Had alot of great items for our family...a couple things were off a little but for the most part we are satisfied.

Had 2 kids with me and got a flat outside walmart. Asked if they could change my tire for me and they said no because it was 630 and the tire center closes at 7. Talk about some losers they didnt even have any customers and it was storming so thanks a lot yall.

Bought tires and than they could not put them on

Blew my mind...came in for a complete oil change and while waiting asked if they could polish my headlights also, they said they could and to my surprise being a very busy Saturday they were calling us to let us know it was finished within 45 mins. And the restoration they did looks like a brand new set

Double the wait time, almost put the wrong tires on my truck. Plan on waiting double whatever youre quoted. Very poor service.

Whatever you do don’t get Douglas Tires. Two of the tires didn’t last 3 weeks. Cracks all in them and Walmart would not honor the warranty. DONT go here!

Took my 2012 Chevy captiva in for a simple oil change. When they drove the car into the bay and started working, I was informed that somehow my motor was ruined. They would not touch my car or tell me anything except there was nothing they could do and they didn’t touch it so they didn’t do anything to it. My car started perfectly fine when I left my house and even as they were pulling it into a bay. I asked them to check the timing chain. They told me, without even removing the cover, that the timing chain wasn’t allowing the car to start but still couldn’t fix it.Needless to say, I was stranded because walmart messed my car up and then would not even touch it to try and fix it. DO NOT take your vehicle here for anything. They will ruin your car and then claim they did nothing at all and it was broke when you pulled in

I was in desperate need of a new tire. I went there an hour before closing and they told me that the people that did the tires had already left. One man in there said they might could help me to go see the size of the tire. Didn’t offer to help me with it just told me to go do it. I went and came back and the man was gone and the girl at the register went and talked to him and said that he said that they weren’t doing tires after telling me to go look at the size of mine. The man told me the managers name is Ray. Maybe they can get some nicer help.

A while back I had went to Walmart for 2 tires. They managed to cross thread all 10 lugs. (Front passenger and driver rear) and my rims ended up being warped because of it! I had to call Corp. To get everything fixed and replaced because all that Corinth wanted to do was argue about how my lugs were already cross threaded and how my rims were already warped so if that is the case they put 2 new tires on 2 warped rims and couldnt even mention 10 cross threaded lugs?? Unprofessional either way... Headed to work today and my front passenger tire FALLS OFF. On hwy 72.. called Corp. Again not sure what or if they will do anything but please DO NOT allow Walmart to touch your vehicle!!!Corinth MS

Really nice .installed our tires in no time and had us on our way.

Business hours are posted as 7am-7pm. I arrived at 5:50pm (1 hour and 10mins till closing) and they would not help me. I already had the tires and wheels in the bed of my truck, I just needed them mounted and balanced. I would put them on myself. Two workers informed me they did not do tires after 6pm. Maybe hours of operation should state: Open till 7pm but we dont do anything after 6pm! Would have saved me an hour round trip.

Called a ahead to see if they had 225/75 15Trailer tires.I was told that 5 where in stock and if I could get there before 6 pm they could be mounted.Drove over 40 mls to find out that the tire center only had two tires on hand and the price quote of $67 was wrong too.Not happy wasted time and drove 80mls for nothingl

Went in for an oil change. No complaints. They even vacuumed my car.

Wanted to get a new tire put on a rim, the tire was in the trunk of my car. Not only did they lose my keys for a long time but then they forgot to put the new tire and rim back in the trunk!! So I had to drive back the next day and get it.

Changed my oil fast and for cheaper than I could by it myself.

Had a belt break in our tire while on the road..pulled in to Walmart Tire Center for 2 new tires and asked for an oil change as well. We were thinking an hour max. They said no problem and took our keys...over two hours later our car has JUST been jacked up to put the tires on. We were not alerted of an extended wait time so my husband is missing work tonight while we are still sitting and waiting. Not a good experience AT ALL.

I went and bought 2 new tires! Took them 4 hours before they were finished with my car... 2 tires... 4 hours... I told him I didnt want new valve stems if I didnt need them and I wanted to keep my old tires. I was charged a extra 8 dollars for 2 valve stems and disposal of my old tires... Also told me that one if my spokes for my lug nuts was stripped prior to them working on it... Soooo.... Now my car runs terribly, I take it to someone else to check it out and they wont even touch it because Wal-Mart done the tire change.. Most of my lugs werent even tightened!!!! And instead of 1 being stripped Im pretty sure there is 3 that is messed up now.. So my front passenger tires has 3 stripped lugs now and 2 holding my tire on... Of course there was no one I could talk to when I called so Ill be back up there in the morning and Ive also notified corporate. Not only is this a inconvenience but its dangerous.. My car rides like I have a flat and I feel like my tire may fall off.. Its that serious.. I will never ever do business with Wal-Mart again....Walmart - Corinth MS

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Its Sunday they are open for another hour . Refused to fix my flat after I took it off the vehicle and was trying to get home 2 1/2 hours away. Just me and my daughter . I cant believe they stay in business ! Shame on you Walmart tire guys . Thats what wrong with this country lazy people who dont care about other taking care of each other . And just to add, its was more than one person who just didnt give a damn about helping me . All I can say is the fish rots from the head down . I blame the supervisor who obviously places lazy people in charge .... Just down right shameful . I think this warrants a few phone calls today ......

Rude customer service and sow response times. One of the “mechanics” actually argued with me about a problem that they caused. Will not be returning and I advise that no one else use this place.

I waited 15 minutes to be checked in.. they ran out of my specific brand of oil do they had to get it off their shelf. They charged me extra for having to do that. The cashier was very rude and unclear about what the surcharge was.. they told me since they drain the oil out that I couldn’t change the type of oil to a more basic because my vehicle calls for a certain type.. all around experience was two thumbs down...

I am a pilot car driver and had a tire separate while escorting. I arrived at about 6:45 to see if I could get a couple tires, and was refused by the automotive service manager. If my tire blows out while escorting a 22 wide load, the consequences could potentially be fatal. I doubt I will ever use another walmart auto center again, since they are just corporate slaves that dont care about the customers.

The person at the register told me one hour wait time for my oil change. An hour later I saw the mechanic bring in my keys. Instead of getting my ticket rang up he was on his phone and just standing there. After fifteen extra minutes of waiting on him I finally went up there to ask him to finish my ticket.

Tire and Lube is horrible I was the send person here all I needed was 2 tires put on I have been here for 2hrs for tires I was told they had only 1 person here to do the tires but Im the second person here and the first person only was getting a oil change the services are horrible I rather spend the extra and go to gateway really didnt deserve a 1 star
