Very friendly. Not as many used guns as I had hoped. Bought a new Ruger Wrangler there for at least $30 less than competition (I dont do Big Box). They even indulged my testing multiple guns checking for a known flaw. Didnt find it. Happy camper.

Better than friendly service, at River Town they treat the customer like family. Always gotten fair prices. Helpful with questions and answers. By far the absolute BEST in Arkansas for firearms and accessories.

Surprisingly good inventory and prices considering the current gun market. Young woman behind the gun counter was very knowledgeable, and everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back whenever Im in town.

Newly discovered and really like this place. Great selection of NEW guns and ammo. They also had a wide selection of magazines and specialty items. Took my buddy here and he bought 2 guns and has been back several times. Great staff here. Pricing is spot on and competitive. Will be back again soon Im sure.

They had a decent collection of pistols but I sadly didn’t get a chance to even look at them. I waited as every customer that came in behind me was helped and allowed to look at the firearms. So I am taking my 2 grand to Academy Sports. Their cheaper and I think they might want my money but I wouldn’t waste my time at this store again. Sorry but y’all suck.

Had a rifle in stock that I could not locate in any other stores. Was in and out in about 30 minutes, BG check and all. Price was reasonable, and staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is a clown show. Unprofessional. Not the first time I’ve been in this store and not even been given the time of day. Not a single employee with a mask during a worldwide pandemic..Y’all are pathetic. Grow up

After giving them tons of business I went in to tell them about a recall on a gun part off a gun they sold me I wasn’t even complaining I was just trying to help them and the owner all but called me a liar. So he’s selling defective guns and KNOWS about it and don’t care

Very poor service. The young red hair girl working there was worse ever employee. Obviously made mistakes with my background check. Then claims it was the system, but I watched 4 customers go right through that had other sales person. This was after vanishing for 20 minutes, just left me standing there the entire time she was doing whatever. Im a law abiding citizen that has purchased firearm multiple times with no issues until her.

Lauren and her co-worker girl (dont know her name) worked withme to pick up an item and was very efficient, professional friendly, and theyre so cute. Everyone at RT PAWN was cool.

You would be better off selling a firearm anywhere else. They do not give any money near the value of your firearm. Street value would have at least twice the amount. And if you explain to them how you received the firearm, they will not listen and call the cops on you. After the cops tell everyone that you are in fact the legal owner, they then want to buy your weapons at dirt poor prices and give excuses as to why they did what they did. As I told them Im a Veteran and explained my business, they did not believe I was a Veteran after showing them proof and they proceeded to lie about calling someone and called the cops. A Veteran with no criminal background being handcuffed outside made it embarrassing and showed my business in a negative light when there was no need for it. I showed them my business truck, my outfit matched it, and my business card and they still did not believe me. They kind of apologized and were still rude afterwards.

They carry a nice selection of firearms and accessories ( magazines, lights, sights, scopes, holsters and lots of ammo ) very knowledgeable and the friendliness service.

Came up with a 3500 watt generator to trade up to a 5500 watt which they had, he said he wasnt sure on the trading but i told him either way i wanted to startup the 5500 watt and see it run, throttle going up and down after a few seconds of running, i gave him my bhsiness card and asked him to call me back if they wanted to trade but either way i wanted the 5500 watt if it would run correctly. couldnt call me back, i called and instead of getting on phone he wants to relay messages through girl answering the phone. Bunch of unprofessional people.

Excellent selection of handguns but they are mostly over priced.You can buy the same product for less money at other gun stores.

They were very polite, patient, and helpful.Did not pressure me to buy anything even though I spent about 5 hours ant 2 trips looking at firearms before deciding what to get.
