The. Best. Dress. Shop.For starters, it’s so clean and chic-looking. Also, I was a really big fan of their organization. Personally, I like when dresses are sorted by color even if sorting by sizes seems more efficient.Secondly, the staff is so so so friendly and helpful. They’ll make you feel like the most beautiful girl in the world and give their honest opinion when you’re undecided between dresses. Unlike some other places, they’re really fast about getting “no-go” dresses back out onto the racks so other girls have those to choose from.Lastly, there was a good selection of dresses of all shapes, styles, colors and sizes — fair prices, too!To say I was impressed with this place would be an understatement. I can’t recommend The Royal We enough.

Hannah herself helped me pick a beautiful gown . She is such a loving and giving lady who truly blessed my socks off. Not only did she donate the gown but special ordered it in her size. We’ve been visiting this shop for a few years, but never spent much time here in the past because nothing ever caught our eye. We’ve never bought here before until today, and although the dress was exactly what she wanted, the atmosphere was stressful and not as fun compared to the other shops we visit. I understand that it was relatively busy today, but we were neglected/brushed off up until I accidentally walked into the “VIP” ($$$) room in the back that they never even informed us existed (and we’ve been visiting for years!) We found a dress from that room. Then it was all bothersome sales overtalk from there, and were rushed/pressured to make a decision. At least we finally got some assistance though. The older blonde woman and Greg were both friendly and helpful. We also bought from Nouri’s today and it was a better experience.

I’ve shopped at Royal We every single year for every single formal. I wouldn’t ever shop anywhere else. Everybody is SO nice and helpful and they have the most beautiful gowns. The store is so beautiful inside and out. The employees are always so helpful and I haven’t ever had a hard time finding the perfect gown there.I also liked that I could shop with friends of all sizes and find anything there that would fit them. I was having a rough day of not being able to find the right dress for my winter formal. My mom and I decided to try out this place called Royal We. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with nothing but pure love and excitement from the employees. Finding dresses and trying them on was so easy to do with the help from the girls there. I was down to two dresses that I both loved. The girl helping me was very patient and helped a lot with deciding. I highly recommend shopping here!

Shopping at Royal We was such a fun experience!!! I had the best time picking out my dress. The lady that helped me, Hannah, was super sweet and helped me to be confident in the dress I picked. She even helped me accessorize it!! So in just one visit, I killed two birds with one stone- got my dress and jewelry. The experience with Royal We has been absolutely horrible for us. We went on March 2, 2019 and looked at dresses. The dress my daughter saw they only had in a size 22 but they used the clips to hold the dress in all the right places. My daughter liked the dress and we decided to order it based on the contingency that we had to have the dress no later than 3/8/19 because we were leaving the country on 3/15/19 for spring break. Also in talking to Hannah she refused to order a dress size smaller than a size 18 due to the size chart that was shown for this dress company, my daughter wears a size 14, but I figured they were just made different and went with it. Needless to say the dress was a week late; after I had to make a phone call on Wednesday 3/13/19 and was told the dress was there to pick up, they did overnight it right then and I took it to our seamstress on Thursday to do a fitting. My family left for vacation the following day. Upon return from vacation we were informed that our seamstress would basically have to take the jumper completely apart to make it fit properly because it was to way too big and she would not be able to do it in the time allotted before prom. I called Royal We to explain my situation and see what we could do. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would be off until the following week. (What manager of a formal store takes off in the middle of PROM season??) Now my daughter has two weeks before prom, we have spent over $400.00 with this establishment and have a dress we cant use and are struggling to find a replacement.......So in short......first, when you know your size DO NOT let them talk you into something 3 sizes to big, if you cant try it dont buy it. Second, be the squeaky wheel that calls immediately when something doesnt arrive exactly when it is supposed to. Third, make sure the person or people in charge are going to be available if there is a problem. And Lastly, DO NOT ORDER from ROYAL WE, they do not care about these young girls who only have one senior prom.

The best service Ive ever had looking for a pageant dress! Ive been multiple other places and this is by far the place to shop. I also bought my prom dress there. We went in looking at first and tried on MANY dresses but I couldnt decide. The third time I went in, I found my dress. They were so nice every time I went in to look even though the first couple of times I didnt even buy anything. The girl who helped us the last time even sent me a thank you note and a Starbucks gift card for shopping with them! I LOVED it and any other dresses I need in the future, they definitely have my business!

Literally wouldn’t ever shop anywhere else. The best and most GORGEOUS selection of gowns EVER! Plus, the staff is 🙌🏼. I love that I can find any size there too. There is a huge selection of plus sizes from 14-26! I’ve been other places and they didn’t have a good selection of plus size. I also feel like they treat everybody that walks in SUPER special.My fav part?? The dresses aren’t from 2 years ago! They’re all new, current, and super trendy!

The Royal We is hands down the only place to shop for your formalwear needs. There’s a reason they’re consistently voted the “best of” in Faulkner county. The store is immaculate, the selection is amazing, and the staff always goes above and beyond for every girl who walks through the door. I’ll never take my daughter anywhere but here!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST❤️❤️ Hannah and Maddie helped me, they are truly amazing! I tried on 15+ dresses and they always had something positive to say!! I wear a size 10 in street clothes and I tried on anything from a 8-16. They have an amazing selection, and I won’t go anywhere else for my dresses. The shop it’s self is stunning!

I found a dress I liked here, tried it on and it didn’t fit. There was no sizes on the dresses, and there was a Royal We tag in the dress. I went shopping at other stores, found the exact same dress (in a different size) and it turned out the be a High End brand name dress. Would not reccomend, not a very big selection. Also I’ve had friends say that there are not many plus size dresses either.

People were super helpful even though they were extremely busy. They always found time to answer questions and help the girls with the dresses.

This store is the only place to buy a dress for a formal event. The staff the owner all of it. They treat everyone like gold. I have been to a lot of formal stores because of pageantry and this is my favorite hands down....period!!!!!

Website said open on Mondays 10 am to 8pm, but when we arrived the staff informed us that they were closed for a private fitting. In my opinion, If you are going to close on your normal day open please post a sign on the door or just lock the door. We drove over an hour to dress shop but not here apparently. Cant say more about it because we couldnt shop.

The staff was nice overall. However, they had a very small selection to choose from. Most of the sizes were only 00-06, and very few were a size 10 that I needed. The workers wanted you to try on a dress closest to your size and just order it in your size for it to come in about a week later. The problem with that is unless the dress actually fits its hard to tell if it would actually look good or not. I would hate for anyone in a bigger size to go in there and be disappointed because they couldnt walk out of the store with a dress. If you follow Royal We on Instagram you will also be disappointed that they dont have the same dresses in the store or at least dont keep many of them.
