Great Experience!August 12, 2021 I was involved in an accident while transporting my elderly mother’s car and belongings to SC. With the insurance settlement in hand, I had the model, make, mileage, and a $15,000 budget in mind when I approached the nice salespeople at DriveTime. With that being said, I never felt pressured to look at anything that wasn’t in-line with what I had in mind. They did suggest similar makes and models but nothing over the aforementioned budget. I appreciate their no-haggle no-hassle way of doing business. Their people are well-trained, informative, and knowledgeable in all phases of the buying process. Ms. Mikka was awesome and the one time she was with customers (WV) homegirl, Allyson, stepped up and walked me through part of the process. The paperwork and red tape stuff they got me through easily, showing their their knowledge and expertise by finishing everything in a timely manner. Given my experience up to this point, I would definitely give them the opportunity to sell me another vehicle, when the need arises. Hats off to the ladies for a job well done!

I would highly recommend Drive Time!!!! Ms Allison was very helpful !!! The most amazing part was it only took me about one hour to complete my purchase for someone like myself with no credit, single mom and grandmother it’s difficult to get finance. I’ve had other car lots promise to finance me and after driving an hour to the car lot hopes up they tell me I’m sorry we’re not able to finance or I’d need $3000 down payment …… ! With drive time they never deny you due to no credit I’m sure some will comment why don’t I have credit it’s simple? I’ve always paid cash or financed at a buy here pay here lot and those dealerships never report your credit so your stuck with a low score that shows you have never purchased a vehicle ! The best feeling was me driving away with my new car!!! Thank you so much Mrs Allison you are awesome !!!!!

I had an awesome experience! I spoke with a representative a few months back, but they did not have what I was looking. I received a call earlier this week that the car I was looking for was in stock. I did the paperwork online, and I was in and out within an hour (including the test drive and inspection). Ms. Allison & Ms. Stephanie are the best also very helpful and patient. I was very pleased with their customer service. They did make sure to explain everything thoroughly for me to understand, made sure to look over all the options that work best for me. Weather it was the car, down to the time of schedule payments. Mr. Byron made initial contact with when I had looked online at first even though he was not present during the time of purchase he did make sure to follow up in regards to how things were going with my purchase which I did appreciate. For the General Manager to follow up that speaks to nothing but good service!
