Our family has used a couple of different franchised auto body repair shops in the past and this year to fix hail damage. After our experience with Caliber Collision, I was honestly considering NOT fixing the damage to my 2016 Ford F-150 until I met Michael in an HEB parking lot. He asked about the damage and whether or not I had considered a shop outside of what our insurance company recommended. I told him about my dissatisfaction, and he told me about iHail where all they do is fix hail damage. I was skeptical at first, but Michael gave me his info, and I agreed to meet with an iHail rep the following week. After reading the reviews, I decided to keep the appointment, and I was not disappointed. Alec came to my home and looked at my vehicle. He explained the paintless dent repair (PDR) process and the program they were running which supplied a rental care AND paid my deductible. This company is all about customer service! Michael made the rental car reservation and met me at the Enterprise location to exchange vehicles. He kept me apprised of the progress, and I had his cell phone number if I had questions. They quoted 2 weeks to complete the repairs, but it only took 9 days! It was absolutely beautiful work!! For any future hail damage repairs, Ill be using iHail exclusively. Truly the best experience getting body work done! iHail is professional, customer-oriented, and does amazing work!!

The hail storm that hit Austin in March really did a number on my car. I wasn’t sure what to do about it but one day, a couple of weeks later, Rick from iHail Repair knocked on my door and was so courteous and helpful that I decided to let them fix my car. It honestly seemed too good to be true, but I decided to trust my gut and I’m glad I did! Not only did they waive my deductible, but they also offered me a free car rental. And the best part was that they had my car repaired so fast! Rick and his team picked up my car, dropped it off once it was ready, and worked with my insurance company to process and finalize the claim. They did a terrific job removing the hail damage too. I am 100% satisfied with their repair work and their communication with me throughout the process was excellent. I am recommending iHail Repair to all my friends and neighbors.

Brian from iHail knocked on my door a little while after a hailstorm we had here in Austin. They said theyd set up a rental for me, waive any rental fees, pay our deductible, take the car in, and repair the body damage. It sounded like a good deal, and the google reviews were good, so I went with it. Glad I did.The car had pretty significant hail damage: they wound up needing to replace most of the panels. They did a great job. The car looks brand new, and they took care of getting everything settled with the insurance company. I had no out of pocket expenses. Everyone was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with.All in all, while I hope to not have to use their services again, if we get more hail damage, I would gladly do so.

Got my car as a present to me on my bday this January 2021 and the hail that hit East Austin gave it horrid indentations all over. Being brand new this was anger-some but by chance met Wilfredo and he explained to me in easy terms how fixing my damage would make my car like new and he didnt disappoint. My brand new car looks brand new again. My insurance made the process take a long time but iHail was prompt and fast and amazing. Wilfredo is awesome and attentive to concerns. I gave my info to “Will” to get a free estimate for hail damage repair after being assured that my information wouldn’t be sold to outside parties. Within hours I was getting spam calls and texts for a number of products and services that I do not want. I never received hail damage information or customer service, just a bunch of unwanted spam. I do not recommend this company or service at all.

Naim approached me in a fascinations parking lot as he was leaving the store with a large bag. I was flattered that such a charming young man would want to talk to me, but I was apprehensive given where we were at the time. Much to my surprise he noticed the relatively unnoticeable (or so I thought) hail damage on my vehicle. The damage happened a few years ago and I had long since forgotten about it, but him pointing it out brought me great embarrassment. Thankfully he informed me that he could repair the damage and do it for free! I had my reservations but of course I didn’t hesitate to give him my phone number. Soon after he contacted me for an inspection. Naim and a nice brawny man named Alex came out to my place of work and inspected my vehicle. They were both wearing masks, gloves and maintained a safe distance during the process. After that we scheduled a time to swap vehicles and get into a rental. 8 days later my car was finished and it looked brand new! They even handled everything with my insurance company. My only regret is that I never found out what was in that bag.

My car was unfortunately struck by hail in a storm last May. I felt like I had no right to get it fixed. Unfortunately my insurance company convinced m that it would be in my best interest to not file a claim. I recently purchased a new Lexus and it had a door ding on the rear passenger door. I was referred to these guys from a friend who said she had a great experience. IHail Smart Auto Repair is AWESOME!!Michael, a manager there, really, really takes care of his customers—he provides vehicle valet service (where he came TO MY HOUSE to get my vehicle-in-need-of-bodywork and similarly brought my vehicle back TO MY HOUSE when work was completed). He also made sure we were reimbursed for our rental vehicle while our vehicle was being repaired—he once again came TO MY FRONT DOOR to HAND-DELIVER the reimbursement check—who provides such service anymore?? My experience was definitely a experience. My car was gone for weeks and when it was returned to me the body looked great all damage was gone. But then there was a safety issue! My visor was not put back so when I was driving the visor would fall on my head. I was furious because why call me and tell me to return my rental if my car is not even done or done right?? It took 3 weeks or so to have this problem fixed.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! What a Blessing!!!!Steve knocked on our door and asked about my car. I had hail damage from last May. Steve said they would repair my car and pay my deductible. I usually turn people away who knock on the door. Oddly enough I didn’t. Steve and Eric came back and talked with my daughter and I. They were very professional and patiently answered the ton of questions I had. We set the appointment to get a rental and they took my car. Extremely easy. These guys helped out big time with my Audi. They restored it back to factory condition after a fairly severe hail storm from a couple years ago. I thought too long of time had gone by to do anything about it but after speaking with Ricardo he assured me that the insurance would still cover it. Repairs took less than the 2 week window they promised and my car had a full detail when I picked it up. Highly recommend!!!!
