Good store to go to if you need service & repairs hes friendly and reasonable

I was impressed with the staff and the store. I went in to buy some airpods pro. The price was great. I would shop here again.

Had broken my screen on my iPhone 6+ twice each time I’ve gone to him. He was informative, honest & prompt. Warranty each repair and was able to make it to work on time with a fully functioning phone. Sadly my phone screen has once again cracked due to personal mishandling so I’ll be there first thing Monday morning.

Hardly ever leave reviews but after having broken my phone so many times and going to so many places to get a good repair job, wanted to share about these guys who do it great. They fixed my crack screen in no more than 10 minutes. But more than that was the quality of the screen and repair. Other places I’ve gone use terrible screens with terrible color and are glitchy. Whatever screens these guys are using are top notch and I actually like better than the original Apple screens (which you can’t get unless you have Apple fix it for a crazy high price)

The guy working is very unprofessional. He lacks customer service skills to work in retail. He actually locked the door on my friend who was coming to have an issue resolved. He said fixing the issue would cost them more money so he labeled my friend as a “problem customer”. The associate was unhappy about a voicemail left by my friend since his phone was not working to his satisfaction. The associate called him back and offered to refund the money and put a non-operable screen back on. We found out from the sidewalk outside the store after he blocked the entrance that the issue was not the screen but the motherboard. That information should have been explained on the phone and he could have informed my friend that he was banned from the store. So we wasted a trip up the store only to have the associate lock the door, then open it start the above interaction. If you are looking for a professional experience, you will not find it here. I know now why there are bars on the building here.

Awesome customer service. The guy that usually works there is fast, knowledgeable. and informative. I get my phones from him all time.

I done got a few phones from there for family and friends of mine. He had me in and out in minutes. Every time I call before I get there, he already have me ready to go soon as I walk in. I highly recommend them. If you go, tell him Winnsboro sent ya’ and he’ll get you right.....

I wish I could give less than 1. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I went there to have a phone screen replaced. This will be the 3rd time I’ve had to travel about 40 mins for him to “fix the issue”. Now he’s telling me that there is nothing he can do and is telling me that I need to come in, put the old, cracked screen back on my phone and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dont go to them! They are rude unprofessional and rip you off then if you complain they label you a problem customer and lock the doors so you cant get in to try to get help in fixing issues.
