We told Brandon Roberts what we were looking for and the price we wanted to stay in. When we arrived he had two cars picked out for us with a possible third. He listened to what I wanted and was not pushy nor did he try to sell me something that was out of my budget. Crain Kia was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Financing was broke down so we knew what we were purchasing and that was very helpful. We will definitely recommend Brandon and the team at Crain Kia. Love driving my 2019 Chevy Cruze !!!

I originally rated them 4 stars after my initial experience, but have since been harassed over not providing perfect scores on the survey “as agreed” in exchange for a part on my car. I answered honestly and by in large positively. But this is next level unprofessional and I would not recommend unless you are into bribes.

I traveled nearly an hour to have a recall done. I called the week before and scheduled the work with an oil change.After waiting for almost half a day after driving 2 vehicles so that I wouldnt be stuck there, I received no call. I called to ask for an update and was told well call you back, which they didnt. When I arrived to ask in person, I was told that they didnt have the part for the recall! Why waste my time with an appointment if they cant even do the work?!To top it all of, I was thanked with a list of problems that totaled over $1,400 and asked if I wanted to schedule it. No thank you. Ill be taking my car somewhere else next time.

Son & daughter-in-law bought car there and it was scheduled to be delivered to them this morning yet here it is 1:20pm and no car no call . Guess after you pay they really don’t care about service . I don’t recommend this dealer. It’s too hot fir childish games and when you have kids it’s definitely not time to mess people over.BBB needs to hear about this.

Great experience overall, when I picked my car up they surprised me by giving it a full detail. The service writer walked me to my car, answered all my questions of what was going on and was overall very pleasant to deal with. After the fact, I noticed that something was still wrong, I called back up there and spoke to the service manager and he told me to bring it in the following day and that he would get it taken care of! Fast and prompt service!

Vehicle was accepted by the dealer at the appointed time. The vehicles indicator light was investigated and no actual problem could be identified.All systems seemed normal. Fluid checks were normal. Instructions were to return the vehicle if light ame on again.All employees were courteous and the service department seemed thorough.

They took great care of me and my vehicle. Was very professional and even walked me out to my car! When I noticed I still had a slight problem, they told me to return the following Monday and they took care of it free of Charge! I added another Job to them on that Monday of replacing my headlight and they didnt even charge me labor for it because I had to return! Great people!

Higher priced than other local dealers but with the supply shortage they were the only one with the vehicle I wanted. Negotiated on on one trim level before I disclosed we had outside financing, wouldnt come off hardly anything on the upper trim once they knew I wasnt financing through them. Overall I give them 4 stars because I did end up with the vehicle I wanted and communication was decent. If they have the car you want, go for it but I suggest price shopping.

Shady tactics. My issue is with listing a car at MSRP, a window sticker with MSRP. We were fine with MSRP, we had communication with the salesman and took a test drive; everything was fantastic.We sat down and started getting the trade deal and everything going. They then hit us with the price, the price that was 10K higher than MSRP. We were then told all Tellurides have a 10% markup, well 10% of 34K is 3400.We were never told once that there would be a standard markup let one a $10K markup.Get a number in writing before you waste a trip.

Unless youre getting service for free, dont use this place. Even then, Id be suspect. They forgot to pick up my car like they said they would, and when I called about it, they gave me several excuses why it didnt happen. They did come get it the next day, but I had left a note on some other things I needed and they completely ignored it. On the service paper work, they said they vacuumed the front (they didnt) and also ran it through the car wash (they didnt). I am not 100% sure they even changed the oil, but since I bought it here they are responsible for the “100 year, 100k mile warranty they offer, so either way they will pay for it.

We had made an appointment and was told the Flex would be waiting when we got there. Should have left when we got there and they had to go find it. That was the beginning of a long, torturous day waiting for one thing after another. The worst part, as soon as they got our money, they werent in any hurry to provide the contracted provisions. We really had to get hardcore to get what they promised. Never did get the full tank of gas, though. We bought our last two vehicles online and will definitely do that again in the future.

As soon as we went inside the salesmans office they tried to raise the price $1000 on the car that I had just agreed to that price on the sticker. What Im saying is I didnt try to haggle the price and they still tried to add a $1000. The salesman waited till after all the paperwork was signed to get my car over it in detail to get it clean. A no haggle car buying experience took 3 and a 1/2 hours!!!! If I didnt want that particular car I would have went elsewhere. I would recommend that you do the same. I never once felt like I was a valued customer. The guy who did the actual paperwork was good he had his stuff together. The people sitting in the sales managers office seemed like they were more worried about food runs then selling cars. Everywhere I looked I saw people sitting at desks with no salesman... waiting for who knows what. There was one couple sitting there that had been there longer than me they were sitting at the desk when I arrived and they were still sitting at the desk when I left.

My overall experience was 5 stars! My sales associate was James Wahrmund who was an awesome friendly person who easily got me exactly what I wanted/needed. James did a great job and made us feel like family- and to add, he was 1 week new to Kia! Bryce helped us with finances and also was very friendly and informing. Although we ended up having a small issue with pricing, it was all addressed very well and corrected. Conner (the dealership manager?) did a great job helping explain every detail and making me a happy customer walking out of the door. I was very thankful for all the people who helped me out and got me my new car! Im so very pleased with everyone and currently have James looking for a second car for me! Defiantly the place to go and very friendly.

There is a BIG Kia dealer just down the road, but I was told it would cost too much to find and bring in the vehicle like I wanted, and wanted to sell me what they had already on their lot. I got in touch with Crain Kia, and they got right on it. In less than two weeks, they found the exact package, color and features I wanted. I had already did my homework, and knew the factory invoice price. They gave me the deal that I was willing to pay. I normally dont trade-in, but they were very reasonable on my trade-in, as well. One less worry...With Covid going on, they did everything on the phone, and even delivered it to our door!

Brought in my 2014 Kia Soul to have recall work done as notified by Kia. Was told that one of the recalls may or may not apply to my car and they would need to keep it overnight to determine. The next day I was told the recall did not apply to my car (even though Kia said it did and I had the symptoms listed) and I was charged nearly $200 for the diagnostic work they did to determine they wouldnt perform the recall. I was NOT told I would be charged for this until I was presented with the bill. I have felt like I had to watch my back constantly to not get ripped off during every interaction with this dealer. I will not return to them for any service work, and I would never buy another vehicle from Crain - any location or badge.

Ive been with Crane Kia of Conway for 6 years - they do fantastic work.My last visit was a few days ago. Ashley was incredibly professional - she went above and beyond to answer my questions regarding recalls, she was great at communicating the process with me, and she even made sure that I wasnt paying more than I needed to for certain services, until more investigation of the issue was done. At the end of the day I left with a healthy car, and I didnt hurt my budget. Its experiences like this that make me want to stick with KIA for my next car, when the time comes!

The sales associate and manager were super helpful and great people! I was in search for a telluride and gave them color combo options and packages I wanted. They spent an hour or so looking in Arkansas and near by states to find a few options for me. Came back with what they had available and then delivered the car to my home once it was delivered (about 5 days later). They worked with me on the price of the car and my trade in. Overall could not be happier with my experience. If you are in search of a Kia you need to go here.

Before I stepped foot on the lot, I had my own financing. I was instructed by my institution to fill out a credit application and have it sent directly to them. I was asked if I wanted to have Crains finance department shop around for other offers. I very clearly stated that I did NOT. Crain Kia of Conway proceeded to run my credit through no less than FOUR other finance companies WITHOUT my approval, which is NOT legal. When I confronted the salesman, I was pushed aside. I confronted a finance department member, and was told that the GM would be informed; he was not. After no word, i contacted a member of management that said there was nothing they could do. After being pushed aside by the GM for almost 8 hours, he told me that if [I] was unhappy, just go ahead and sue [them]. He only really got in touch when I mentioned legal action. I will now be pursuing legal avenues for their devious business practices, and hope no one in their right mind goes anywhere near this place.

When I called Kia of Conway, I called just wanting to test drive a Telluride. We were not going to buy for a few months, but wanted to drive one to make sure it was what I wanted. I was given to Coach for him to help me. He was such a nice man! After I drove the car I was sure the Telluride was the one. Coach went to work trying to get me the perfect one, and he did! I suggest everyone call to confirm car prices in detail before arriving at this dealership. The price you see online is likely not the actual price and includes specific financing, trade-ins, etc., which is not mentioned ANYWHERE online. I was unaware of this and arrived at this dealership fully prepared to purchase a used vehicle only to be told it was $2,000 more than listed. I walked away of course and would up purchasing a similar vehicle the next day from a neighboring dealership (where I definitely got price confirmation beforehand! You live, you learn). Even though they seemed halfway willing to negotiate down to the original listing price, the whole thing gave me bad vibes and I couldnt risk doing business with them. Folks there were nice enough, just come readily informed!Edited to add that this was a pre-owned vehicle.

So my older father had his car towed here because of a gas leak from the tank hoping it was under warranty. The advisor told them it would be Monday before they were able to look at it and and diag fee was 100$. Apparently early the next day they had pulled it in and racked it but had to back it out before they could perform the diagnostic. Well Im a mid level technician for another shop so I told him Id swing by the dealer and see if I could find anything underneath it. Within 5 mins of getting there I was able to find about a 1 inch gash in the gas tank likely from some kind of debris on the road popping up and catching it. So I go inside to get their keys planning on patching it long enough to get them through till they had the money to get a new tank and the advisor, a shorter lady likely in her early to mid 30s, gave me some attitude when I told her we were going to patch it up and try and make it through. It ended up escalating to the point where she said to me I think its really sad that my technician brought it in and pulled it out and now isnt going to make a dime off of it I told her I was fine with that and she responded with more attitude then wanted to threaten me with keeping the keys when I told her she could lose her shifty attitude and get me the keys and her service manager I didnt do business with Crain anymore because of some other personal reasons. Now they have not only lost my business but also that of BOTH of my parents. If youre wise youll take your money elsewhere, these folks are crooks and have absolutely terrible customer service skills.

WE drove 3 hours from northwest arkansas to get our vehicle from kia of Conway. We had made two visits to dealers in our area but would not meet the price that saved us 2500.00. Even i had not met my salesman, Courtney Mallet i felt i knew him before we arrived as he texted to us the entire trip to make our purchase faster upon arrival. Bias, a white couple next to me had a 86 Toyota and they offered them 2,200. I have a 2011 Toyota they offered me $1,000 theres nothing mechanically wrong with my car has 98000 miles. told me they couldnt listen to me but my credit is perfect went down the street to another dealership and got finance.
