Price was good. Service was attentive. Would have been done an hour earlier if they had another bay to install the tires. Not their fault, they just need a bigger place. I think their business would easily double!

Speak with the Manager Kenneth...he is the most competent person to help you. They do get super busy but I can see they do their best even when short staffed. I came and didnt have a scheduled appt but they were super helpful. Thank you American Tires!

Had an appointment for an alignment and have 3 tires installed. Got done in 1.5 hours. Got 2 quotes for tires for my other 2 cars and offered the buy 3 tires and 4th one free. Great customer service and professional.

I had an awesome “first time” experience here! I actually had a reservation at another tire center but ended up here because I didn’t verify the address. In addition to tires, I also needed shocks and struts. The other tire center gave me a quote which was $1500 less than the dealer and their price included the tires, so I thought their price was unbeatable but I wrong. Coming here saved me an additional $600. All of the staff, including the techs were very friendly. Thanks KB for the excellent customer service, and Avery for the transportation to and from! You guys are awesome!

They didnt have the tire I ordered online but thats only due to the companys lackluster inventory organization. The employees were extremely courteous and helpful in choosing another tire that would fit my standards and price range that could still be installed same day!

I need four new tires because my right rear had two holes (on the tread and side wall). Two rear tires tread at 30% and two front tires tread at 70% but cracking between the tread. Corona American Tires Depot recommended computer alignment for front and rear. The crew was done with in 1 1/2 hours. One problem was a cap from my black lug nuts broke while doing my new tires, so I had to buy 20 new black lug nuts and Corona ATD replaced all of them quick and easy with no charge. I recommend this team for any work you need on your vehicle.

They went extra mile to help and worked overtime to complete the job on my car. I drove home 100% satisfied both with their work and with their friendly customer service, highly appreciated.

We have been going here for 6 years now, and when we went to pick up our car from an oil change we noticed our drivers window was left wide open and the car unlocked, with our expensive dashcam within arms reach of anyone that wanted it, we went inside and started talking to a black man named Ken, he wouldnt give his last name. We told him how unhappy we were that our car was left like that and he said sorry but just seemed to shrug it off, we asked if they normally do that and he said they have never had anything stolen yet, we told him, we dont want our vehicle and property compromised, and that when we leave our vehicle we expect it to be secure and safe, he began getting angry and irate, yelling that he heard us the first time, and started flailing his arms around and, mocking us verbally and physically. We then asked who was the manager, he said it was him, I told him he had no place in a managerial position if he cant take his customers concerns seriously. He continued with more angry antics, and told us we shouldnt come back then, We feel we were racially profiled and attacked because we are white at this point, no other rational explanation for it. By all means get your auto maintenance and tires any where else!!!

I had a really great experience at the corona location on 6th st. Ken and his crew there are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The service was great and you cant beat the price. I would definately recommend this place to anyone. These guys here were very helpful and the best part, they dont shove extra unnecessary work down your throat or use scare tactics like some of the other big name shops trying to make an extra buck. I would highly recommend American Tire Depot in corona . The stay are well knowledge in what they do. Plus the customer service was over the top . They really made me fill like they wanted my business. You all should know what I mean . We live in a world were you go into a shop or store and they make you fill like you are bothering them. Got two new Pirellis here due to a nail on sidewall.After changing tires, Handle started to shake at high speed.Took it to different shop and got it road force balanced.Turns out one tire was a defect (out of round) causing the shake.Came back to American Tire Depot to replace under warranty which they honored.Up to this point, all was ok.However, they tried to charge $55 for changing one tire + road hazard warranty which I already bought at the time of original tire purchase.1. I’m not sure why road hazard warranty cannot carry over to the replacement tire at no cost. The original one was a defect causing wheel shake.2. Why do I have to pay for installation fee for replacing a defect one ?There are many better places than this one.I’m not coming back nor recommend this place ever.

Great place. I called after Walmart and Costco didnt have my tire size and was surprised American Tire Depot could see me immediately. Comparable pricing and superior customer service. Will have to remember to ask about the military discount sign next time. (Veterans?) Anyway, this is my new tire spot.

I called American Tire Depot for a quick quote. I was surprised at the price quote. I was expecting a much, much highter quote. I ordered the tires and scheduled the work. In and out the team there is fantastic and helpful. These folks are top notch. Chris, thank you for taking the time to walk me through all the options that were available. What a great team. I am all set for a while. But I will use American Tire Depot again.

Bought 4 brand new tires. Chris was great and not pushy (like most other places). He made several recommendations. I was in and out in 30 minutes (just lucky because it got busy). Yes, clean and good customer service. This will now be my go to tire place. July 21, 2020.

Horrible! Had a 2pm appointment and they didnt start putting tires on until almost 5pm. Our second car had an appointment at 3pm they didnt bring it into the shop until 5:30 and then realized they never ordered the tires! Terrible service would never go again!

Great service for tires, etc and full maintenance. Costs about 1/3 what it would have cost me at the dealer. Cars seem to be running great! Techs are good and the guys running the shop provide excellent customer service.

Talked to Chris on 4 tires. He gave me a good price and I also took advantage of their buy 3 get 1 free deal. Also added a 4 wheel alignment with warranty and insurance. Under $500 total! Happy new customer!

Good group guys here! Stop by late Friday to get tires for my e55 amg. They had a really good deal with some Hankook but they have to order them, they said they can have Saturday morning. Everything was cool until the delivery truck was late. They finally called me and told me my tires where there, went down and they got it done. I like the fact that I told them what I wanted out of my tires and they got it for me at a good price. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

This was my first time at this store and they were very helpful getting my tires ordered and scheduled for installation the next day. When I dropped the car off they were quite busy and the estimated wait was 1 hour so I went and had lunch. Upon returning my car hadnt moved, so I had to find something else to do for awhile. They let me know it was done within an hour so considering how busy they were on a Saturday afternoon Im satisfied overall.

I always thought that the place of business was like every other big brand tire shop; overpriced tires and service, however I was proven wrong today. I got a great deal on brand new tires and an alignment. The ride was straight and smooth. The team had great communication and frequent updates with me. I blew out my tire on the freeway and had to drive there 4 miles on just my rim, I pulled in there only pieces of a tire wrapped around my rim. The counter guy came out and looked at it and was concerned maybe they couldnt get what little tire pieces was left in the rim off. I knew there had to be a way to cut it off. They wanted $120 which to me was very high since I hadnt bought bought a new tire in over 15 years and back then they were around $40-60. Im used to used at $35 each out door but maybe that price is fair? It was around 3:30 and they told me Ide be lucky to get car back right before they close at 6pm. Seemed very long to wait for just 1 tire, and there was 2 ppl ahead of me. To my surprise within about 30 mins the mech Erik removed the rim and ground all the pieces off the rim and put a new one there and had me in and out of there in less than 40 minutes. The guys were all nice and even helped me fill all the tires to proper air pressure. If your the new tire type and live in this area I suggest you give them a try. They also have $20 oil change which are rare now a days.

I’ve passed by many times but stopped in today for a synthetic oil change. They were the best rate out there at $59.99 and had me all done in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, waiting room clean with tv and drinks. Would recommend highly.

I have to back off my original 4 star rating because I found a few things subsequently that were not completed or were poor. There were 4 things that were supposed to be done. #1-Replace the wipers. This only happened after I pointed out they werent done when I picked up the car. They took an extra 15 minutes to do that. #2-Replace 4 tires. Done. #3-Balancing. Not done, or if done it was poor. The front right was 5 oz off from the left. #4-Alignment. Not done or if done the tie rod was left loose causing my car to shake when accelerating at high speed. - - How did I find out all of these things? When my car was shaking a week after I took it home I took it to my regular mechanic. They said the tie rod was loose, which was causing the shaking, the car was misaligned and the tires were not balanced........There isnt anything left to go wrong from a tire change besides maybe leaving a lug nut loose.

I went in to get a new tire for tire that was shredded not only did they give me a good price on a single Tire but they also check the air in the vehicle that I brought the tire in. This may not sound like a big deal but stop and think they also fill the air to the proper presurre, the big thing I want people to know this is the little detail of putting caps on the air vents where they werent before and they did it without any cost or any mention of it. Great job guys

I came to this place because a warranty in a tire that I had purchased on the Covina store, I spoke to Chris, and he agreed to replace the tire. I was able to get the this past Saturday, unfortunately for me I got there midday and there several customers ahead of me So no choice I had to wait a good three hours, but the replacement was taken care. So Today Monday a brought my other car and got Four new tires, an oil change and alignment. Overall good experience with this shop, contrary to the Covina shop they were bunch of incompetents that the only try to do is scam customers with poor quality service and defective merchandise.

The entire team here is awesome. They have always gone out of their way to ensure our complete satisfaction, even as far as letting us use one of their vehicles to go pick up some specialized lug nuts I failed to bring with me for different wheels going on the car.They let me keep the car in one of their bays almost all day while I drove around Corona in search of some parts for another vehicle as well.They are professional, friendly, quick and efficient and always find time to perform a quick alignment or rotation.
