Fantastic customer experience. Communication came weekly and they were always transparent and kept me well informed. Customer service representatives were always very friendly and eager to help. Work done was perfect, couldn’t tell anything had ever been damaged.
The team at Caliber Collision did a great job with my repairs. They are reliable and dependable every time. They were helpful with any questions I had, and explained things to me very patiently. They also kept me updated on my cars status and were very professional. I highly recommend to anyone needing work done.
The shop was easy to work with and they kept me informed regularly and the repairs were completed timely and the quality was great. They worked well with my insurance company too which made it stress free for me.

I had a tree branch hit my sprinter van and was looking for a place to take it for repair. Harder then you would think but still.... Anyway I ended up calling them and they said they could work on it. I sent them the email with the estimate from my insurance and they emailed me back saying they were all set but it could take up to 2 weeks to get started on it.I dropped it off and got a rental car. 2 weeks later they called and said they goofed and they could not work on it. Not when I got it there 2 weeks earlier, 2 weeks later. They said they would hold onto it till I found another spot. Again hard to do. After a week of looking I called them back and asked if they knew a place. They said the RAM place in Golden defiantly could. So I called them and they said sure bring it down. They ended up not being able to either but at least told me that day.I ended up getting a recommendation from RAM all the way back in commerce city. Its now been close if not 2 months since I have had my van. Could have gotten on a waiting list at another place much sooner if I didnt wait 2 weeks due to caliber.
Never go through USAA insurance recommendations to these ppl.....They boost the price of my car up.for the insurance company to total out withThey work with or for the insurance company and will damage your car more for pay.They aint to be trusted!!! I wish it was-4 stars
Great people and great work. If something isnt right they will make it right. Real stand up business, hard to find anymore. A real Gem in the auto body world. Josh and his team run a tight ship, they know the business and know what they are doing . Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a brand new 2017 Sante Fe and they completely ruined my SUV. They tried to take advantage of me being a 25 year old girl and not knowing cars. I first took my car to a shop on Havana, when they were sold out they moved my car here. I never met RON but he was the person who promised they would take good care of my baby. RON was a liar. RON continued to lie through this whole process. He told me my car would be covered with plastic. My seats were covered in Oil and nasty residue from their work shop clothes. My ceiling was stained with an Oil-ly hat. My back seats were ripped from parts being placed back there. My dash board was cut (CUT YES) from one side to the other but close to the windshield so they didnt think I would see it. I did. They did dings and dents in my center storage. They shattered my dashboard, RON said it was because my dashboard wasnt in right. That was another lie. They tried to get out of replacing my tint on the windshield they broke, not my problem. They replaced it with BLUE tint and the worst tint job I have ever seen. They PEELED stickers off of my doors? WHY? I dont know myself. They stole my owners Manuel? Back of my head rests were ruined. They claimed no one was in my back seat but I had dirty foot marks and dirt scruffs and scratches all over the back, no one was in there though Carpet was ruined. Seats frayed. They detail as a free curiosity but it came back even dirty then I brought it to them. (I had it professionally cleaned hours before it was crashed) and if you thought that was all....I havent even gotten to the outside of the vehicle. Now keep in mind, I have PICTURES of my car being turned in, and also pictures of the car after they inspected it and showed me all the issues before taking it to the shop. I am glad I took these pictures guys, they forged the Drawing you sign on when you bring the car first to the shop and circle what they are fixing. They added MORE circles to the picture AFTER IT WAS SIGNED. So moving on, based on the pictures I had before, and after the inspection, because of these pictures is the only way they took my car BACK FOUR TIMES before returning it to me. Because I had PROOF they were trying to screw me over. So, I get the returned car with all the above issues, additionally, I had 4 new holes in my drivers door, I had gaps from their new windshield, new hood and new front bumper, gaps everywhere! The plastic trim was loose. They tried to give me back the old head lights that were involved in the front end crash? They were broken head lights and they placed these back on my car and said they worked fine My roof has RUST stains all over it. They pushed the broken headlights into the paint so hard to make them fit that they damaged my new hood and front end. Front pieces of metal were sticking out. They dented my passenger door with a huge hole and said that was there previous pictures proved again, lies. All the pieces on the front, which was the only thing involved in the crash seemed like it was put together all with different parts from different types of cars because NOTHING was even. They Over-sprayed my windows. Painted on the texture. I opened my hood and they painted on half of the engine and parts to hold the hood up. Snagged my head liner. I am literally just going through my claim pictures looking at the damage so please bare with me being all over the place. The back hatchback has dents and scratches all over it. Dents upbove my gas cap. Dust was EVERYWHERE my windshield was never covered in plastic like they said it was. Also about 5-6 dents on my back drivers door. Now since all of this, they have tried to give me back my car 4 times total. Where I refused to take it off the lot. the FIFTH time you guys, the general manager Heath drove my car to my location of WORK 25 minutes away and basically threw my keys at me and said there is nothing more we can do. Since then I have been talking to media outlets and lawyers to work on making a case against them and to shut them DOWN.

I called a couple of other shops and both had a two week wait for an appt. This location usually only gets tow-ins and is considered a non drive location, but they scheduled me anyway for an appt. the next day. The experience and customer service I received from start to finish was exceptional. I mainly worked with Justin and I always felt well informed and like I was an important client. They did a beautiful job, that exceeded my expectations, in just one week. I dont write reviews very often, but had share my great experience with this team. Thank you guys!!
I am throughly disgusted with the way my vehicle was returned to me. This is a “preferred shop” through Nationwide and they returned my vehicle with the electrical case covering sitting in my back seat ( not a huge deal I can put it back on myself ) but THEY MESSED UP THE ELECTRICAL INSIDE MY VEHICLE!!! My screen for the backup camera, radio, phone ect is black/off while in drive and the radio screen turns on in park and the backup camera doesn’t work all together and all my dash lights are dim. I even got my car back later than I was told because it had to pass a quality check and inspection!!! I’d sure like to know how messing up my electrical passed a quality check and inspection. Of course there is no one to even speak to until Monday... And to add to my frustration I am actually going home for Christmas for the first time in 4 years and now I have no idea if I am going to have a properly working vehicle to get there. This is just plain unacceptable and negligent work!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP OR COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS THEIR VEHICLE RETURNED IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION!!!
Horrible quality - twice! I took my truck to the Greenwood Village Caliber, who had it towed to the non-drive facility in Commerce City. While Ron was very friendly and always called with timely updates, the actual people that did the paint work were horrible. The first time, they didnt match the paint. So I ended up talking to Josh, the manager, who promised theyd get it right. Josh was great, but they still didnt get the paint right. The second time, they didnt match the finish - it was an orange-peel effect where the rest of the vehicle was a smooth finish. They also disconnected my backup camera, messed with my CB radio including putting on the antenna and didnt replace my tonneau cover correctly. So now Im having to find another body shop to make corrections, I have a flapping, disconnected tonneau cover and no backup camera.
