The lady there was very knowledgeable. She scanned my car and told me what could be an issue and how to fix each of the possibilities

I love how they treat you like family, not just another customer. Most of the people there have actual hands on mechanical experience, and will save you money on costly repairs by suggesting a cheaper route. I have yet to have a bad experience here.

Advance was wonderful. I was on my way to a job interview and found I needed a new battery. Patsy and Steven put a new one on for me and I was on my way.

We were in from out of town and had a small leakage coming from radiator cap. So we went by and got a new one from the store. On the way back to FL the car started seriously over heating. We had to stop 5 times to keep it from blowing our engine up. Luckily, my husband had saved the old radiator. After letting it cool down we put the old one back on. We took it to our mechanic when we finally made it back home, and it was the wrong cap. Not very happy considering it couldve blown the engine.

When looking to buy parts theres 3 places I price check. AutoZone, Advanced, and Amazon. (OReilly and Napa seem to always be way off.) Usually youll find your best deal between those 3 stores. The only downside is Autozone has a partnership with Duralast and thats about the only brand in stock or Valuecraft. Both are not the best of quality. Id choose Moog over those two but for most applications the cheaper stuff will do. If you want something aside from those brands at Autozone youll have to order it and usually theyll have it there by 10AM-2PM next day.

Employees are nice and helpful. They told us things we were unaware of. Theyre awesome.
