I took my BMW that had been to several shops for an electrical issue with no avail. Precision had the car one day found the problem and had it back to me by the end of the day. I had a small burp the next day and Michael diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes with no charge, They are the best!!! I recommend them to anyone who has an issue with your car.

I’ve been coming here for years now! Micheal and the team over at Precision Imports did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing a grinding noise my Jetta was making. The noise ended up being uneven wear on one of the rear rotors causing it to make contact with the break pad. Also had them repair a leak in my coolant system that had started up recently while it was there. Their prices are great and they always take the time to explain what’s going with your car and what your options are!

Great service, they repaired the EIS in my ML 350 which would’ve cost twice as much to replace. Car is starting perfectly now. I’ve also used Precision Import for more routine maintenance on my ML and have left satisfied every time.

Brought our Audi A3 here to be serviced and checked before having it registered. A PO171 was supposedly solved, drove the car off their lot and the check engine light immediately came back on. We brought the car back to Yogi who specifically said not to worry and he would rediagnose the issue to be fixed. Over seven days of being in and out of their shop they call with a new issue every single time. Issues that were never present until they began working on the vehicle. A pinhole in the radiator shows up today that has NEVER been there before or seen by another mechanic. Pinholes do not happen in radiators… this shop has been extremely unprofessional and clearly just trying to take us on a ride for our money. Double check the serial codes on your parts because they might just replace your whole turbo without telling you!Never will I trust or respect Yogi or Michael at Precision Imports again.

I take all my cars to these guys because they tell it like it is and back it up by doing what they say theyre going to do and then doing it - on time!I take a car to them before I buy it to make sure its not going to give me major problems. They subtract the $150 off my next invoice, so if I dont buy the car, I can amortize the cost with my next job. A very generous proposition which has saved me lots of money when I didnt buy a car because they know what to look for. These guys are really good. Another this I like about them is that they have strict hours. At first I was put off by the fact that they close at 5. Then I realized that they are there to work and deserve to go home to their families just like the rest of us. So I drop the cars off the night before and put the keys in the night drop box. A few days later I go pick up my car, as promised. Other places may be open later and on the weekends but they take forever and it always takes forever to get in and out of other shops. Here you get in and out in 20 minutes tops.

I thought my Toyota needed a new AC clutch/compressor and was prepared to pay hundreds of dollars to get the work done. I received a call from Michael the same day I dropped it off saying my Serpentin belt was loose, which was causing the noise when I turned on my AC. He adjusted the tension on my serpentine belt for a minimal fee saving me hundreds of dollars. Honest and reliable, I would definitely recommend Precision Auto for your next repair.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a repair shop. Brought my pride and joy (2008/BMW 135i) to Precision after getting a ridiculous estimate at the BMW dealership. Michael repaired 4 major problems with my car for the price BMW was charging for one repair! I saved well over $3k and I’m not exaggerating. He even called me back a week later to make sure everything was ok with my car. My BMW runs better than my newer cars now. This is my repair shop from here on out.

I’ve been going to Precision Import Auto Repair for about a year and they’ve been nothing but good to me. Been coming here for a while now and just had my 2001 CRV done by them yesterday (suspension and engine work), Michael and his team are beyond fantastic and provide solid work.I originally brought my 2005 C55 AMG for them to work on and it eventually turned into a big project e.g. an entire engine replacement. There s not very many shops like this around any longer! Everyone I spoke with was very cordial and professional. They diagnosed an issue I was having with my BMW 745Li and explained exactly what the problem was, in detail, and what needed to be fixed. Since Im pretty handy with a wrench I decided to fix the issues myself. After this fix I was still experiencing the same issue. I called Precision and they handled it very professionally and asked be to bring the car back in so they continue the diagnostics. Come to find out, the repair I did was not was not 100% correct. Since it was a minor issue, they fixed it without hesitation and diagnosed it again to be sure it was fixed correctly. They did all this without any additional charges,. I fully expected to pay for the additional services rendered because it was my fault, not theirs. Quality, integrity, knowledgeable and extremely fair is the best way to describe Precision Import Auto Repair. Thanks Yogi

I ordered a pre-purchase inspection of a 7-year-old Maserati GT Sport. The inspection was more expensive than I expected (but hey, its a Maserati), and took a couple hours longer. But the report was extremely thorough and detailed, and revealed a $2000 brake job (including rotors) that would be necessary soon. Given the cars high asking price ($2k over KBB), I passed on the purchase when the dealer wouldnt budge. 10/10 would use these guys again.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Precision Auto! I originally brought my Subaru in after buying it in very bad condition from a used car dealer. Yogi helped me figure out everything that was wrong with it for a very low cost and offered his assistance in any way. After a few months more things went wrong and of course I took it back to Precision Auto and they did a great job replacing the motor making my car brand new! Ive been taking my car here for years and thankfully I dont have to do it often but when the need arises, like it did last week, I dont hesitate bringing my car to them. I had a few warning lights come up on my Audi A6 and then the check engine light. I brought it in Friday morning and they had it done by 5pm the same day. Thats cool and all but where they have always, in my opinion, exceeded expectations is their service. Everyone has always been nice and welcoming. Their communication is great and I just received a text a few days later asking me how my car was doing. Who does that??? Thats awesome! Good Service is rare, great service is almost unheard of. I schedule my car for service and also told him I heard a noise around my front tires they called and told me that one of the rotors looked bad they replaced my brakes and rotors that same day. I couldnt be happier with Precision Auto! My range rover broke down on me while getting on the freeway. I first got quoted for $7,000 for the 2 main repairs needed... I called around a number of places and came across Michael. Michael was incredibly helpful, from walking me through what was important to take care of right away - to what can wait - how much each cost. I ended up getting more done on my car; including an oil change, new filters, etc. I paid a total amount of $2,800.00! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice. They got me a good deal on a rental car while mine was being worked on, and offered to allow me to leave the rental with them and returned the rental for me. Very satisfied with my visit.

Absolutely fantastic service. Michael is extremely pleasant and professional and gave us a detailed analysis on the car as well as really reasonable quote for repairs. I really appreciated him giving us a heads up on the next potential issue we might have on our 2011 BMW X3 and what we could do to manage the issue short term. He also saved us money by confirming what we didnt need to do right now on the car. As if that wasn’t enough as I waited for the repairs to be completed they offered a complimentary lift to the local starbucks both to and from. I didnt want to leave bad review but to be honest, they ripped me off unreasonably too much. I could post estimate paper comparing with others. Salesman YOGI, asked me to change whole engine and things (7 years old car) gave me a repair estimate for almost $10,000. And i spent money on inspection and Walked out to get second estimate. I spent $1000 in another repair shop and it runs good and second repair shop owner said, that’s unbelievable estimate to get. Engine was totally fine.And YOGI said he could help me to sell my car. He tried to make money on my car twice. Repair and buy back. I have a business in local area for 10 yrs so far, i will never go back this place that rip me off $9000

If youre in need of some complex work on a European car Id recommend this place. But the simple stuff like oil changes take a long time to complete. Ive had to wait over an hour when the shop was empty just for an oil change. The other mechanics nearby have the same lifts and get the job done in less than 20 minutes. The labor rate is also quite high. $45 for labor just for an oil change? Thats outrageous.The owner and his son are the bright spot for this shop. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, and run an honest repair shop.

All the guys here are great. They are reasonable on their pricing and do great work in a short period of time.

This is the first time I have used Precision Import Auto Repair, but definitely will not be the last. Great, fast and reliable service. Mano worked with us and is very considerate of his customers’ needs. Precision Import Auto Repair offers excellent service at reasonable prices. If my families’ cars need future work, we would not hesitate to come back to Precision =) I highly recommend them.

They are a joke they quote you one price over the phone and when you get there with the final bill its three times more than what was quoted after you visited the place and left your car I will never do business with them again and it takes them forever to complete any kind of work

I had an issue with my truck and I took it to Precision Auto. The repair went off without a hitch and when I went to pick up the car everything was done. This was a one day turn around too. I paid the bill, they were friendly and cordial, and it was ready to go. It was my first time using them, but I will use them again. They understand their customers, work with you, and explain everything to ensure there are no misunderstandings.

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for more than 10 years. I use to take my BMW to the dealership until I came across Precision Import . They use OEM parts & have all the tools to work on European vehicles with highly trained Owners and staff you can be assured that your car will be diagnosed properly and fixed correctly. Michael, and his father are one of the most HONEST Mechanics I’ve ever came across. They will not give you any run arounds, they won’t UP Sell you or try to pressure you to get other things done when your vehicle doesn’t really need it. I trust them 100% with any of my vehicles. My young adult daughters have also recently taken their cars, and have been highly satisfied with the quick turnaround times and prices.I highly recommend this mechanic shop. They really deserve 10 Stars!!!

Precision Import is the only place I will ever bring my cars. Price is always right, the work is exceptional and on time. You won’t find a shop that is close to these guys. If you don’t bring your car here, you might as well fix it yourself!

Took my BMW 650i in for an oil change. The service adviser Mike was very friendly and helpful. Also did not have to wait long to have the oil change done as they have several service bays which is very efficient. Luis is th technician who serviced my vehicle and is very friendly, informative, caring, and patient. Great work! Will be back again for my next oil change! Thanks!

Precision Imports is great ! I’ve been bringing all 3 of my cars here for quite a while . Mike has always been up front with me, never over sales me on something else unless my vehicles absolutely needs it . Best part is they actually stand behind their work, if somthing is not up to expectation they take it right back in ASAP and fix it . I rarely feel the need to ask them for discounts due to their prices being pretty fair . If you’re looking for a smaller place to go, where the owner will do all he can to take care of you and offer quality work, precision imports is a great place to go . Thanks Mike ! Youve got to be one grumpy or negative person to give this place any less than 4 stars. These guys are very reasonable, honest and have a tremendous amount of integrity. Those three qualities are the top 3 most difficult qualities to find at MOST auto repair shops. Enough said. Quality work, good prices and I walk away not feeling screwed everytime. Highly recommended!

Ive been using Precision Import Auto Repair since I moved to Corona/Eastvale 3 1/2 years ago. They have serviced my older model Jaguar XJ8 2002 and my Jaguar XJ 2013 and the work, price, service and customer service has been A+. Highly recommend to any one looking for a reputable auto repair shop.

The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL. I was given excellent service and my car wasnt even in the shop yet. Michael spoke to me for thirty minutes helping me understand a sticky situation that another auto repair shop put me in. Michael genuinely cared about my situation and helped me feel confident to fight the unjust behavior of another shop. Id definitely trust my car in this shop.

I had a problem with my car and I didn’t know where to go. A friend told me that Precision Import Auto Repair was a good place to take the car, so I had it towed there. Their service writer is excellent. He went over everything really well and explained what was needed for the car. He also told me how much it was going to be. A little later he called and told me that there was one more part that needed to be added, and how much it was. I said to go ahead and do it, and I really appreciated being told about it beforehand. Car’s in excellent working condition now, thanks a ton.

This is one of the best places to have your import car serviced in the Corona area. The customer service was great from the time I called about my car issues to great repair prices. I would tell all my friends to bring their Import cars and trucks to this shop.
