Some employees are super nice...and that earns these three stars. Retail/management communication seems to have a problem, because some things are a different price depending on who is working. (ICE...among other things) ...want to pour your coffee over ice? The ice cup can be free with any purchase, the same as a small ice cup, or the full price of a giant soda(plus your coffee, just for the ice)... its never the same. Ive stopped coming here because I dont like fighting with every lunch purchase.
This store is randomly closed with no explanations as to why... its mostly when the older Gentleman at night is working. He closes the store for ANY and Everything. As a former 3rd shift convenience store Cashier, I find this has to be totally against store policy and if its not then the status of this store should not be one of 24hrs.... rather have store hours or hire staff that can handle both the Customer flow and night time duties simultaneously. Customer service and satisfaction should be top priority... This is exactly why as a community member I take my business to the foriegn store up the block. Horrible business ethics and poor Customer experience, needless to say hes down right rude.... I have currently been sitting her for 15 mins and have let at least 12 Customers know the door is locked... not sure when hes going to open back up, but hes costing this store and the company money.
Great Location, Mediocre Customer Service. The third time in a month and a half of walking in to purchase some items has convinced me that either the middle-aged couple who runs this store is either selectively deaf/mute or they have a problem with my skin color. I am kind, smiley and amiable - I subscribe to the Will Rogers school-of-thought in that Ive never met a complete stranger, only friends I havent gotten to know yet. And yet, its an emotionally draining experience to be chipper and upbeat, to inquire as to how THEIR day is going and get stared at as if Im speaking a foreign language - what gives?
Terrible customers service! Very rude and always on phone. They make you wait until theyre done with conversation and get mad when u say something. I spend roughly 16 dollars daily at your store but I will no longer be doing so. Maybe they should be working at jobs that dont require interacting with people

This is a 24 hour store??? False.Tried getting gas and smoked in the morning and the extreamly rude associate said in a very disrespectful manner that they were closed and we werent allowed in. Why do you have your door unlocked then???
They are very rude! They do not greet you when you come in and they talk to each other and pay you no attention. The casheir put my items in my bag and walked away, I had to stand on my tipy toes just go reach mg items. Worst service EVER!
