This place is super legit. Staff is super cool and helpful. I’ve been 3 times and the process has always been exactly how they explained it would be w/ zero surprises. I’d recommend to any and all.

Customer service is fantastic, always do a great job, prices cant be beat, and always really quick. Only complaint is they get super busy from time to time (great for them, terrible for stupid me trying to bring my car in on a Saturday) but dont let that deter you. Will continue to use these guys and cant recommend them enough.

I am very thankful for Derick at Midas of Corona. I was recently having some suspension issues on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma with 216,000 miles and didnt know exactly what might be the issue. Derick had the truck road tested extensively and made sure everything was tested and in safe condition back at the shop. The experience is very good here at Midas. Derick goes out of his way to make me feel like family, both with hospitality and with the money savings. He doesnt like me paying for something I dont need and I love that. This is a great motto Derick, thank you. To the people reading this review, I know that if you decide to come here you will be treated like family also. My issue ended up being taken care of and thats a great feeling. Ive never waited long for service at Midas and I am greeted with smiles. Thank you so much for all that you do at Midas Derick. You are a great shop manager and I will be happy to come back again and again.

Mike, Derrick, Alisha...all top notch! I went in for an oil change and found out that the last place I had taken it to messed up my oil pan and hoses and never said anything! Mike called me and was SO honest about the amount of work that my 11 year old vehicle would require. He did the oil change, put in a new filter and wouldnt let me pay for it! Said that I had too much going on with my car to worry about paying for an oil change.The honesty, integrity, professionalism, and good neighbor attitude has made me a life long customer now. And, I tell all of my friends!

I highly recommend coming to them. They are very honest and helpful.

I called Midas and told them I’m losing air in my front back tire and they were the first tire shop off the highway. They told me to come in. I went in there at 2:30pm to get my tire fixed. Simple plug. Wouldn’t have taken longer than 15mins to fix. Mike ended up sending me to Big O Tires to his “buddy” who ended up charging me more than what I was quoted at Midas. I almost got into a car crash on the way there because my tire alignment was totally off. That’s bad business Midas. Don’t send people out of your shop who are having an emergency, especially if the tire is in critical condition on a heavily rainy day like this. You are the worst Midas, for not being able to train your employees properly and for not be able to take care of something as simple as a tire plug when I was told on the phone to come in. Shame on this brand. Never returning to you for anything. Zero stars if I could and there’s a review coming to Big O Tires as well for being extremely un-welcoming.

Honest place. Instead of exaggerating what was wrong, he just found a simple fix that took care of the problem and didn’t even charge me for it. His only request was that I visit him next time for my repair needs. Guess where I’ll now go for all my repair needs?!

Midas overfilled my oil causing numerous problems to occur and when I called to get the problem fixed I was told by the Store Manager Derick that it wasnt their problem and he accused me of adding more oil to the car. When I asked for his last name he refused to give it to me because he didnt want to admit guilt. When I asked to speak to the store owner Michael Altman he immediately got loud with me and speaking to me as if I had no clue about what I was talking about and then accused me of blaming them because my car had high mileage. He started yelling over me when I tried to explain the issues and told me I was just trying to file a claim because my car was getting old. I have taken care of my car from day 1 and it never had a problem because I always keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle. The parts to fix the car would only cost me $80 dollars and I just called for them to make it right, instead, I was met with anger, disrespect, and accusations. The level of unprofessionalism demonstrated was ridiculous! The oil change was done 15 minutes before they closed and they said they could still do it fast, apparently fast meant sloppy and incorrect. DONT TRUST THEM! They cant even admit to a simple mistake they rather fight the customer instead of making it right!

Went to this place for an advertised special-oil change/tire rotation. I like the fact they use carfax if you have a lease, affiliates are hard to find and pep boys is like having monkeys work on your car, poorly trained. Staff was freindly, they did overfill my oil slightly a pet peeve of mine by about 1/2-1 qt but they use a good brand (valvoline ) and there were no leaks so no biggie . I just like a little more attn to detail. Also refused to out in oil/filter provided by dealer, and many shops would have just charging labor, even if I acknowledged midas would not warrantee.They did try to up sell though which the old mgmt never do to me personally. Most places will check fluids but I found it odd they check cabin filters which was never done before and usually not included in under hood maint svc. Perhaps they were just being extra thorough but I checked mine since its.due every 10k miles about 2k miles before svc and it was hardly dirty (white filter ) and I knocked out the minimal loose debris before reinstalling.They showed me my filter that looked like an ash tray with all kinds of loose trash on it etc and it was filthy. Air filter I never checked so cant say anything there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had it done so svc will show and they werent too much, but it is very suspicious. I repeat VERY. I advise all going in check your filters first. Cabin on most cars behind glove box, slides out like a drawer.
