slab.The whole process was a huge headache that lasted over a month as we moved in.The whole reason we went with them was because they were just a little bit cheaper than the bigger granite companies. If I could go back I would definitely choose a little bit more expensive company for a much better experience!!

Place is a joke of a business! Owner operator sub contracts work and missed his template appointment and was late to install without letting me know he was going to be a no show.This made me take a day off of work for nothing! Didn’t have change after install after requesting i pay cash so i over paid him 60 dollars. Also didn’t bring my remnant piece of granite.... now he won’t pay me my change and give my my piece of granite... I’m taking him to small claims!!!! Warning stay away

Warning stay away!!!! Customer service doesnt exist here! Spent over $7,000 for kitchen counter tops and new sink with install, However they had to make some adjustment getting the sink in with the plumbing. My quote was to include removal and installation with the sink and tops, job was started on a Friday and now its Wednesday with no sink! They had ordered the wrong one and cut holes for the wrong one on my slab, so they had to order a different one to fit the wrong cut. Spoken to the owner about this mess and he said they did nothing wrong and cursed at me. Im amazed at how this company is still in business with not caring about their customer at all! Wife is still without a sink and they sent the installer home and said hes on his own and treats his employees like crap! My bad for trusting this company! Hope nobody else makes this mistake!!!!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Worst experience EVER! They are good until they get your deposit of half the job cost then they are impossible to get a return call from. They cant keep any time commitments; Will tell you they will be there at 10am, then wont show up all day and reschedule for the next day after you spent all day trying to get ahold of them and see where they are. Quality of work is sub par! No edging offered to us. Under mount sink fell TWICE!!! Finally had to call in a reputable company to install the sink correctly and they refuse to reimburse us for the extra expense incurred. When things started going south they blocked our number so they wouldnt see our texts or calls any more. HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE work. These people have NO ethics and will leave you out to dry once they have your $$$. I AM NOW FORCED TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT SINCE THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MEResponding to their response:Tim, I did allow you to fix your work. I allowed you to correct your mistake and you mounted the sink the second time and it fell AGAIN!! Why would I allow you to try to mount it a THIRD time? lol. Your competitor laughed at how you tried to mount the sink without any supports. I have all before and after pics....its really quite entertaining. Also, I was never happy with you or your work. You could never keep an appointment, forgot the cut out for the stove top, didnt tell us about the edging options, etc. I was only happy with our first meeting, then you took the deposit and became very difficult to get ahold of, told lie after lie, and did sub par work.

We learned about Springs Granite (and Bullnose World) from another granite contractor when we needed some small tiles cut. During our visits to the business, we began looking at granite and quartz samples in anticipation of replacing our kitchen counters. Tim was quick to provide an estimate based on our rough idea of the measurements and was very responsive to provide updated quotes as we refined the measurements and waivered between granite and quartz options.Recognizing that this is a small, family run business, we made sure to stay in touch and always confirmed when they would be available.Once we placed the order, everything proceeded as Tim had committed. The templating, fabrication and installation were all done on schedule and with care. The carpenter we had hired to do the prep for the installation had not properly accounted for the backsplash but Tim’s installer was ready, willing and able to address the situation, do the corrective work, and provide a smooth and timely install.We have other projects in mind and will definitely look forward to working with Tim and Springs Granite again.

WARNING: IF YOU ARE THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH SPRINGS GRANITE- DONT!!!!Here is our experience with them.My wife went to there place of business in March, 2017 and selected a piece of granite (White Carrara Remnant) for a bathroom counter top. The salesperson was Tim Wooldridge who promised the install would occur within 2 weeks. My wife signed the contract for $925.38 and made a down payment of $210.00 on 3/17/2017.On the day of the install Tim called and said they had spotted a nick in the granite that would need to be repaired. After not hearing from Tim for several weeks, my wife was informed the nick could not be repaired and he (Tim) was looking for a suitable replacement. Again, many weeks with no communication passed. My wife placed several calls and texts with no response.Finally, Tim informed her that he had found a replacement. Since we were in Florida at the time my wife asked that a picture be sent to her for final approval. Tim promised to send the pic, but it NEVER arrived.Tim was informed that we would return from Florida in two weeks and could we schedule the install after review of the replacement piece.Tim moved the install date several times, many times cancelling the date only hours before it was scheduled. Several times there were NO calls cancelling.My wife and I were so frustrated with Tims lies and changes of dates and lack of communication on his part that we went to his place of business unannounced only to be told the piece was being worked on at that very moment. We followed Tim into the warehouse where we saw a piece of granite not anywhere near the original on a table. We told him to stop all work and that we wanted our money back.My wife had previously added $300 to the original $210 she had paid so they now had $510 of our money.Tim made several efforts via text and on the phone asking didnt we want to let them finish the work. He made more contact with us trying to save the job than when he had the job.After many texts Tim came up with $200 of the $510 after making excuses like the bank account is frozen and this payment will take food out of my daughters mouth.He promised the balance within a week, but as of today 7/29/2017 we have not seen the $310 he owes us.PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!WE are also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau hoping that no one will have to go through what we did.Scott & Fini Crawford

Springs Granite was the first to reply to my pricing inquiry and communication was quick and reliable after that. They went out of their way to make sure i got the product i hoped for at the price i really hoped for. Install was really quick and professional. They did 2 bathrooms for us and they look great. Best part: came in under budget. Beat out Pla**t Gra**te by $500 and provided better material (Marble vs quartz). Start to finish process was probably 3 weeks, from time of first email to install.

I would recommend spending just a little more and going with a more reputable company.

We have been waiting weeks to have our granite installed, it was not cut correctly, no response from anyone, when they do we are told dates that are not met and then no communication once again. Worst experience so far! Still not sink or countertops

These guys did a great job very helpful and they beat the price of all other companies in the area I would definitely work with them again in the future
