Ive been a us cellular customer for many, many years and in that time Ive had good service techs, absolutely despicable service techs, those that were meh.Today, however I had the pleasure of working with perhaps the best service tech I have ever had the pleasure of meeting thanks goes out to Alexander of store #3137.Turns out my phone needed a new sim card I was in and out in under 10 minutes with his help! Thank You again sir, you really helped me out!!
Excellent service! Representative, Al, was very professional, kind, and patient while helping me free up space on my phone. He offered choices of various solutions in which I could store all my pictures and videos, and the details of how to manage those apps so we could choose what would work best for me. He then helped me move all those pictures and videos, which took a lot of his time. He was super nice. Irate this encounter as excellent, 5 stars, a 10+, an A+++!
Alex was very helpful and knowledgable. Then Mary a few days later, on the other hand, didnt act like she wanted to be there and messed up my set up, couldnt get me ported in, had to call tech support to do that, then she gave us the wrong plan and screwed up our promos we were supposed to get. I had to call customer service again to get it fixed again. Please train your employees better so I dont have to go through this again....jeez.
They do a great job and have good products
After talking with 9 different customer service reps, I finally went into the store and Brian was the one that received my frustration. He promised to handle my situation immediately and he followed through on that promise and got the issue resolved and taken care of. AMAZING customer service!
I called to make sure they had a replacement stylus available. Nope, call Best Buy. If i wanted to deal with phone stuff from Best Buy we would have bought the phone from BB. Why would you not carry replacements for phones you sell? Just frustrating.
Very positive experience, no wait time and was waited on right away. All questions answered and the staff was very knowledgeable.
My experience at this location was terrible. Brian the assistant manager was very rude unprofessional and lacked communication skills for the position. This location needs a lot of training. I will not go back or would not recommend.
The guys/girls at us cellular are awesome! I went in with a broken phone, they walked me through every possible option I had of handling the situation in a timely manner, and helped me choose the best one that fit my needs. In just over an hour, I had a new phone in my hand, without losing important files off of my broken phone that wouldnt come on. Thanks to us cellular and their awesome device protection plan, I didnt have to lose anything or pay a dime!☺️
Horrible customer service, way over priced, I would never recommend this service to anyone. Only positive thing about it is great coverage but sprint is just as good and WAY, WAY cheaper.
Jenny will solve your problems...Another office gave me a free tablet, and then charged me a $45.00 activation fee! She got that fee erased. Then I went to return this free tablet... and they charged me a $344.70 Early Termination Fee! Jenny wrote me full instructions in beautiful handwriting, which I followed, and got all fees erased.

Im at the Boone County Hospital trying to make phone calls. My US Cellular phone keeps dropping calls. I borrowed a Verizon phone to call their Columbia office (my US Cellular has no service) however they dont open until the crack of 10:00 a.m.
